Harvested Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The two (2) others have a week to go.

I always find it hard to say how much water they are taking because the whole auto pot thing. It would be more useful to maybe have an option to be able to change the unit because it would be way easier for me to say how much water has been put in the res during the week - sometimes even that’s hard to remember for me! Aaaaanyway, things are going fine in the grow - I turned down the light just a tiny bit as the pistols were showing signs of having too much light and they were just looking a little bleached out, so I turned down the light to around 80-90% as well as I think I raised it a little bit also. It’s much harder keeping everything stable in such a small space when I am used to having a room to use but oh well, it is what it is - I am really lucky / stupid to be doing this one, however, I also went into the grow knowing I may have to kill her at any moment - dependant upon visits etc. I know photo growers always say there is no difference in speed between autos and photos but there is a couple of weeks in it most of the time - at the very least. I tried it, my last proper grow I selected all fairly fast flowering photos (not those photos that have been bred with autos to make them quick but just generally fast flowering plants) and it still took longer than my longest auto has taken and it annoyingly Hermes so had to turn into hash coz it was super annoying.) but that’s all in the past now… So I haven’t had to resort to using my AC yet but I did get a 1/4 of the price knocked off because it doesn’t work with the app properly and that’s basically what it was sold on! Don’t go to klarstein, people! She’s def been stretching for sure but I remember this being a really squat plant anyway and I have also trained it in a bit of an odd manner so that it grew outwards with a flatter canopy - I wouldn’t top in future. I don’t really know why I did - maybe because I always have (for the most part) but I think she’d have grown taller and had bigger side branching if I hadn’t but having said that it is pretty much impossible to tell! Unless you do an A/B test - which I obviously don’t have room for! In the next week I am hoping to see her get really hairy and hoping to have to attach a carbon filter - as that would mean she’s happy and I’m going to get some dank. With regards to expected harvest - I genuinely have no idea. She averages at around 2.5z/plant going on the info put into grow diaries and that it about what I got last time - I don’t think I ever weighed it tbh coz I grew it just to turn into rosin. Having said that, it is a totally different set up and the first time I am using this light, so I’m not sure of the capabilities of what is probably a 120-140w light - now I have dimmed it down. I mean, I guess if she was starved for light I wouldn’t have had to turn it down so I’m confident it can produce sticky buds. I will also turn it up to full power in the last couple weeks. She’s meant to be a 10 week or 70 day strain - and I hope that is true because I am going on holiday in early July so I can’t have her going on and on and on. She will have to be cut when she will have to be cut - and maybe hung whilst I am away with the ability to control the environment over Wi-Fi (and probably a camera). Iv just looked at dates and actually she can go on for 13 weeks and so it is all good - she should still be drying by the time I go there and should be ready for me when I get back - I’ll be doing a dry trim as I always do just because it slows down the drying process even more - although actually to be fair the main reason I used to do that was I didn’t have seperate climate control for drying and couldn’t use the tent as was on a perpetual grow. This time I’ll be able to set it tov 60%/60f and hopefully keep it there for a full couple of weeks. Obviously I get rid of big the fan leaves and also chop it into smaller branches but other than that I prefer to do it all dry - saves your choppers for one thing!

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Nineth week of flowering started. I've changed the water into the pots. I will continue with the same nutrients ratio (more bloom and micro, less grow). The fan is turned three hours on, one off. Inkbird parameters are unchanged (20° -3° H +2°C). Plants are healthy, bushy and tall. Light power @ 100%. Extractor @ 100%. D56: changed the water into the pots. Added 15 ml grow, 30ml micro and 40ml bloom. pH@6 EC 1.2

Day 51: So today is my usual watering day but decided that I can do it in the evening instead of the morning. How wrong I was, blue dream at the back was deeply unhappy with that idea. I came to water and shed dropped like crazy. The other BD was ready eventhough she wasnt due until tomorrow, I feel as though I may have gotten a little complacent with the 3 day water. I'll be checking after 2 days now as I dont even bother to lift the pots to check. All back to normal after watering. (Watered plain PH 6.3 water) Photos arent quite as good tonight as I was rushing as my phone was going to die. Will get some better ones today Lastly, a big thanks to marshydro for sending me the tsw-2000! Girls are looking awesome under it 😏👌 Super easy to install, I've left at the same hight and set the brightness to about 50%. Using my cheap light measure it's a little more than what they were getting before. I'm getting a much better coverage with the tsw-2000 than what I had with the 2x viparspectra P1000s. I'm really happy with the light already, I'm sure the girls are going to love it just as much as I 😝. Day 52: all is good! Girls aren't dropping an hour before lights out so I have increased the light to 65%. Really good sign, maybe they like the mars light spectrum a little more than the VS. Checked on weight of the pot today, still feels real heavy.. I'll be shocked if I need to water tomorrow, maybe it was just a one off as it has been a little warm. We shall see tomorrow! Day 55: the older blue dream is showing a pretty heavy P deficiency. This is likely due to my laziness.. I've been feeding her the same as the others even though she looked like she could take some more nutes. Fed them all today 4L ph 6.4 530ppm 1ml/L big bud & bloom B 0.5ml/L b52 0.25ml/L cal mag Bads are starting to put on weight and pistils are browning a little roughly 30-40% are browning. Getting closer to harvest 😁 Day 58: watered 4L plain Ph 6.4 (All) Small defoliation of all 3 plants, increasing light penetration and airflow to the bud sites. Pistils are mostly brown, I'm going to start the flush and keep an eye on the trichomes! Time to get out the microscope for the next update 😁 Thanks for stopping by! 🙂👍

Day 45 - 26/11 - She is looking very good, leaves a perky and buds are growing. Day 47 - 28/11 - The trichome production is really starting nicely, I can start smelling her. Day 49 - 30/11 - She was top dressed with fresh vermicast and a few teaspoon of a top dress mix (at the bottom), all of that was mulched with a layer of erograstus grass. --------- Top dress mix : Equal parts Alfalfa meal, Rock dust, Kelp meal, Insect frass.

Meow! Week 4 is upon us! We adjusted her ties this week and removed a few of the larger top fans..her color is nice and uniform..her bud development looks closer to week 3 than 4 but she'll probably start plumping quick in the next week..we lost half of our flower lighting for most the week, we use a dual 315watt and one side of the ballast had a short..we remedied this and ordered another 315watt CMH..now that we have more light than we need, moving from a 4ft an 8ft flowering tent may be in our future... thank for reading and happy growing 🐱 7/12/21- light defoliation thru the center to base and removed some large fans from the top of the main stems

I know she yielded less than optimally, but at least she made up for it with a really unique effect. Got like 40 more seeds of this so I'm likely going to do some pheno-hunting come spring with how well she performed. Love the taste and the look of the plant. Really wish I had knowledge of the breeder so I could recommend it. But that's the risk you take with bag seed. Not giving her 10/10 because she stunted for quite a while when I got her started in soil. So she may not respond well with higher stress root-conditions.

Woche 3 Das Fundament wird gelegt und Umtopfen steht an. Die Schoki ist in der dritten Woche ihres Lebens. Die ersten Seitentriebie bilden sich und die Pflanze ist gesund gewachsen mitlerweile hat sie 3 Nodien. Und ist über ihren Cube hinausgewachsen und hat diesen kräftig durchwurzelt. Somit wird jetzt in den 3l Stofftopf umgepflanzt. Danach gibt es zum ersten Mal die standart Düngedosis, angepasst an das Pflanzenbild 2,5 -5ml Hesi TNT für ordentlich Nährstoffe im Wachstum, 5 ml/l Hesi Root für eine kräftige Wurzelentwicklung und 2 ml/l Calmag, um unser Osmosewasser aufzuhärten. Der DLI wurde auf im Laufe der Woche auf 40 erhöht. * Zustand der Pflanze: Die ersten "echten" Blätter sind vollständig entwickelt und wie durch die EasyCubes zeigt sich wie eine kräftige Wurzelbildung. * Wichtige Ereignisse: Beginn der Nährstoffgabe. Day 71. Start week 4 looking great by now. Day 74. Starting to have a bit smell of fruit with citrus. Hope her taste will be good. Lots of trichomes on early stage of bloom. :) Video on day 75 and 77.

7/11 - Top dressed all with Foundation Grow, Foundation Uprising, Oregonism XL, and Nitro Bat Guano. Watered w/ RO water & Extreme Serene. They are looking great. 7/12 - Fed with liquid nutrients today followed by some selective defoliation. Also adjusted the LST and added a little coco mulch. 7/14 - Watered with plain RO water and added Mosquito bits for pest prevention. Also did a foliar spray of Ancient Amber. They look very happy and healthy.

Transplanted from 15 gallons to 25 gallons at the start of the week. Changed amendment ratio to 50/50 of 444 & 284 as this is the last week of veg. Adjusted lst to have the canopy level and I will take clones before the flip to flower.
