This is my first ever grow I’ve got 2 diaries check them out let me no wat yas think just started flowering good growing people

Most important to note from this week: Even a small dose of cal mag to plants 3 and 6 slightly stunted growth. There seems to be a lot of nutrients in this soil which might be why the added cal mag slowed growth and showed very dark leaves (too much nitrogen from the cal mag). I am using RO water so thought that cal mag would help but didn't. PH in correct range along with recharge and silica really calls for no nuts in this soil! Transplanted to 1 gallon pot with Ocean Forest soil on days 16 and 17. Still only using recharge and silica w/ no extra nutrients. I did add 2ml of cal mag to the plant with light spotting which seemed to help slightly by day 20. All ph ranges are right at about 6.5. I found that watering at 6.7 with a low ppm water brings me to a good ph range for this soil. No signs of deficiency so no extra nutrients for now. Average relative humidity slightly lowered to 60%. I'm paying attention to light distance and power closely to keep ppfm in 300-400 range. 2 plants did not make it. I believe due to overwatering. 5 white widows left I performed LST on Day 21. Plants are short and bushy so I felt no need to top. LST combined with scrog is the plan.

Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! 17/01 So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference! With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :) 20/01 So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%. On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :) 23/01 She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.
