Very hard to control temperature in tent. its a 70cmx70cmx160cm tent on my balcony. The temperature fluctuates with outdoor conditions and my light Increases the temperature in the tent by 4-5 Degree C.
I started a half dose of Advanced nutrients Micro (15-20 drops in a litre of water)
I started some LST this week, I'm not sure if I started too early? They are sooo soft to bend and mould.
Humidity fluctuating between 40%-70%
Day 18: FIM'd White Widow and Gelato
Day 21: FIM area already grew 3-5 tops. 3 day recovery? why does everyone say 1-2 weeks LOL
Great week, they doubled in size. All 4 are pre-flowering
White widow smells the most, then gelato. Royal gorilla and Amnesia don't smell
I FIM'd White widow and Gelato. White widow grew 3 tops, Gelato grew 5 tops.
Feeding 15 drops (1.5 ml) of Micro and Grow nutrients in 500 ml of water
Day 28: Pre Pistils and tops are starting to flower on all of them.
First week of flowering!! I’m glad to have 4 weeks of veg and start flowering. It’s August 17th and this tent can only be out on my balcony until the end of September to early October. So I have about 6-9 weeks of flower time before it’s too cold.
I feed 1L every other day with an 8-10ml per litre of the 3 nutes I’m using
Royal Gorilla is growing ugly , it’s bush is lush and tangled
Day 34 update - Royal Gorilla is actually in vegetation... next week it’ll start flower for sure
Amnesia just being a sativa and tripling in size during its flowering stretch
Royal Gorilla forming many nice tops
Gelato growing well , kinda looking droopy
White widow growth slowed down but all in all great week
I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots.
Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered
And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)
Great start to the week. Buds starting to develop. Introduced Unsulphered Blackstrap Molasses this week in the feeding. It was freezing for the first time 11C at night. Night time is starting to scare me, it gets humid and cold. I might have to bring the whole operation inside
Brought them inside this week and borrowed a Dehumidifyer. I’ve been able to get RH , 45-55 now and the resin production has already started increasing
Flushing most this week . Little bits of powdery mildew appearing so I cleaned the whole tent , removed those leaves and foliar sprayed a mix of organic Castile soap milk and water
