Using a Rhaspberry Pi 4 to automate the watering and a TP-link 105 smart plug to automate the Viparspectra P2000 LED grow light. You can see how I automated it here: https://hackaday.io/project/188129-rhaspberry-pi4-basic-watering-system-for-balcony Basically, this is an "Automated Watering how-to Guide for Dummies" - as simple as technically possible. You still require some basic command line expertise, but the steps have been proven and I provide links to the gear I used AND the Node Red code, making this EASIER than anything else I've seen online.

The week went again pretty uneventful, other than me not getting the tip burn under control. I have further reduced base nutrients, removed the green sensation (simply because I ran out ;)) and increased pk 13/14 further. The buds continue to develop new pistils and continue to swell. The trichomes look mostly milky at this stage, I will however wait until I have around 20%-25% amber. I have cut a bud from the lower canopy (pictures attached), which is quite solid to touch and had a wet weight of roughly 1,2 gr and is currently drying. Overall the bud structure on this plant looks amazing the buds a re super dense, nicely clustered around the stems and she looks like she'll be a joy to trim.

Day 43 - We are all set for flower, garden is happy, vibrant and healthy. She will be flipped after this to 12 -12. Not much to report as all I've done is LST/bending and defoliation. So not a lot of stress on the girls. Hopefully this encourages stress free plants that will give me some big fruits. Follow the YouTube channel please guys ( Link on profile here ) Stay safe and stay blessed.

Week 8, Day 56, Day 12 of Flower. Well the girl is doing nicely again. All in all things are going well. I did notice a few fan leaves with a slight purpling so I will try adding a little more CaliMagic on the next feed. She is currently receiving 200ppm of CaliMagic. The last feeding was 660ppm total nutes, but 950ppm 1.9EC in the run-off so I gave her some Phed water to help clear some of the nutes building up in the media on the next feed which went down to 650ppm 1.3EC in the run-off. Thinking about doing a flush with some Florakleen, or should I wait until flush time at week 7 and 8 of flower when Trichomes are hopefully milky. All comments and suggestions welcome.

Quick update on the strains I have growing at the moment. Its a mixture of Photoperiod and Autoflowering strains. For the Photos I have Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman), Critical+, DinaMed+ (both DinaFem) and 3 Cherry’s (Elevator Supply Co). For Autos I have NYC Diesel (Barney’s Farm) and 3 BlackBerry’s (FastBuds) This week I’ve seen lots of nice growth overall, but especially with the photoperiod plants. The Critical +, Cream & Cheese CBD, DinaMed+ and Cherry all look great! The Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel Auto is also looking good! The Cherry is starting to look good too and one of the new seeds sprouted. One more Cherry seed left so this time I tried putting the seed in a jiffy pellet then putting the jiffy pellet into the soil. We’ll see if that helps get one more going. The first 2 Blackberry’s are stretching and developing bud sites. These 2 are a bit small, but the purple in number 1 is coming in nicely. I think the 3rd will be the champion of the bunch and outgrow her big sisters. My fault for trying to get a head start by a few weeks on the first 2 in less than ideal conditions. Live and learn. I’m going to keep all plants growing so everyone can see the good, the bad and the ugly. (I bet the ugly still gets me high as fuck!) 😜 New tents coming soon too. Another 2x4 and a 4x8. 👍 Video finally uploaded 😃
