Hello This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. Still 5 more weeks to go... Hoping to harvest around the 2nd week of Aug. Plant #3 is showing a lot of resin already. See the pics... The white around the edges of the leaves is the give away. Found a few ladybugs this week and brought them inside here, to help. Was hot at the beginning of this week. Week 9: Transitioning and Training The Durban Poison photoperiods are officially settling into their long-term homes and showing some impressive vigor. After the successful transplant into the 25-gallon fabric pots, the root systems are clearly enjoying the extra breathing room. This week is all about managing that explosive growth and setting a solid foundation for the structure of the plants. #Environmental Conditions Location: Outdoor Deck Climate: High plains (Variable temperatures and shifting winds) Sunlight: Full sun (approx. 14+ hours of daylight) Garden Updates & Maintenance The focus this week has shifted from recovery to Low Stress Training (LST). Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. Plans for Week 10 * Continue adjusting the ties on the LST setup. * Monitor for any early signs of "the stretch."

Plants are growing really fast just giving water when soil dry. Decided to top the big bud auto seems to be growing really fast. Was only going to lst because this is my first indoor grow and don’t want to fuck it up hahah. Not much else going on this week. One of the northern lights is tiny but I have faith in it

So started the week with 4 clones. Not sure what happened but lost a couple. Lost the really squat strain which hermd the most. I do believe I could've guided it more slowly and gentler. But gone now unfortunately. I do have the most vigorous one and the middle one. Again if I wouldnt have stressed it so much I think it might still be here. Regardless we will take more clones when we lollipop make some reveg. Also I named the Cuts SHE HULK(biggest light green and purple throughout even in pistils) and Mystique(Not as many flower sites but showing way more Blue Power genetics with the darker wider leaves.) Transplanted 2 clones SHE HULK and I'll call her Rogue because my hypothesis is that in the position it was in and touching the squattiest plant that hermd the most triggered it to. But I will watch closely. Not rush her and see what happens. Have a Mystique clone but seems it may not make it. Again we will take clones soon. Think lollipop time is end of this week. Last 2 weeks before I put her in a 3 day dark period! I’m no longer giving any nutrients and I’m letting the plant deplete all the nutrients in the soil, I’m also only using water for now own. I have her in a 11.5 hour light schedule. There’s slight nutrient burning too on some parts but it’s nothing drastic.

The growth on this girl last week 🔥🔥🔥 & she's healthy AF(excuse my French🤣) She's been praying🙏 24/7 to my Geeklight Geekbeast Pro. Day 57 this little lady last weekend showed up with some burning on the leaves but I’m. Not really sure it was an excess of nutrient, signals of a deficiency of K and P are also visible. So I just gave oh controlled water with regulator and enzym+ and some calmag, now everything looks fine and i ‘ m sure I t will be great this week. Tomorrow, feeding day! Day 59 lady si farting up every day, I’ve been feeding her the last two days. The yellow on the leaves is just because of a water deficiency from the last week, I wanted my lady to absorb everything I gave. On day 57 I gave 1 lt but it was too dry, so on day 58 I gave her another lt and she took it all with PH 6,2 and PPM 1000z I think I’ve got 20/25 day max left so this will be the last week of fertilising from Day 70 I’ll start mi flush. Day 62 today feeding day I finally get my p-boost and k-boost from aptus. She drunk 1 lt with ph 6,1 and ppm 1090 Let’s see🌱🌱🌱🔥🔥

The poison girls are in no hurry, apparently. More flowers appeared but they‘re still very tiny. Once again, patience is the virtue of every gardener. The upcoming days are expected to be very warm and sunny, yay. They get their weekly mix of 3:3:3 and molasses and that‘s it. Cya next week.

Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

8. Woche Die beiden Ladys entwickeln sich gut würde ich sagen, der eine Pheno wird fjedenfall schneller fertig als der andere, bin gespannt auf die nächsten Wochen. Das Mainlining und Topping hat ja doch alles bisschen hinausgezögert 😊

This week the plants went through a lot of training. First, at the beginning of the week, the humidifier was taken out, the light was set to 4, and I applied worm castings to reduce the Ph level. Then two older plants got topped, and applied LST on the main branches. I rolled the main branches between my fingers to soften the branches until they are limp. Then tied down the tallest branch. Then, the rest of the plants got topped. By the end of the week, ALL of the plants were topped at the fifth node and trimmed under growth, up to the third node. This prepares them for top bud production and sets the plants into healing mode. Which will increase yield and terpene production. Note: the baby Lemmosa plants are very healthy and vibrant and young enough to withstand the HST!

What up Growmies, this one grew hella fast maturing in 9 weeks from seed to harvest fast. Buds is true to their name. This one has some serious resin on the flowers reminding me of some sort of a gelato Gorilla glue cross, but we shall see when it's released! I could be far off lol. I had no problems growing her. She was really easy and happy her whole life. She's a great one for extractions! Thank you grow diaries and thank you fastbuds for the opportunity to show the world my organic gardening skills! Its really taken off 😊 just typical feeding routine of some nutes and just top dressed them to hopefully keep in some more moisture and help the roots expand. They've got so big I don't have much room so I just defoliate them when I can. They're all starting to smell really good 😋 just hard to tell with so many branches cramped together lol Happy growing 🌴

Auto Northern Dragon Fuel is doing some bulking. I have cut back on nitrogen, and increased blooming nutes. Her ph is trying to climb is why I dosed her good in nutes. I did some selective defoliation in center around the colas. I am just waiting on them to faten up. High GD community, Tonight i do a bubblehash adventure, using different strains ive received from friends. They didnt like the smoke of it, so i got the buds and make the best out of it. In total i have 200grams of dry materials. With only 40grams of sugarleafs. But those are from the sicario, zkittelz and fucking incredible harvests and carry a lot of crystals 2. Everything is packed now and went into the freezer. Around 10 o clock local time this evening i get started. Its washing at the moment. 3 washes down. Now i leave it for a spin of 1 hour and cleaning afterwards. So theres probably some more to come. So 4th and last gave an other good batch. Thats all for today. 30/07: Wir starten heute in Blüte-Tag 1. Die Pflanze hat sich super entwickelt und viele gesunde Triebe entwickelt. Das Netz habe ich auch schon eingehängt, so kann ich die Triebe noch Lenken und möglichst vielen von ihnen Licht geben

Looking like a Peruvian jungle in here! The Runtz have done really well with the training and defoilation! We now seeing the bud sites slowly coming through. Main job this week.is to keep them big leaves tucked away to expose the bud sites to the light. Just started a tiny feeding of Plagron Green Sensation to begin with 0.5ml PL and then the next week 1ml until we get to 2ml feedings. Humidity now is slowly getting lowered over next 2 weeks until we at 55% Get to the chopprrr!!!! 🚁
