Sept 10th This week was windy and finally some decent shower. Nature was begging for it but as we all know it was a headache for me personally. I went to visit the girls and noticed how the wind was taking its toll. Killer Kush (the biggest) was banking 15 degrees and the Outdoor Grapefruit was acting as a windscreen for Maroc. She needed some more defoliating to prevent moisture getting stuck in tight places. I pulled the net further down to improve airflow...a little to much. When i pinned the lower ring to the ground a big branch snapped😪 Emergency repair was done and I believe she will be all right. She was reinforced and i build a nice tent over the wound to prevent water coming in. Open from the bottom still alowing air to pass underneath.

While I was very happy with the grow at harvest time, I am a bit disappointed with only 190 grams total dry weight from these two plants. The buds are nice, dense and packed with tricomes, the smoke is smooth and the high is clear.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend. Not much to be done this week, I did some LST just trying to keep the 2 mains as flat as possible. They are pushing their fifth node, and that is where i will top them as soon as I can, probably in a day or two. Most people top their mainlines at the 3rd node for the second topping, however I like a wider bush, and also when using a Metal Halide Bulb it causes the nodes to grow extremely close together, but also creates super thick stems capable of producing massive colas. I will do the next toppings at the 3rd nodes, and then the final toppings at the 1st node. I have my coco coir ready to roll for the transplant into the 12.5 gallon container, but that will take place in about 10-12 days or so based on how she grows and responds to training. I made another batch of Canna Sugar this week, it is amazing....I just decarb then soak about a Quarter Pound of flower in everclear for a few months, then strain it over sugar and stir it occasionally, until all the alcohol evaporates which takes a few days....Great in your morning coffee....Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and Blaze On!

We’ve hit week five of flowering, and things are getting really exciting! 🌸 The plant is now covered in trichomes, and many of them are already turning a milky color—such a great sign that things are progressing perfectly. The buds are starting to look really frosty. ❄️✨ I’ve been following the BioBizz week 6 feeding schedule, as it’s almost time to flush the plant—just 2-3 more weeks to go! 💧 I’m getting more excited each day as we move closer to harvest. Fade has fully set in now, just keeping an eye on the trichromes for harvest time. Plants are nice and frosty and smells very sweet. Was getting worried about harvest time and drying / curing as I go away for 2 weeks November 6th. Invested in some Grove bags for the cure so this has reduced my anxiety about leaving my harvest for so long during the beginning of cure. They are really starting to show off there growth the runt has flew past what I thought she would be by this post. The one I topped is the one that’s the furthest in she’s stretching already and the others are still in veg . They are coming out beautifully though. The grow ace system is doing what it’s suppose to with no problems. Can’t wait to see what these ladies produce for me.

Things are moving along she stopped stretching, and they are all about the same height now in the tent 😁.. I've changed the feeding schedule and for now it's straight forward to some nice buds hopefully 😊 Have a great week everyone and till the next 🤙🏻

Week three, in the ground hardening in the elements. Growing in severe drought conditions is a challenge, but having a dog who wants to eat the tops off my plants is another challenge. He's only done it this once and while I am working in the garden, other than that he leaves them alone. So one plant is super cropped, thanks to my dog. The other two are left alone so far. I will be doing some LST on two of them. The purple colors are already beginning to show in the stems and leaves, the plants are building a solid stem base. I think most of that is from the genetics and hardening in the windy conditions I have here. I'm watering twice a week just to keep the soil from drying out. I'm excited to see these girls develop and produce some awesome colors. I love purple weed.

After the disaster with germinating the expert seeds Gorrillas, I was a bit disheartened, was so looking forward to them. But we just follow up strong by planting a Dutch Passion Skywalker Haze instead. Will be starting that diary this week, lets hope she germinates. And it looks like we might be lucky, one tiny seedling came up from the 5 expert seeds, looks like a bit of a runt now and doesnt grow as fast as the Dutch Passion Orange Hill Special. I wil put another Orange Hill in the tent if this doesnt work out. Last week was a hot week and rising temperatures inside and out of the tent, I decided to to remove the driver from the SP-3000 and put it outside of the tent. This light looks even sleeker and sexier this way. Also a dream to deinstall, 5 minutes. But my victory last week was my invention of my custom top down oscillating fan. Which comprises of a standing oscillating towerfan, hung horizontal by just making a little hole in the foot and hanging it sideways. It works like a charm. The tower has optional oscillation so I can choose to just cool the light or sway through the entire tent. Very happy with that and still very happy with the light by @MarsHydroLED, thanks so much.
