Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Thank you for stopping by and all the likes and comments....you are the best! 😎 Everything goes according to plan i started adding PK 13/14 to the mix this week, the plant is in good condition and seems to recover nicely. The excellent Mars Hydro TS 1000 is kept at 33 cm from the top of my plants is is running on full power. TS 1000 gives a full spectrum of light to the plants and you can see that...the leaves are lush green and develop without any hindrance, Mars Hydro did a very good job producing this lamp. Welcome to week 6 of flower for this lovely project! Last week was exciting this week should be even more exciting! With the ladies beginning to put on serious weight it's only a matter of time before I'll have to install a second net to help support the branches. Keep inspiring to grow! -The Projexx Day#36F Creamy Cereal is PUMPING frost now with its undeniable smell of fruit loops and milk. Day#37F Ladies are putting on mass and quickly! Day#38F Macmelonz continues to stretch and stack but looks like its nearing the end for her stretch phase. Hopefully she pumps HUGE kickass flowers for me. Day#39F Flowers are almost the size of a soda can now. The trichomes on these plants are wild like trichomes over trichomes. The flowers have really picked up on the aroma department as well very please with the plants. Day#40F Raised the light abit, Flowers are starting to display colour in them now can't wait to see them in a few weeks! Day#41F Pictures N/A. Ladies are still beefing up flowers some of the pistols are starting to turn. Day#42F Ladies are still putting on mass daily. Lots of lovely unique smells coming from the plants. Recap: Things went well this week , the ladies really put on some mass and all the flowers are hard as rocks! I will be taking away leaves over the course of the coming weeks to ensure the airflow to the flowers. Excited to see what the coming weeks bring!

Noticing the stretch stop, and now packing out there bud sites 💪💚 Day 54 23/08/24 Friday Watering only today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, I'm watering in 350ml no run off. 400ml I'm seeing tiny run off. Day 56 25/08/24 Sunday Water today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Added bud candy and rhino skin 1ml per litre.

Some good progress this week,plant 1 now starting to stack,plant two now showing proper pistils. Candyman is now 99 days old! Day 49 of flower and they are looking unbelievably beautiful and smelling crazy strong. I am aiming to do one more feed and then a 7-10 day flush if they are all ready anyway. I really am gutted i couldn't take cuts of pheno 3 😭 all in all I'm super happy with this run. Update: day 53 of flower and they just look unbelievable 😍 nearly time for a 7-10 day flush. I've now lowered the light intensity for the final weeks

She performs and performed exceptionally well! First try with HST and she did not disappoint 👏 🙌. An absolute joy 😊 .. From start to finish she was not a mission at all..

3/28/2023 - Day 30 Flower: moving into mid flower and all the plants look good. Starting to put on some weight and stack up. Tricomes are really starting to develop and they are starting to smell. Switching to 11 hours on and 13 hours off today, but have the lights cranked up 100%. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here. 3/30/2023 - Day 32 Flower: watered again today with 4 gallons. Added another sprouted seed tea, with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos and Bio-Catalyst, BuildASoil Big 6 and BuildABloom, Fermented Peach Extract, and coconut powder. Everything else is looking great. Flowers are stacking and adding more frost every day. Not too much of a smell yet, but the Grand Prix 2 is starting to smell like something special. Still too early to say exactly, but I'm excited to see how she develops. 4/1/2023 - Day 34 Flower: not much to report today. The plants look great. The only thing I noticed is it looks like the Grand Prix 3 is showing signs of some purple in some of the leaves. The stem still looks green, so I don't think this is related to any kind of deficiency. I think it's just some color starting to come through in mid flower. I'll try to add a picture above. 4/2/2023 - Day 35 Flower: watered 4 gallons of water, mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Coconut Powder, and Yah-Whey Thrive.

This grow went beautifully other than the strain I was also running ended up being a hermie and pollinated this one. She really didn’t produce much seed and focused on putting on weight surprisingly enough. So I decided to finish her out and see what happens, gotta say I’m glad I did! Will be without a doubt the biggest yielding plant I’ve grown indoor from seed. ******after 4-5 day drying period******* 6oz in the photo however this is just the tops and a few select lower buds that were sizeable! Still have the whole lower portion hanging in the garage. I’ll update with a full dry weight in a week after she get in some jars.

Hi growmies, I transplanted one of the clones into a net-pot, which sits on top of a 20l DWC with an ayirstone and a little pumper circulation and water disruption. This system will move into the little box, as soon as the Blue Mazar and Afghan have moved out. I have chosen the cutting that was the least down the lie in terms of flower and very stubbing from the beginning, as this one is transitioning back to Veg much quicker than the others. The cutting seems to like her new home, as she already starting to rot through the net pot.

2/5 Week 6 May be last week of veg kind of depends on factors outside the grow. Lets hope Keeping the Si included and leaving nuets as is. Continuing to defoliate as needed to keep things civil in the small tent, Moya is crowded. Canopy is at 30" plants about 20" 2/6 Better plan! Found a table at Goodwill that will fit in the flower tent and allow two plants to be moved there tomorrow. So tomorrow is the day, two plants will remain in Moya, prob Jool and Zhaan 2/7 Aeryn is in flower tent flipped to 12-12 Jool and Zhaan in small tent, Moya, also flipped to 12-12 Here we go Feed set as above, keeping levels low at this point 2/8 Second day May reduce feed a bit, white tips One time feed of Kangaroots 10ml/gal Keeping things defoliated so the middle gets lots of light 2/8 Last attempt to try and get rid of those white tips. Further reduced feed but added just a touch of cal-mag to make up for it. If this doesnt work I am just feeding them and ignoring the tips. Flowering is starting to show, more on Aeryn being under the HPS than Jool and Zhaan under the LEDs. Continuing to defoliate as needed to keep bud sites in light. 2/10 Bringing down the nuets to under 500ppm did the trick on the white tips but can not leave things there so back to some sane level and I am just going to ignore it. Stretch is starting for real 😳 2/11 Since the tip burning is an issue with N, I am going to move the girls to all bloom tomorrow with today as a transition. Strain is absolutely sensitive to Nitrogen.

Getting closer! starting to see some milky trichs, i might have been off by a week or 2 on my prediction for time left lol but they have plumped up nicely!!! she is looking and smelling amazing. Looking like a healthy yeild from her too. took the c02 out about 5 days ago. I'm guessing around 5-7 days until harvest. absolutely love this strain so i'm stoked to have a nice resupply coming soon i'm gonna toss out a dried flower weight guess of hmmmmmmm 122 g

Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked.
