End of Week 6, Day 42 and all is fine. Been slowly adjusting the light schedule this week, getting ready for the switch to 12-12. Currently at 15-9, will be 14-10 on Saturday, 13-11 on Sunday and finally 12-12 on Monday March 11. She is a little smaller than the other 2 Purple Kush. First time running both strains so don’t know what’s the norm. Getting a little worried about the crowding in the 39” x 48” x 72” tent with 4 plants in there. Wish me luck 😎

Another busy week with the vege. I gave it microbes, a HID lamp at 400 watts, sprayed for bugs and also covered the media with plastic wrap to get rid of 3 or 4 gnarts and of course a had another flood with the GoGro water system and I took one plant out of the garden because she is frozen in time. I still don't know why. The trellis is doing good. Lots of work.

This is about the start of her 4th week or so. I can't remember the day she popped out of the soil. I topped about a week ago and she is doing awesome.

Things are now advancing smoothly, having effectively weathered the majority of the challenges encountered. It's a truly uplifting experience to watch the process unfold, seeing how the plants are developing and thriving. Each day brings new progress, and I am continually enthusiastic about maximizing the sunlight that each plant receives as they continue on their growth journey. In addition to the hands-on cultivation aspect, I'm also diligently working on expanding my clones collection. The plan for the next week or so is to cultivate and ready these clones for transplantation. It's an exciting aspect of the process that helps me stay committed to my ultimate goal. That goal, of course, is to maximize my supply chain and provide high-quality cannabis. This involves more than just horticultural efforts. I am also persistently studying and researching the relevant laws to familiarize myself with the legal process. Navigating the licensing phase is a vital part of this journey, and I am committed to understanding and adhering to all legal requirements to ensure success in this venture. Diary Entry for Growth Project: Day 24 - Today, a slower-growing plant was effectively moved from its soil environment into an idle hydroponic system. With this transition, the count of prospering plants stands at eight, with a couple more still being monitored due to uncertain growth. Significant discoveries include the paramount importance of light distance to the plants, which was underestimated initially. Further, it has been found that genetically modified seeds hold no superiority over the prevalent autoflower seed market. Additionally, the positioning of the plant and the volume of medium placed between the plants and the water source have been recognized as key determinants in accelerating early stage growth. Welcome to the Day 25 update of our grow journal. I must apologize for the slight confusion - although the video says it’s day 23, today indeed marks the 25th day of our journey. I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve had a successful transplant. The plants are now settling nicely into their new environments. The question now at hand is, should we introduce stress training? As we move into days 26 and 27, I have been pondering on this. High-stress training can sometimes stimulate growth, but in our current situation, it might not be the most prudent course of action. This time around, we are expecting all our plants in the grow tent to blossom concurrently. In light of this, I’m leaning towards letting nature take its course rather than intervening with stress training. By doing so, we will allow our plants to focus their energy solely on flowering. The goal here is to encourage the production of dense and frosty buds, the hallmark of a successful growth cycle. Rest assured, we’ll continue to provide the plants with the care and nutrients they need. Remember, every cycle is a learning experience, and we’re on this botanical journey together. Keep checking back for more updates on our garden’s progress.

Week 3 veg begins. Not feeding at this time as the pots are still heavy and the medium feels moist from last week. Plants look healthy and happy. Nothing more to report at this time, thanks for stopping by, see you next week! 👽🌳🔥

As of this week I can see she's finally recovered after all the stress I put her through (HST, topping, LST) On August 1, watered it 1300ml, ph of the solution was 6.44, I added rhino skin 1ml and 1.3ml each- cal mag, bio root and biothrive grow. Had some run off but she sucked it all in, in less than 5 minutes I barely had time to measure the ph of the run off which was 6.72. Planning on transplanting it this week to a 5 or 7 gallon pot, she's currently in a 1 gallon pot. August 2, watered it 1L, ph 6.46. Added 1ml each- rhino skin, cal mag, bio root and biothrive grow. 6.77ph of the run off, (barely had any, she sucked it all in right away) August 3rd transplanted her to a 5 gallon pot and watered it 1500ml water ph 6.45 Added 1.5 ml each- rhino skin, cal mag, biothrive grow and bio root. No runoff. August 5th, watered it 1800ml water added 1.5ml each- rhino skin cal mag, bio root and 1.8ml biothrive grow August 6, watered it 3L water, 6.45ph Added rhino skin 3ml, cal mag 2.5ml, bio root 3ml, biothrive grow 3.5ml No run off

Jetzt heißt es beobachten, ruhig bleiben und den Stretch arbeiten lassen 🌱 🌸 Flowering Day 1 – Flip to 12/12 Yesterday we officially switched to 12/12, starting the flowering phase. The plants are now entering the stretch period and slowly transitioning into bloom mode. This morning they received a full watering with a transition feed using Crazy Hills Nutrients to help them move smoothly into flowering. Nutrients used (Crazy Hills): Upthrive (Grow Fertilizer) – still included lightly for the transition phase Prosper (Bloom Fertilizer) – introduced to start flowering nutrition Spark (Flowering Stimulant) – added to support early flower development Elix (All-in-One Booster) – extra support within the mix Today I also did some defoliation, removing selected fan leaves to improve airflow and allow more light to reach lower growth. The goal is to send them into stretch with a cleaner, more open structure. The plants still show slight stress from training and the recent flip, which is totally normal at this stage. The main goal now is to keep conditions stable and let them settle into flower. Training / Setup LST remains in place to maintain an even canopy. The two plants in the back (Roswell Code) were opened up and spread out for better light penetration. Goal is a flat, even canopy going into stretch. I decided to flip now because I’ll be away over the weekend, so this timing keeps everything stable while I’m gone. Now it’s time to watch the stretch and let them do their thing.🍀

Buenos cultivos!😃

Harvest Notes ✂️ • Harvest Timing: Papaya Zoap was harvested at day 63, with select buds taken earlier at day 56 due to mold concerns. • Drying: After careful trimming, the buds were dried for 12 days. The quality and aroma during drying hinted at the stellar smoke to come. • Density & Yield: Buds were rock-solid, delivering an excellent yield with perfect density for storage and enjoyment. Terpene Profile & Aromas 🍋 • Primary Aromas: A tropical explosion with sweet papaya upfront, complemented by creamy, soapy undertones that make her truly unique. • Complexity: As the buds cure, a hint of citrus zest and exotic fruit emerges, creating a full-bodied terpene profile that’s simply irresistible. Cultivation Experience 💡 • Highlights: Her uniform growth, heavy trichome production, and response to super cropping made her a delight to grow. She thrived under careful spectrum adjustments and defoliation, showcasing her adaptability and vigor. • Challenges: The dense bud structure made her more prone to mold, especially in a high-humidity environment. However, proactive monitoring and swift action mitigated the spread. Verdict: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (9.8/10) Papaya Zoap is a strain that commands attention with her beauty, aroma, and unstoppable growth. While her susceptibility to mold required extra care, her overall performance, yield, and quality were nothing short of exceptional. A grower’s dream and a frosty masterpiece!

This week a few different things happened . 1. After I flushed to remedy all purple stems Runtz & Zkittlez developed deformed leaf sets. The runts leaf set didn’t form on 1 side of the vein. The Zkittlez formed leaf sets with a missing finger . Instead of the being 5 fingers on the 3rd set there were 4 fingers . 2. Day #10 plants looked really sad & droopy the leaves of my plants where pointing downward & the 1st set of serrated leaves began to yellow . 3. To rectify the “super soil” dropping the PH of the water I fed the girls I purchased some PH UP & experimented with a few cups of my soil & found if I put in water at 9.5PH the “Super Soil” balanced out at 6.5 . My tap water PH is about 7.5 with a 200ppm (yes , yes, I know , tell me about it) if I put regular tap water in my soil drops it to a 5.1 -5.3 which led to the purple stems in the 1st week. Granted I’m kinda working backwards to work with what I have in order to utilize my investments it’s a means to an end I suppose BUT I AM OPEN TO SENSIBLE THOUGHT OUT ADVICE THANKS. 4. Day #11 I transplanted all the girls into full strength super soil . If I hadn’t had to flush i could have held out another week tops in my solo cups . I could have gotten to atleast the 6th maybe 7th node before transplanting into full strength soil. Currently I’m at the 4th node & noticing slight canoeing of the leaves . This is my first grow in this “supersoil” also my 1st time mixing my own amendments to make said “supersoil” so for the time being I’ll just keep an eye on it & hope the plant establishes quickly enough to be able to consume the quantities of nutrients in this soil THUS my generous generous use of Mykos . Today makes 2 weeks for Runtz & #1 GDP the the remaining 4 are at day #13. I’m still hoping by day 16 I can start LST’ing . All but 1 or 2 of the girls have began growing secondary shoots along the nodes so I’m getting more an more excited . I’m just envisioning the plants I want to have until it comes to fruition. I am by no means an expert I’m not even a reasonably decent grower . Out of the 3 runs I’ve done so far only one produced smokable poor quality buds . Each time spawning more research & a tweak to the setup . THIS TIME I AM CALM COOL & COLLECTED as I’ve ever been & have my eyes set on a lofty yield of high quality buds I’m aiming to get a QP p/plant but honestly I want to push them to get a HP p/plant . Which sounds like I’m in Narnia NeverLand with such high expectations .. I’ll just shoot for the starts & if I land on the moon instead I’ll be happy with that as long as the end results in me being high . Week 2 in the books 📚

My first grow. It's been a long time coming. This grow is 4 plants, 4 strains in a 90x90x200 with a 440w LED. Bruce Banner #3 Gorilla Zskittles Amnesia Haze Blue Gelato 41 The Banner and Skittles broke the soil successfully this week but unfortunately the Amnesia and Gelato didn't cut the mustard. Successfully germinated on second attempt however this means they are a little behind the the other 2 for now. I have the light dimmed to around 20% as the ladies were showing signs of having too much light, a slight yellowing to the ends of the leaves on the Skittles? This was with the light at around 50%. Will ramp this up slowly over the next couple of week once the other 2 break soil. UPDATE The Blue Gelato and the Amnesia Haze broke the soil a couple of days ago so they shouldn't be massively behind the other 2. Looking forward to seeing these ladies grow!
