Day 99 – Royal resilience in full bloom! What a week it’s been in Ramsgate — mostly dry, high UV, and just enough breeze to test her stems! Buds are really fattening up. Now comes the difficult part, deciding when to start the flush and then when to harvest. With likely warming days, quite likely an early harvest is on the cards so I can avoid curing in a hot tin shed. Closely monitoring the extended forecast to hopefully harvest at the perfect time as all will be wasted if curing in a 30c tent. At the moment due to a changing forecast its possible I will only achieve a 5 day flush, and have 3 days to cure in mild temps. Unfortunately from then it looks.like things seriously heat up, if extended curing is required then likely I'll bring in side the house in mason jars during the heat of the day then cure further on the drying rack in my tin shed till during the cooler evenings until ready. No. I know this isn't ideal but I've done this previously and always ended up with good.buds just way more effort that's for sure. This being a secret grow has additional challenges that's for sure. My wife, and 2 teenage kids have no idea what goes on in this shed as to their knowledge only garden tools are stored here, if anyone in my house did gardening apart from me then this grow would be impossible that's for sure

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

Hello, nouvelle session, et 1ere expérience cette fois ci en coco. Avec une nouvelle gamme d’engrais de chez Canna, ainsi que le substrat en coco de chez Canna aussi J’ai constaté que les graines de Quick Critical+ ont germées très vite par rapport à la terre, ici, à peine 72h pour les 1ères. Et un joli 100% pour la germination!! Merci dinafem!👍🔥 J’ai pu aussi constaté que le réglage du PH et de l’Ec prennent ici toute leur importance,, puisque pour mes 1er arrosages j’ai oublié de contrôler l’Ec, résultat, légère brûlure sur le bout des 1ères feuilles,, j’ai immédiatement corrigé en contrôlant et en ajustant l’Ec,, les choses devraient rentrer dans l’ordre maintenant. Voilà pour cette 1ere semaine de découverte de la culture en coco,,, A la semaine prochaine... Happy grow...😎

Everything is going good. Some are showing some sort of deficiency . Lowered lights a little bit. Going to start watering every other day. One of the critical thunder autos is like 8 inches tall lol definitely breeding her.

Harvest report for Ak47. Breaking ground to harvest was 91 days. Wet weight was 288 grams Dry weight =49g Power used for 13 weeks. 268.1Kw used on lighting. £80.43 at £0.30 a Kw Average 2.946 Kw a day =147 Watts power an hour during lights on. Dry weight from this grow. #1 49g #2 37g #3 46g #4 39g #5 51g #6 52g Total 273g True g/W 273÷147=1.85g/W This was one great grow and there are a few strains I'm really considering running again straight away. This strain is one that I want to grow again but give her a bigger pot. She has grown decent solid buds. One thing I have learnt during this grow is that the idea of cramming 9 autos into my tent was a stupid idea and trialling it with 6 plants was wise.

Plant 1 has 2 sets of cotyledon leaves. Which is a neat mutation. Anyone else grow stardawg and seen this? I really tried getting the temperature up a little more this week. Worked a little too well and things coulda went south quick. Thankfully everything’s good. I do not have access to my grow as much as I would like? As I do not have sufficient space in my apartment for my grow, Iam forced to do so in my parents basement. Big shout out to my mom! For watering these girls for me. 10/24/24 Short facts: - Continued with LST - Watered: 1 x 1.2L, 1 x 1L, 1 x 0.8L — 3L - VPD @ 1.0 — raised by 0.1 - Light @ 70% ~580 to 720 PPFD - Defoliation - Nutrients increased and added: BioBizz Top-Max and Bio-Bloom - No Root-Juice anymore --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don’t know what happened, but my pictures are not very good this week. It’s probably time to buy a good camera, maybe a used one with a decent lens. I defoliated the Lemon Cherry Cookies this week. I had to remove some leaves so that the branches and their tops could get direct light. But honestly, she looked pretty bad afterward. I really don’t like cutting off branches or leaves; it hurts me to see them like that. Sadly, I accidentally cut one of the better branches in half, which was really devastating. On that occasion, I also did a bit more LST, but that was the only session this week. There probably won’t be much more LST to do in the upcoming weeks. I increased the light intensity and also upped the nutrients. The LCC (short for Lemon Cherry Cookies) is the smallest plant in the tent and has fewer branches than the others. She also doesn’t use much water. But it was incredible to see how fast she went into flower, it basically happened from one day to the next. Her buds are the biggest and prettiest in the tent. Because she was the smallest plant, I put something under her pot on Day 28 to ensure she had the same distance to the light as the other two plants.

Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

The Blackberry auto by Fastbuds has been a thrilling plant to grow. Starting off as a tri-cotyledon seedling, she's been a rush from the start. When she came out mutated I didn't even know if I wanted to keep her; I asked the growdiaries.com community for help. After speaking with a few experts I decided to keep it and see what would happen.. Since then she has developed thick healthy stocks stalks and dark leaves with ripe purple flowers bursting out between them add every node. Using a home mix super soil with Promis Organic as the base, I decided to feed compost extracts laced with Golden Tree & CalMag which helped kick this girl into over drive and push out these dense sticky buds. I'm expecting around 3 ounces from her and it's day 73 since she popped out of the soil. She has a sweet aroma and is completely covered in trichomes. Drying/ Curing process: - she will be hung upside down by the main stock until she is dry (8-12 days) - My humidity will be set to 55 - 60 % and my temps will range from 65-70 degrees F - Will store in Glas Mason jars with 2-way Boveda humidty packs. These are a lifesaver for new growers. They will keep the humidity in the jar at 62%. - after 2 weeks I'll throw down a mad sesh Thanks to everyone who offered me tips and help when I needed it. Esta semana solo me dedique a regar con agua, la única planta que sigue en pie es la plantada en tierra,las plantadas en macetas se van deteriorando seguramente por algún hongo,pero bueno, con más tiempo subiré esas fotos de esas plantas, una por cierto se quebró y otra se puso toda violeta las hojas y tallos.

Solid week in the tent yet again. The buds have been fattening slightly and frosting slightly as well. Plenty of white pistils being thrown still. Timelapse for the week is out, updates come as they go, the usual. -10/22- EOS T5 shots are out. Seeing some very nice purpling of buds and quite a bit of frost as well.
