Great easy grow, took well to led grow and nutrients never needed to step back. Needed support fairly early on in grow. Heavy flowers not massive but I guess loaded with oils and good stuff. No apple smell or taste with these two phenos at all. Both super heavy chem affairs. One however tastes a lot like gorilla glue, it is one of the parents. This cultivar has shot straight to the top of my lists of grow again. It’s pure fire.

This model was grown for ointment production. So waiting for amber trichomes was pointless. For ointment, it is good to have the THC as active as possible when the trichomes are fully milky, not overripe.. Before applying it to my skin, I made a small piece of hash. The ball weighed 2.2 grams and was pleasantly strong, citrusy, and had a hashish scent..

She is becoming a monster! Which is awesome. The mainlining really made a huge difference for her overall production. My first Black Jack I just simply LST the main stem and that was about it for training grew to 15" after 12 weeks. This girl is already 15.5" and still getting taller, the bud sites are just way better and should fill in great, excited! Cheers 😎💪

06/12/23 - Day 0 Here we go again!! After a successful run of 3 strains, I've decided to pop a 3 pack of MilkyWay F1 from RQS. 3 seeds are in a wet paper towel, inside a plastic sandwich bag, into a dark warm cupboard. Im hoping they all germinate!! LET'S GROW!!! 08/12/23 - Day 2 from seed All 3 seeds have cracked and tap roots have come out, so i've put them in the peat pots. I mixed coco coir and perlite at 70/30. I've also decided to add a teaspoon of DYNOMYCO’s Mycorrhizae in each little pot too. 10/12/23 - Day 4 2 out of 3 have sprouted, the 3rd isn't too far behind. 11/12/23 3 out of 3 are out and thriving!! we're well within schedule and we're off to a very good start!! 12/12/23 - Day 6 I've decided to move all 3 into their final pots today! I'm using Plagron AllMix in 12L pots with a nice big drip dish. Into the tent they go!!!

this time we got a different phenotype, the whole plant has started to turn purple, not just sporadically like in the last ztrawberriez grow. It looks beautiful and will be harvested soon

Last week, instead of 2 g of GHSC Powder Feeding, I only gave 1.5 g p l of substrate so that I can give you another 1 g per l of substrate next week so that it lasts until the end :-). It is developing very well and the buds are starting to grow :-). The week was poured 3 times with 1.1 l each time. once of them GHSC Enhancer was added :-). The bottom shoots have now also been removed :-). As always, the humidifier was refilled every day and the lady was checked for her health. I hope you enjoy the update. Just chopped last night. About 8oz wet weight. Did a good amount of wet trimming, will do a final manicure once it is dried. This grow has been an absolute blast - the girls were good to me and didn't give me much trouble. I am a man of variety, so I always try new things - so not sure if i will grow it again but if I had to, I wouldn't be mad at all :) Smoked some scissor hash it is sure was tasty! and strong - got me feeling reallllllly nice. Will update in a week or so when it is dried to report on the dry weight. And then some time after that I will report on the smoke once it cures :) UPDATE POST HAND DRY: The plants hung for 6 days, and have now moved into the jars. Dry weight of exactly 2oz. 51g buds, 5g trim. I had no idea that cannabis loses its smell a bit as it dries - so i got super worried at first, only to realize this is normal and the beautiful smell returned shortly. Will continue to update after curing for a taste/effect review. UPDATE ~ 1.5 Weeks into cure: Looking back it think I did too much dry trimming. It had been cold at that time, and I was paranoid about mold. It dried quite quickly, and I might have been out a day too long. I was aiming to get them in jars and have it sit at about 60-65% humidity - but when they went into the jars it never went higher than 54% and kind of settled down at 48%. But the buds aren't crispy by any means, so maybe my humidity meter was off. They do seem a little too dry though - and the buds are definitely quite airy. My grow light is pretty small, so I'm not expecting super dense buds. From what I've read, I'm worried they might have over-dried past the point of "curing"? Or maybe I'm reading too much into this, idk. This is all a learning process and I'm enjoying it regardless. It was my first grow so I definitely have room for improvement within my current setup. I couldn't wait to try it so I've been sampling throughout the curing process. The flavor and scent profiles are definitely changing, and for the better - but it doesn't have that same "dank" smell it had when she was a living plant. Not sure if that's normal, but probably just didn't have the best drying process. Obviously this early, I'm not expecting amazing taste and smell, so let's see how some more time does. I will say it gets me stoned, for sure haha. It's got a nice dark green, purple color too it with a decent amount of thichomes visible. Honestly, the smaller plant (#1) that I stunted early on has a better scent/taste already, versus #2 that looked so good. Not saying #2 is a bust at all either. It has this earthy, almost cheesy flavor profile. Interesting. Back to the effect - it worked to the point where I feel laser-focused writing this update haha. It definitely has a hybrid effect, with a nice euphoric uplift, while helping me relax and ease tension. I'll try to keep updating this as it cures!

day 50. 9.04.18. shes like dang! got a little hair cut and defoliation the boys got to do their clean up which everyone loves. i cant wait to see what this plant will finish as shes stacking heavy and smells wonderful. shes gunna be super heavy and dense her under carriage structure is beautiful.

Had a bad week 4 as my PH pen decided to go wonky. Once I got it all straitened out plants took a few days to bounce back and took some lower leaf damage but nothing to bad and it will mostly be trimmed off soon anyway. Still waiting to start LST on 3 of these girls until they get a few days of normalcy after the ph shock. Will probably be end of week five we tie the other 3 down and get the screens in place to prep for Scrog.
