Day 49. This week in the 4x8, the autos did amazing. This was the week they started to really pack on some weight and bulk up. They are stacking up nicely and are beginning to develop their own distinct terpene profile. Will update as they get further into flower. Or else I'll get a sad face 😔 lol I did come up on a storage unit full of equipment. Will be updating my cooling system soon and the watering system

2018-04-03. Week 22, day 3. Remo Nr 1 is doing fantastic and she is a big and massive beauty. The flowers/buds is growing bigger and bigger and smells strong of summer and earth. I think she will yield a lot by the look of her right now. Nr1 have grown 3 cm in height last week. Nr 2 is still recovering and she is getting better but still dont look that good, but the flowers grows and you can start smelling her more and more. I have faith in this girl and that she will produce some nice medicine. Strain information. Remo Chemo cannabis seeds by Dinafem Seeds belong to a feminised Indica-dominant marijuana plant born from a collaboration with the legendary Canadian cannabis grower Urban Remo, a real high-flyer within the international cannabis field. Remo Chemo, created by Urban Remo after crossing a UBC Chemo with a regular Bubba Kush male, is the genetics selected for developing this project. The results obtained when testing a cutting of such magnificent cross were so amazing that we backcrossed her to ensure the genetics was not diluted but remained pure and intact. With this creation, we’ve managed to make Urban Remo’s favourite cannabis strain accessible to all: a potent and stable strain, with major therapeutic properties and high THC content. One of the strains within this marijuana seed's genetic structure, UBC Chemo, is a really potent strain that, according to legend, was developed by some researchers from the University of British Columbia with the objective of alleviating the side effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients. Her extremely high THC levels not only make her a must for cannabis gourmets with a liking for mind-blowing genetics but they also confer a myriad of therapeutic properties on her. In fact, her effectiveness in relieving the back pain he is in contributes to her being Urban Remo’s favourite marijuana strain. His YouTube channel has lots of subscribers and his strain reviews have become indispensable for most marijuana users. At Dinafem, we had long been itching to work with him. Therefore, we didn’t hesitate when the opportunity came up. When travelling to Europe, this world-renowned cannabis activist was surprised by the lack of Canadian cannabis genetics at international fairs. That’s why we decided to join forces with Remo and create a Canadian feminised strain that bears his name. Morphology Remo Chemo is a dense and sturdy Indica-dominant plant that must be evenly pruned, low branches included. At the end of the flowering, her dark-green leaves tend to acquire purplish hues which are sometimes so dark as to seem almost black. A real sight to behold. Yielding capacity Without her being particularly heavy-yielding, Remo Chemo’s crops are really potent, which balances the final outcome. Her buds are round, uniform and compact, noted for their remarkable density and amazing resin count. On top of that, the THC levels are high, easily exceeding the 20 %. Cultivation Remo Chemo thrives when grown in dry environments and provided with intense light. Thanks to the legacy of Bubba Kush, the lack of water is not a problem for her. However, if we want to boost her yielding properties, she’d better be well hydrated. As for the right amount of nutrients, we must ensure our plants are not overfed since this could be detrimental to the flavour’s intensity. Aromas and flavours The predominant scent is that of a classic Kush, i.e., strong and intense, lingering long in the palate and bringing to mind the typical classic Californian flavours. If we’re to be more precise, she also delivers hints of earth, petrol and black pepper. Her taste and aroma are simply delicious, almost instantly captivating those who smell her. Results Remo Chemo delivers a potent effect that, thanks to her high THC levels, helps alleviate the side effects of cancer treatment (vomiting and nausea), boosts the appetite and reduces pain. But Remo Chemo can be used for recreational purposes as well, with a really intense physical high. No doubt her effect being so amazingly psychoactive will delight THC-lovers. 1st prize −Indica category− at the 2017 Expogrow Cup. 1st prize −Indica category− at the 2017 Karma Cup (Canada). Hi everyone. Time for another update. Day 6 since I flipped lights. All ladies looking healthy, no stretching at all so far, might take the net down after week or two since I’m keeping them low. I also have few more clones of royal gorilla, danceworld and random autogorilla seed sitting in my veg tent. I’m very happy with CMH system too.

Flowering slowly, likely due to the roots having low PH(4-5).. I flushed her a few weeks back.. I'm done experimenting with nutrients for now; I had better results, with less issues with just using the basics. *Special Nug picture - This Bud-site has a different shape/structure compared to every other nug on this plant.. Never seen this before, on any other strain.

Harvest in week 12. But I screwed up, I didn't have enough room to separate each variety, so I would put an average weight when everything was dry... I had done everything well, I had to mistake on the place of the drying bag Last pictures, mixed buds

Everything went Green in this space homies! I'm just controlling the stretch with the net, not to emullate a full scrog, since the net Is from baggage not the scrog purpose to prevent light burn,. Feeding schema Is posted to maintain a small rooster of fertilizers, but barrier was not considered as fertilizer even when it surplus, in this ocassion it has the purpose to future plague prevention & expansion. Elongation of each plant : Eleven Roses : In this case they are being a bit low profile compared to other plants, expect that for a indica, that had LST . Santa Bilbo: they do elongate but a bit more controlled with the top cut & lst combo. This was a tough lesson because i already know the strains , indeed of all as quoted as first week. G13: But this one buddy still surprises me even being an almost indica legend, they are being one of the most forgiving plant i had know, but stretches way more than i remember !. Cheers! â˜ș

This plant was a plant I was not expecting much from. Although this plant has turned into a beast. The plant has crazy vigor and stacks very very well. If this plant smokes well then I will definitely have to get more seeds from this strain and pheno hunt it. I love how the top of the plant is growing it’s growing just like my favorite pheno of the bubble og

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Stay tuned - with a little luck, this cross is gonna be straight đŸ”„đŸ˜ŽđŸ‘Œ.
