So this week the bud rot took the life of two colas that I had to chop off But plants are looking healthy the one that I was concerned about look like it slowly healing had to add 1g of bio grow just to boost it nitrogen levels. Still might harvest a week early depending on what the thc crystals look like.

D40 (31/12/2020): Second week of flower and everything is good! They are still stretching a lot. I'm not continuing LST with ties but just by tucking and banding stems and leaves. I will continue to slowly remove leaves and small bud site under canopy that will never receive enough light. The higher buds receive around 520 and 600 PPFD (40 000 to 46 000 lux) for a DLI (for 20 hours of continuous light) around 37,44 and 43,2 moles of photons which is perfect. This Glue Gelato phenotype is weird as it grows weird leaf structure since a couple of weeks. Probably since I discovers a nutrient lock in the soil with too much nutrients. Banana Kush is super healthy and look amazing! 😎 - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 56% D41 (01/01/2021): They are stretching like crazy so it's a sign of good health! I fed with nutrients 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I did remove leaves today but no bending. I want to let them grow in height. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 820 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.7, 1150PPM for BK ; PH6.8, 1120 PPM for GG - RH: 54% D42 (02/01/2021): Nothing special today. I try to turn the plant 180 degree each day to make sure fan is blowing air on every side of the pot and plant and to make sure light is distributed evenly. I also swap the two plants every 2-3 days to make sure again that the plants receive light equally. I continue removing leaves and small buds site under canopy. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 54% D43 (03/01/2021): The lights are now at 16 inch from the top buds and just 12h later I saw a big difference. They are now ready to receive intense light 😎. They receive approx. 650 to 780 PPFD and even 900 PPFD for the top buds (50 000 to 60 000 lux, and even 70 000 lux). I will check closely in the next days to make sure the buds and leaves are not burning. I fed only Max Minerals full recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I placed a round stake in each pot for when the buds will be heavy. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 460 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.8, 1550PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 1480 PPM for GG - RH: 55% D44 (04/01/2021): Nothing new today. *** UPDATE ON BUGS: I did not see any more larvae since last week. It's the 3rd week since adding nematodes and after adding 2 pouch per plant, doing 2 insecticidal soap treatment and removing 1 inch of soil, I feel like I did control the infestation. I still see some mature fungus gnats on sticky traps but nothing alarming. Increasing air flow and reducing RH also helped a lot for those bugs. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 55% D45 (05/01/2021): Nothing special today. I let them grow without new LST. I did not removed leaves since a couple of days. They are growing in height and that's what I want. I might do a defoliation in beginning of week 7 (or week 3 of flowering). I want to reduce RH in the tent under 50%. When the lamps are off, I have a lot of difficulties to maintain a proper RH for flowering stage. During night, it is around 57% with the 4 inch AC Infinity inline fan blowing full speed. RH in the room where the tent is is around 35%-40%. With 5 plants in the tent (2 cannabis, 2 tomatoes and 1 mint) it will be more difficult to control RH in the next week with flower and fruit growing bigger. I ordered a small dehumidifier on Amazon to help me reduce the RH. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 53% D46 (06/01/2021): I fed today half of the recommended dose for transition week. The PPM of the run off from last fed was high so I want to cut a bit on nutrients. The run off of both plant is down under 900PPM which is what I wanted 👍 -temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 480 PPM, approx. 3.5L each plant - run off: PH6.9, 860PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 766PPM for GG -RH: 52%

All the plants are looking great but 1.... grand daddy purp #2 has small nugs on on and I've noticed some discoloring in some of the leaves. Have to refill the tank tomorrow so when I do I'll give that plant and flush and see if it's locked. All the other plants and other grand daddy purp plants are looking amazing. The red dragon plant has especially surprised me with how it's not only bounced back, but also the color. Have hints of black, red and purple in the bud and the smell is just amazing. Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

I don't want to jinx myself, but man this grow is starting great. I haven't been growing long but this has been the best start I have had. This new system is working perfect. I am using 75% RO water & 25% tap. A total of 16 gallons to run this. The tap here is pretty good. It took about a day to stabilize the ph. I am handling the weekly maintenance on this system kind of like my 125g aquarium. Doing this I am able to keep the ph at the optimum level with no worries of any drifting. I was in such a hurry to put in my ac for the tent I didn't think about how dry it's been here. So for now I'm using some wet towels to get the humidity up to an acceptable level for these little plants. The new led lights have been amazing. Maybe another couple weeks and I can put the CMH light in. Please excuse the untidiness. Eventually I will get that all cleaned up. Been so busy with moving into the new house and getting this built and running right. Well let me know how you think everything is coming along. I have been looking into getting a light controller to use with the CMH. Just haven't found one that looks worthy of the price. Update: Well it's been 14 days from seed and 7 days since I put them in the hydroponic system. I'm not sure how well this stuff works for other people, but damn these are looking amazing. I think this weekend I will change out the res and up the nutrients, maybe 500 ppm. I am also going to put my CMH light in. I have been itching to use it since I bought it. I have the 4100k phillips for veg and 3100kr for flowering. Next week I will probably start LST. I don't think I am going to top these, just too worried about stressing them and hermies all over again. I posted some new pictures. Be sure to check them out and give me some thoughts and feedback.
