Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! Momma is just about ready for her 36-hr pre-harvest dark period. Going to give her 1, maybe 2, more short light cycles (~10 hrs). Trichomes are mostly cloudy with some amber. Pistils have darkened and curled in. Buds are plump and firm. It’s time! 😎

They’re all doing amazing. Caramelino smells like a super sweet, floral fruit. The White Widow in the corner is stacking up with white flowers all the way up the main stems.

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)

2022-12-22 If you can grow a Solocup, you can grow everything. I love Solocups, growing with Limited Resources ( Growmedium), shows the true Mastery of Growing. I always have so much fun in growing into small Cups This grow was a solocup with around 0,5l.... so every easy to me with so much Growmedium Plants turned out Happy, and well formed Buds

I finally broke a pound with a single autoflower! Couldn’t have done it without AGLEX cob led’s, Remo Nutrients, and coco coir. They’ve changed my game completely! This grow started off as a pretty standard grow. I did absolutely no training until the veg period was winding down, and pre-flower was beginning. As the SCROG net went in, a little later than planned, numb fingers due to cervical spinal issues, and a poorly time muscle spasm, I snapped the main stalk...disaster right? Apparently not! They’re tough plants! Within a day or so she was perked up and sending up new colas from all the growth nodes now exposed to the 2000w AGLEX cob led’s. These lights have transformed my grow process, and increased my yields by over 300% compared to my old led’s, and only draws 408w from the wall. 1.23g/w is quite satisfactory I didn’t have much tucking to do this grow after the original SCROG. Due to the fact I was a little late getting the SCROG net in place, she didn’t have too much stretch left in her, she certainly fattened up quite nicely though, almost too much so in places. The front left side of the SCROG net got awfully crowded with huge buds packed tightly together. Lesson learned...keep the branches spaced apart slightly further, and maybe allow slightly more vertical growth of the colas to allow slightly better light, and air flow penetration. My issue is I only have 6 foot ceilings in my tents. The ceiling in my grow room is only a little over 6’2”. I managed, through SCROG techniques, without topping or fimming, to keep the top of my canopy 24” from the floor. This allows plenty of space above for the AGLEX cob, and exhaust fan. After last feeding I flushed with just Ph’ed water for 5 days, then gave the plant 48 hours of darkness, to rid itself of chlorophyll before harvesting on November 4th and hanging in a drying rack. It’s still curing in jars but after trying a few samples, it’s an awesome strain, and hits hard. It’s not as hard as it sounds to fill a 4x4 tent with a single autoflower, and still pull 18 ounces (504g) out of that tent. With simple SCROG technique, defoliation, quality grow medium you can achieve the same results. Of course you’ll need an AGLEX 2000w cob, but for an 18 ounce return on a $300CAD light, in 3 months, it’s a no brainer folks! You won’t find a better light under $300 Canadian. You’ll also need a quality nutrient line, and it’s hard to go wrong with the Remo Supercharged Kit. The proof of those 2 products quality are in my harvest. 🌱 Semana 5 de cultivo: ¡Se notan los cambios! 🌱 Esta semana fue clave: cambiamos las plantas de carpa a una más adecuada para su tamaño, ya que ¡han crecido muchísimo! Se nota que están en plena etapa de desarrollo, no solo por su tamaño, sino también por su apetito: están pidiendo más agua que antes. Como desde el inicio hemos estado aportando fertilizantes, en estos últimos riegos decidí usar solo agua con pH controlado y una EC muy baja. Esto me permite equilibrar el sustrato y evitar una sobre-fertilización, que en esta etapa podría ser contraproducente. Todo va viento en popa, y las plantas están respondiendo muy bien. Seguimos atentos y con muchas ganas de ver cómo evolucionan en esta etapa. ¡Nos vemos la próxima semana con más avances! 🌿💧✨

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. So we have harvested the wedding cheesecake abruptly as I think one might have started too herm possibly as I saw signs hence the abrupt chop of all as only days away from end of week 8. There are no seeds or any disinformation yet I saw under scope slight growing signs of possible coming g of herm so didnt waste time too chop... will inspect once dry all should be okay 🤞 The buds smell absolutely delicious theres more of a creamy cakey aroma bursting through more than anything like a creamy woft through the air. The girls grew amazingly considering I went from auto feed too hand feed although didnt seem too have a negative affect end result shows so I'd like too re run the wedding cheesecake ff again solely by hand/autopot this time all way through. Buds form grameat with great resilience too conditions out of control as I myself have a heatwave and they seemed too handle well. Over all I would strongly recommend this monster of a grower too all, she is a beautifull strain with such a great growing process. I will keep one girl for flower and the not so perfect girl for hash or too be pressed once cured for a month or so... These were flushed only a week unfortunatley due too early chop but as in coco I'm sure I'll be fine after a cure even for the hash girls.

9/28 Week 5 and hanging onto veg by a "hair" She is transitioning so doubt the week will be veg for long we will see. Introducing Bloom tonight at 2.5ml/gal increasing from there till 50% 9/29 Still technically in veg as no colas are forming yet but any day now. Will continue to increase Bloom while decreasing Grow WHEN it looks needed. Currently 6ml/gal each of Grow and 2 ml/gal each of Bloom Next step will be 5 each of Grow and Bloom keeping that EC kind of stable. Update: Her stretch has begun so should be seeing some real changes now. 3 inches in one day. pics 10/1 Pic In transition fully, growth tips getting hairy and changing Few more days be in full flower The transition feed is as shown 50% grow and bloom 10/2 27" not quite into flower completely 10/3 dropping lights to 20 hrs she seems to healthier with that schedule Getting a little worried about her stretch, increasing Si 3 fold and dropped lights Hit 29 inches at lights on.

Lilly x White Widow is flowering well. She is growing strong under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights, in ymthe Athena blended line nutrition. I have started adding pk to the solution when I increase the strength of it. Everything is looking great.
