I started the week by selecting the 3 best plants to put them into their final 26l pots with some Dynomyco. I made the selection based on their sizes, shapes and roots. I increased the light output from 25% to 50% and started the week with 23h of light per day. After a few days I noticed what I think are light burns on every plants so I reduced the number of hours/day to 18h and it seems ok now. I checked the pH, not optimum but alright for soil and I always have this 7.0 with this soil and this pH meter (don't know if it works properly or not because it's always 7.0 in this soil, never 7.1 or 6.9). The 3 plants grew a lot this week, it's one of my best growth rate so far so I'm very happy 😁 The Wedding Cheesecake is by far above the two others, it already developped 5 nodes so I topped it (first time it happens to me that soon). As usual with this soil, I think they have a bit of nitrogen toxicity but nothing critical. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Gorilla Cookies : 18.5cm Purple Lemonade : 15cm Wedding Cheesecake : 22cm

Week five has ended theyre plain sailing now enjoying the whole process two phenos are showing some hairs turning a vibrant orange and some purple colours starting to creep up in the leaves .... humidity is a bit high in the tent of late so I might do some defoliation to bring it down a bit ..... plants seem to be loving the whole environment tho Smells are starting to come through a lot better and a range from lime to fuel mash up some got just pure gas aswell with nothing else still waiting for some garlicky smells but none yet happy growing

This new week started better as with some flushes I brought the runoff back to 6.5/7, the plant seems to be growing well

Did the start of my flushing last night. In 6 to 7 days I'll do another flush then 4 days after that, will do the 3 day flush before harvest. The aroma is overpowering very sweet with a bit of spice to it. Bud production is moving at a brisk pace. I did a small trim last week to uncover a few bud sites.

This week ill try to switch over to an English diary because the translation is absolutely crap and i might learn a thing or two about the English terms in growing, also because the American and Canadian researchers extended the growing knowlegde in an absolute insane tempo and i would probably get most of my information from them. I don't have a spelling-check on this pc, therefore i apologize in advance ;). I uploaded some photo's with crappy lighting (Next grow ill switch day-night rythm and should give me better opportunities for photo's, but we'll get to that in the future) but also i short video of some notes which i will elaborate below: Last week on saturday i turned off the carbon vent because i could not get the humidity level right and i was still waiting for my humidifier. I placed a big fan inside the tent for air circulation and besides that i installed a small vent-filling fan in in front for clean-airflow. Last weekend i closely watched what the humidity and temperature did and started playing with the setup. All the changes i made in the tent last week are: 06-02: - Shut down carbon vent - Added rotation fan inside - Added small front-fan for clean airflow 07-02: - Added humidifier (setting 55%) - Dropped HPS 600W about 15 cm's to 110 cm height 08-02: - Humidifier setting 60% 09-02: - Dropped HPS 600W about 20 cm's to 90 cm's height 10-02: - Front fan on 2 instead of 1 11-02: - No changes because all is stable 12-02: - Placed humidifier at the back instead of the side of plants - Dropped HPS 600W 15 cm's again to 75 cm's height - Moved the inside fan more to the top-back of the tent (more facing downwards) - Opened up a vent-hole in the top of the tent for a little warmth release From the moment i turned off my carbon vent last week the sprouts started flourishing, especially when i added the humidifier. All the changes, noting, and looking at them how they pose, reading blogs and learning have brought me to the point that i think i stabelized it. Allthough i am going to turn on the carbon vent sooner or later (i might do this tomorrow) i need to pay attention again because i'm predicting it will drain the humidifier in a higher speed and that means i have to refill approx. 15 liters in 2 days? The tank is 5.5 liter and at the moment i refill it every evening, so thats already 11 liters in 2 days. I'm really expecting it to increase significantly i ill keep my notebook ready. :p I'm also a bit worries it will be so warm in my tent because the outside temperature is pretty cold, and that might also be the reason the temperature doesen't go above 28 degrees anymore. Okay enough about the tent setup changes. Lets talk plants. After the transplant last week to their end-pot these auto's started to grow immediately and i think they did really well this week. Since the humidifier got added to the tent, every morning the plants praise their "Hallelujah" pose which is really pleasing to watch... **Last weeks's first time watering in the big pots:** 06-02 around 09.00: - 750ml around the side - 750ml around the middle area - 750ml with nutrients spreaded around the pots All is equally divided through 4 plants. This week's watering and nutrients: 08-02 around 16.00: - 750 ml around the pot - 750 ml with nutrients 11-02 around 10.00: - 500ml around - 500ml around - 500ml with nutrients 12-02: - Sprayed Vita Race first time 4ml in 750 ml and sprayed about 15% of it on the leaves, no drups, mostly nebula. The vita race really made the leaves shine, also within 1,5 hours all moist was took in or evaporated, Today probably again around 1600 ill water them again but ill hold the next vita race for tomorrow or something. as long as the plants shine the same i don't know if it's neccasary? Okay, last but not least.... This week on wednesday i kinda mis-read some shit on internet and topped 3 of my 4 plants. I think it went okay, because they don't seem to stressed about it. They still flourish and hallelujah on! Still i'm pretty worried because i made the cut right next to the nodes which isen't the best thing (learning phase :p)...... The reason i topped 3 outta 4 because i wanted to see if i diden't stress the smallest one, he would out-grow the others, but that does absolutely not seem to be the case. Also i think it's a great way to learn by not stressing one plant to see the differences, i want this first grow not to be about end results but more about learning and developing my own personal experience and point of view. Oh PS, i also drilled all the holes to prepare for LST, but i think they were kinda to small on 10-02 when i drilled it. I'm going to watch the recovery from the topped plants closely coming week and maybe start with LST. Stay tuned while this noob messes around with Auto Critical Orange Punch of Dutch Passion.

I made so many mistakes during this run I can't even believe we made it to this point. The flowers aren't great but they're aight considering. I tested some run off and ppm was 3000+. I was consistently hearing the condensate pumps go off which made me think I was getting run off not realizing it was from the dehumidifier. The pics were taken on Thursday and after 2 days of flushing they look better and have swelled up a little bit. I sprayed dr zymes for the thrips 3 days in a row to try and knock them out. I know spraying in flower is never great but the zymes evaporates and really had no noticeable negative effects on the buds (pistil burning or residue) and I havnt seen a thrip or any damage in a few days. I also got the full line of Marrone bio grandevo, venerate and regalia which ill incorporate into a weekly ipm starting next run. I'm gunna wash the buds at the end. Hopefully all the dumb shit I do this run I can learn from and improve. Day 49 I've dropped the base nutrients and have them on 8 grams per gal of full tilt with some aptus additives and enzymes. The multi strain makes it tricky as a few really need 70-80 days but at this point I just want to wrap it up asap. I'll hand feed the 3 or 4 plants that still need the base probly.

Day 58 - 07/02/20 About 70% or more pistils are amber and ive harvested the inner stems of the plant yesterday and today and trimmed it all down to individual buds before putting it in the net to dry for a week :) The inner stems had such thick and dense buds on them that it was blocking some light from the buds on the outer stems and preventing them from reaching full maturity. They are now getting all the light they need for a few more days during the flushing week. I will also be reducing the light from 18/6 down to 12/12 this week as its not possible for me to isolate the plants in total darkness for 72h. I was told that no light right before harvest will mean more THC production, any time i knock the lights back before harvest my buds always look frosty and covered in trichomes. I cant wait until i have a smaller veg tent and another tent so i can isolate the plants for the full 72 hours. Anyways i had a little problem over the last 2 weeks with my PH pen being cheap and nasty, it constantly needs calibrated but still its doing a basic job and preventing more serious PH issues until i get a replacement. i also think i might have flushed the plants at that time before calibrating the PH meter and they were not happy about it :) Everything looks okay now in my tent and im just giving this one only Phed tap water until harvest :) I added a few photos of the Cayenne pepper plants harvest, the pepper plant was in one of my older grows i think maybe my first... could be the quick one diary, with minimal care and a little water i grew some monster peppers, i wanted to give them thier own diary but im not sure how GD would react hahah. so i posted them here, These peppers were all grown under the same light in the exact same conditions as i grow my weed with no bugs 🐜 or problems with mould, id strongly reccommend giving it a go and use up that grow space, especially as its bad for the environment to indoor grow! make the most of it folks! Anyways happy medicating for this week and check out my other diaries if you all get time :) Day 60 - 09/02/20 Added a video of a few buds from the inner stems drying on my drying net. I trimmed the fan leaves off and chopped the tips of the sugar leaves which had no trichomes on them. most of the test buds got all the visible stem removed but i left a few of the chunky tops to dry just to see how they turn out. Anyways im going to flush for a few more days before chopping the rest down and getting it ready to dry :) Keep on growing folks!

Update: I made a Flowering feed guide for myself so I figured I would share it. I'm going to do a small flush on them soon to remove nutrient buildup. I'm sure it will help finished quality. The first girl has been stretching all week. I have had to LST branches to keep her short. I hope she is done stretching but if not I will just keep tying branches down. She did make it too close to a light and it burned one of her buds. It did not cause any issues tho. On the second girl I was tying down the main stem and damn near snapped it off. I freaked out and cried IRL. 😭 I braced the top broken half and taped it up then I gave her a large dose of Silica and Recharge to help her recover. Only the broken top of the main stem went a droopy for 4 days and she almost stopped growing. She developed some rust spots on some of her fan leafs. I gave her Cal-Mag the second I saw the spots developing but they developed regardless. My guess is that she used energy in her fan leafs to help her recover. The good news is she looks fully recovered. 👊 I can feel a knot where the break is, very fast recovery for such a bad break. For sure this was my worst LTS accident to date. I will get a pictures of the break when I feel comfortable removing the tape. I upgraded there lights with 2x 100w 3000k flood lights with the lens plate removed. I have had really good results with these lights in previous grows and they are thin so they fit perfectly. I now have: 2x Castnoo 300s (really 100w) 1 Grow Star 150 UFO(really 70w) 2x Viugreum 100w 3000k thin flood lights (really 60w) 2x MAIICY 45w (really 30w) That's a total of 450 true watts. 225w for each of these girls. Very bright inside. Maybe over kill?

Greetings, my esteemed fellow cultivators and botanical enthusiasts! Welcome to the eagerly anticipated Week 12/6 Flower Report for the botanical diva herself, Jealousy, in the Zamnesia Power Buds competition. The journey through the flowering phase has been nothing short of a captivating symphony, and our verdant empress continues to reign supreme in her green kingdom. As we delve into this crucial stage of flowering, the grow room has transformed into a sanctuary of green opulence. Jealousy, in her perpetual prayer pose, seems to be conducting a botanical orchestra, where each leaf, each bud, plays a harmonious role in the grand crescendo of growth. It's like witnessing the culmination of a green saga, where every petal is a testament to the resilience and beauty of our botanical queen. The lush, vibrant greenery that envelops Jealousy is a visual feast for the eyes. It's like a living tapestry woven with threads of health, vitality, and sheer botanical exuberance. Every leaf, with its intricate veins and emerald hues, tells a story of photosynthetic prowess and a plant thriving in optimal conditions. The bud formation has reached a state of sublime perfection. The plumpness and resinous richness of each bud are like treasures waiting to be discovered. It's as if each calyx and trichome is a botanical jewel, sparkling in the radiance of the grow lights. The turbocharged pace of their development is a testament to the genetic prowess of our green empress and the meticulous care she has received throughout this journey. In response to Jealousy's voracious appetite for nutrients, I've raised the TDS to 900 ppm. She's embracing this increase with open leaves, signaling her hunger for more. It's like providing a gourmet feast to our botanical royalty, ensuring that she receives the royal treatment in the form of essential nutrients. And now, let's talk about the aromas that waft through the grow room. The olfactory symphony that Jealousy is producing is nothing short of breathtaking. Each whiff carries promises of the floral abundance that awaits us. But fear not, my fellow growers, as I'll save the full aromatic experience for a dedicated report. Before we conclude this week's odyssey, let's extend our heartfelt thanks and shout-outs to the indispensable contributors to our green adventure. A grand salute to Zamnesia for providing the seeds that birthed this botanical marvel, to Plagron for the nutrients that have fueled her journey, to Grow Diaries for being the platform on which we tell our horticultural tales, and to the incredible community for sharing in the collective knowledge that enriches our green endeavors. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your grow rooms be filled with the same botanical splendor that graces mine. Here's to a week of perpetual prayer, opulent buds, and the anticipation of a harvest that will be the crown jewel of our shared green kingdom. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 9.5.25: Hulkberry has certainly started her stretch! I'm really low on space to train her out, and the light has been turned up to full power. She has begun to drink more, and I gave some more dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH:6.4 I am very pleased with the recent growth spurt, so let's hope I can accommodate her! 😅 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Hulkberry was very dry, surprisingly. Although I guess I've been giving her less. She was fed with a high dose of Ecothrive Trace: 7ml/7l. She was fed with 6 litres over the course of the day. PH:6.4 PPM: 515 I had added this as a foliar spray last week, and it has apparently damaged some leaves. Left some dry orange patches in the leaves. So, having that happen makes me want to just water with it. Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 💚 ✌️ 🍃 😊 🌱
