This week i decided to scrog my ladies. I guess the next days I've to lollipop 'em the last time. The growth is also lookin' pretty decent guys. So stay tuned.

This plant was a dream to grow, wish I'd taken cuts. Halfway through dry at 7 days. Drying at 55 - 60 % RH and 17 - 19 degrees C. I anticipate she'll be done between 10 - 14 days total dry time and I'll then trim and update weights on this Harvest. 133.75g total after trim. She's a nice smoke, very happy.

Mid week is day 21 of flower. I'll do one more leaf strip in the next few days and then I should be done screwing around in the tent with these ladies. I'm extremely happy with how the canopy filled out. Just a couple of weeks ago I had to cull 3 of my 8 and that left a void. The last leaf strip is done. I also removed the trellis netting. I am unsure if this was a good idea or not. As far as I figure, My canopy did fill the 5'x5' but it doesn't any more. Now that the scrog net is down everything "stood tall". The reason I removed it is so I could make sure that 1. I could strip everything that I wanted/needed to before everything turns woody and fragile. 2. get to my plants to make sure that no Male flowers surfaced. I did consider putting it back in but then I though of harvest time, what if one in the back is ready before the one in the front, that is gonna suck to pull out. So I left the net out. My hypothesis is that as the buds start to gain weight, the weight will get the branches to come down and spread out again. If the weight seems like it may break limbs, at that point I will apply the scrog net as more of a trellis net that will be easily removed. It's weird, two nights ago I was dreaming that I was in a panic looking for plant yoyo's. I was dreaming that my kolas were so huge that they were snapping. LOL Hopefully it wasn't a dream and it was more of a vision. I have still been feeding by my pH range. I still haven't had to use any pH up or down in the last 18 days. I have noticed that flower isn't as forgiving as veg cycle. I do have one strain that is showing leaf tip burn so I have decided drop my EC enough to let my pH rise a bit more quickly. In the flower cycle the plants seem to be more finicky with their uptake. If It's too strong they leaf tip burn within a couple of days so if you need to make changes you can't tip toe like in veg. You need to aggressively get back into range because the plant isn't going to wait for you. It's clock is ticking and it's going with or without you. After my recent leaf strip, my humidity has been lower than ideal so I will probably be putting a humidifier in shortly. I have been using the dimmer to dim my lights to 75% but I would rather have them at 100. I am looking forward to what the next 5 weeks bring so I hope you all stay with to see how this turns out. Grow report week 1: The seedlings Hello dear growers and growerettes, it is time for an update on my grow. My plants have successfully passed the germination phase and have become healthy and lively seedlings. They are all between 5 and 10 cm tall and have exactly the same stages of development, as far as their leaves are concerned. The seedlings I have selected seven different strains from Zamnesia and Barneys Farm, which are all supposed to be very tasty and potent. I am curious how they will differ and which ones I will like best. The strains are: Bruce Banner 3 Banana Do-Si-Dos Gorilla Zkittlez Frosty Nightmare Pink Rozay Girl Scout Cookies The seedlings have all shown their first two cotyledons and their first two true leaves. They look healthy and strong and have a nice green color. They all have a similar size and shape, which indicates a good genetics and a uniform lighting. The care I planted the seedlings in the Lightmix from BioBizz, which is ideal for the germination phase. I moistened the seedlings with a spray bottle. I watered the seedlings once with Bio-Heaven, Root-Juice and Acti-Vera from BioBizz, which are supposed to support the soil, the roots and the plants. I used these products in a very low dosage, to not overfeed or burn the seedlings. I mixed them with pH-regulated water, to achieve the optimal pH value for the soil. I grew the seedlings in a closed room without a tent, which I lined with foil. I used two LED lamps from Lumatek, which each have a power of 300 watts. I set the lamps to a height of 50 centimeters above the seedlings, to not irradiate or burn them too much. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the first week. My seedlings have grown well and have shown no problems or deficiencies. I am looking forward to the next two weeks, where it will already be time for the first transplanting and the ladies will be able to taste the pre-fertilized soil for the first time. I will fertilize this run only a bit late, even if I will use osmosis water this time. The soil from BioBizz is really great and can carry the first weeks well on its own. I will start fertilizing about two weeks after the transplantation into the final pots. The next weeks I will introduce you to my water filter, which works much better than the current osmosis systems, without waste water, much faster, almost 1 to 1 flow and also much better for the environment. So sorry I wasn't able to keep up with diary been very busy with work and taking care of the kids and of course my lil babies lol had to turn the gorilla cookie to a somewhat outdoor plant but still fed daily with coco nutes and that boy is a beast prob like 3 weeks behind if that outdoors gonna decrease nutes on my indoor cuz she seems about ready can't wait super super sticky

All ladies have grown a lot this week again, with the Blue Dream CBD growing at the rate of about 10 inches a week. That's almost a foot and I will admit to being a bit unprepared for this kind of growth rate, especially given that flowering season will not start until about late July... All said everyone seems healthy and happy. UPDATE - Interesting and unexpected development: the ladies (both Trainwrecks) seem to have flipped into flowering. I have no idea how this happened at this time of year. The seeds were not planted under lights, the plants have been sunlight only since they sprouted. Perhaps this explains the crazy growth all plants have been exhibiting. I'm keeping a close eye out on the two others to see if the same happens. Any thoughts?

Good feeding of tea Sunday with full dose of my organic tea with plenty of pk for them girls! Gonna stop the fish emulsion because of the high N because it's full flower and my other tea ingredients should do just fine! We'll see! Really didn't think they'd go so long but maybe 3-4 more weeks!? Can't wait for harvest time...💯🤙✌️

Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

9/20 Adjusted lights to 40% at 24 inches. It looks like I have a whorled phyllotaxy with the Sticky Mango. 3 branches per node. Should be cool to see how she develops. 9/22 Watered at 900 mS/cm 9/23 Dropped ir light on plants. Broke a fan leaf off the Moonberry Pie Auto. Removed other leaf to maintain light distribution and symmetry. Otherwise plants look great. 9/24 Added IR lighting. 10 before and after lights on and off. Hung at about 48 inches. 9/25 Topped Pink Apple Soda and Yuzu Sour above 4th node. Watered at 1.080 mS/cm pH 6.1. Watered to minimal runoff. Reduced RH to 62% 9/28 Increased lighting to 50%. Topped the Sticky Mango Auto. Was going to get to tall. The whorled phyllotaxy aspect of the plant is interesting. It is definitely growing faster than the others . It even has pistils already and a VERY dominant side branch. The plant I dropped the IR light on (Moonberry Pie Auto) definitely got stunted even though only 2 fan leaves had to be removed. The other topped plants (Yuzu Sour Auto and Pink Apple Soda Auto) look great. Starting to get bushy. Tucked the large fan leaves. Turtle Taffy Auto has been rather disappointing. If it doesn't show me something soon I may not waist the nutrients and get another Tastebudz Genetics seed going. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. This one is always a big yielder with great smelling Kolas. On the dry weight totals, I only used the significant pieces. I did not count any scrap as final weight

Week 9, day 57.... started this week with a feeding of pH 6.0 plain water. Hope she start to fatten up really soon. I'm going to take it a little light with the feeding this week because I gave her some nutrient burn.i also noticed some of her older leaves are getting a little yellow, is that something I should worry about? Day 58..... she's ok, took a few pictures of her leaves that has those dull spots. Hopefully someone can lead me in the right direction. I see very little progress with her buds swelling. I do have a heater in my tent which is right next to this plant(not facing or touching) and I was reading about heat stress, could it be that she's this tall because of it? I did switch around my 2 plants in the tent. I'll monitor and let you guys know in a few days. Day 59.....this plant is really big, she's taking up more than half of my tent. About the deficiency, I don't know exactly what it is but I tested the ppm runoff and it's about 3500 which is really high. I honestly never tested the ppm of my feedings. She's going to get a nice flush and I'll be monitoring my ppm from now on. He buds do seem to be fattening up slowly but it's noticable every day. Day 60.....well her leaves are looking better but you can see the nutrient burn on the tips. This plant looks very different from the rest of @fast_buds girl scout cookies. I just hope she swell up before she's ready to harvest. Day 61......took a look at her trichomes and to me they look milky. I don't know if her buds will get any bigger. 😥. Day 63......last day of week 9, gave her pH 6.0 plain water today. Took a macro shot of her trichomes, let me know what you guys think.

We often said the bigger the pot the bigger the yield...not in this case..or in my case. Here are the datas with 12 differents seeds of Baby Boom and different pot sizes and fertilizers: Pellets: 25L: 21,96g 18L: 18,3g 18L: 14g 12L: 10,5g 10L: 16,2g 10L: 12,48g 6,5L: 9g 6,5L: 12g Liquid fertilizer for automatic strains: 25L: 25,66g 6,5L: 11,5g 6,5L: 8,2g 6,5L: 7,5g Average is quite the same, but I think I will use medium sized pots for outdoor session (between 10 and 15L). Small pots gave me the best ratio. Even with pellets or liquid fertilizer taste depends on the genetic. I found too much different plants, some going to the ruderalis side, some but few to the Blueberry side I wonder, and the other one will be the Northern Light side. It's a great automatic strain for beginners...and for beginner in smoking, too. Effect is not too strong, but gently surprising. Uplifing at the beginning and becoming more fat after the time. I recommand to smoke this strain. It has not so much taste by vaporisation. Update: absolut strong and fruity pollen...nothing to do with the flowers: so good

The thrips are gone. It is taking more nutrients it’s more hungry these days still cutting off lots of defoliation lots of buds growing in so I’m having to keep her close eye and make sure I take out anything that’s not worth spending energy on buds are getting huge but it’s not growing any taller it’s going to be a short stocky plan
