I THEN DUMPED THEM ON A PLATE BETWEEN PAPERTOWLS, AND ANOTHER PLATE(NOT TOO SOAKED-MAKE ROOM FOR AIR) UNDERNEATH I PLACED A HEATING PAD UNDER THE PLATE, FOR 24 HRS, TIIL THEY POP AND ROOT TAIL IS QUARTER TO HALF AN INCH FROM THERE I PLACED THEM IN PRE-SOAKED JIFFY PELLETS, AND PLACED THEM IN A GERMINATION KIT/WITH LID DOME. I DEFINETLY MESSED UP BY KEEPING THEM TOO MOIST. AND HAD TO TREAT THEM WITH A HYDROGEN PEROXIDE(3%)DELUTED WITH WATER, UNDER AND TOPPED. 2024-07-06 we are in the FInals ( the indoor Plant) and shes very hungry and Thristy. i give her moderate amounts of feedings and around 2l of water every Day, and shes still a bit limegreen. But in the end, we are halfway through the Flowering she showsa super structure, and the Flowers are building shape- i lowered the Humidity to 50 percent. The Outdoor Girls looks nearly like nothing happened. outddor temperatures are cold and it tends to be rainy- so shes very well conservated, and di not get too big, for taking her indoor later. i still have not decided we will see. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

6/14 These are some thirsty girls. It seems the roots have filled the grow bags. The added wind makes it so that I need to stay on top of the water. I also need to spray again. When defoliating I saw some WPM on the very inside of a couple plants. I killed a few aphids on one plant. It seems if I just manually kill them it takes a while for them to repopulate. Also found a worm. I should bust out the BT but I am undecided considering I have the WPM as well. Foliar spray will probably be Dr. Zymes or lost coast plant therapy. Note LCPT seems to not do shit against aphids. Will update as the week progresses. UPDATE: Went back over after noticing strong wind. 15mph sustained wind had my plants going as sideways as possible. Luckily the vertical trellis and supports I made have stopped any major damage thus far. I decided NOT to put tarps up on the south which is where the wind is coming from. I hope I do not regret that decision. I plan to spray tonight. 6/15 Rained all night so I was unable to spray. Surprisingly no damage from all that wind. 6/16 Rained during the night and soil was still wet so didn't water this morning. I noticed markings on one of my transplanted seedlings. Found Thrips. I've never dealt with these before. I was planning on spraying BT but now I'll need to switch to something else. LCPT, Dr. Zymes, or spinosid (captain Jack's dead bug). Considering I have been dealing with PM I'll try to use something that will deal with both. I'll update as I go. I have defoliation I need to do on at least one plant. I also need to reevaluate my space and consider moving a couple plants that way it isn't to crowded. Another windy day but it's from the north west which is better as the tree line and tarps help.UPDATE Went back over and watered all plants. One plant had a slight droop which is surprising considering the two days of rain. The wind dries those grow bags out quick and it was sunny day. I watered the one that looked a "little" droopy first before applying Lost Coast Plant Therapy to the entire garden with a half gallon pressure sprayer. I hope this was a good idea. The droopy plant got treated last. We shall see tomorrow. 6/17 Everything looked great this morning. Lightly watered before feeding 2 gallons. Replaced microbe brew with kangoroots this time. Plants looked very happy. No negative results from the lost coast plant therapy. If anything they look better. My cage is getting overwhelmed. I need to remove at least two smaller plants. They are exploding in that 50gal and the tote. If I removed just those two I think it would work a lot better. I would have more room to work as well. 6/18 LCPT doesn't seem to effect aphids. I noticed a few on ONE plant and had been killing them manually. Population was only on literally a leaf or two. I think my follow up treatment will be Spinosid. It works great and hits pretty much everything. I've used it once already. Plants are incredibly healthy. Leaves were wet so it lightly rained last night. I lightly watered as the soil still seemed moist. Different size containers makes a consistent watering schedule difficult. UPDATE: Went over and watered tonight. Checked the one plant that had a few aphids for aphids and found like a dozen lady bug larvae instead! They survived the wind and had babies! These are just wild guys that are all over the place here. Couldn't find a single bug other than that lol. 6/19 I watered early this morning lightly as the soil was not totally dried out but then it started pouring. Plants looked great this morning. After the rain I'll do some defoliating and check for any remaining thrips. Later in the day we had torrential rain that knocked out my cameras. Plants look fine as you can see and all cams and motion sensors are back online. I have backups but still. 6/20 We had torrential rain but plants are fine. Watered what needed it lightly. Bags dry out fast and I've found I need to water often or some will droop. Found spiders that had killed a couple of my lady bugs. I killed what I could. Still need to defoliate and apply second application of whatever I decide.

9.2.25: Purple Punch P1 and P2 are near the end. Trichomes are looking good. Starting to turn cloudy. I think another week or 2. P3 is a different story. She is pitifully small still. The buds are also not developing as fast as the other 2. Will keep checking the progress every few days (if I can get in the tent)! 9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants. 9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. It contained the following nutrients; ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid ♡ 0.5g of Ecothrive Biosys. The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by! Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues. Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. These girls are exploding with growth.im going to kinda let her go for the week with some tucking then probably defoliate the bushier two.there are definetly a couple pheno types here.2 tall and 2 short a bushy.i cant wait to see how these girls turn out.i can tell a huge difference since I switched back to soil.i used fox farm soil.my plants love it.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Last week I realized that topping off the rez with full strength nutrient water had upped my ppms to 2000, and Ph to almost 7 I mixed a fresh batch of 10ml and saw ppms in the 1700 range, so I watered it down to 1200, 8 ml/gal is just an estimate this week unfortunately. I added 2.5 ml/gal big bud day 1 week 3 afternoon, Ppms should coming in at 1300 I finally got an accurate height measurement, and given the plant distance decided to turn the light power down to 60%, which should be around 120-130 watts, which is plenty for a 2x2 Did a water change week 3 day 1, used a transfer pump and it was fairly easy, just took a while More pistils are starting to show up now I've decided to start measuring ppm/ph as both creeped up too high last week. I cant vouch for how well ph perfect nutes work when changed weekly as directed, but they cant go 2 weeks without being measured and adjusted, and at full strength, Im sure they would burn plants. Day 2: ppms held steady at 1350 overnight, ph is at 5.8-5.9 New growth was showing very early signs of light burn, (pale leaf tips up top, tips not pointing down) so I turned light to 50% power, mounted it straight to my top tent supports, and bent the tops that showed signs of stress. Day 3: Ppm's still holding steady as water level goes down, so this may be the sweet spot for now. Bud sites are stacking now Selectively defoliated to get light deeper into the canopy

Week 4 Bloom 31/08 - Mass defoliation day, #1 was suffering from the amount of leafs it had, #2 was not as bad, has filled its own structure out nicely and outgrown #1. Flushed and changed water. Upped the liquid potash. Added a tiny bit of CMX due to #2 showing a slight magnesium deficiency. Switched from PSI to cyco silica due to running out of PSI. Humidity and temperatures have been near perfect, 28-38% RH and 20-25 degrees celsius, extra exhaust ventilation helped a lot.

Day 71 - Ripening Day 5 a. she drinks 4L a day, slowing down from the 5L a day b. the buds are still growing every day is noticeable c. the pistils on the flowers are nearly all orange and brown, there are no new white pistils growing, but still few white pistils remain d. trichomes are very milky white, still some clears and no amber I can see on the actual buds, few ambers on random leafs e. this will probably be the last week of growth, and there will be a short florakleen flush as ppms never went above 1000ppm on this grow. Day 72 - Ripening Day 6 a. consuming 4L a day of nutrient solution b. her flowers are still growing! The resin is so much on the leaves and buds c. the remaining white pistils are maturing... trichomes are very milky. Day 73 - Ripening Day 7 a. buds are still growing, every day is noticeable growth, she drinks 3.5-5L a day b. pistils are all turning, very few white pistils left Day 74 - Ripening Day 8 a. the flowers are smelling very strong, pine, blueberry and diesel fuel b. she is wrapping up nicely Day 75 - Ripening Day 9 a. performed defoliation, removed 50+ large fan leafs, there is resin all over the stems, will use for ice hash b. the buds are still growing, the smell becomes too strong for the carbon filter overnight Day 76 - Ripening Day 10 a. adding only Spring water to the DWC right now, keeping ppms below 800, preparing for the flush b. buds are becoming very frosty c. the fan leafs have started to fade nicely d. I am seeing the first glimpses of amber trichomes, mostly milky white throughout e. all pistils have turned red and orange Day 77 - Ripening Day 11 a. the trichomes are mostly milky white with a few ambers showing here and there b. added 5L of spring water to help the flush c. will change to FloraKleen tomorrow, and harvest in a day or two. d. constantly removing faded fan leafs, they are becoming easier to snap off the stem, the plant is entering the harvest window.

Week 4 seemed a bit slow at first, but i also realised that I wasn't treating coco appropriately, I should feed nutrients every time I water and control the ph and ppm better. By the end of week 4 I got a water quality tester and am now able to properly take my ph down and monitor ppm so my plants don't get nutrient burned, but still gets enough nutrients in time. I also allowed good amount of the top layer of my coco to dry because I mixed up advice that received about soil and coco together. Apparently coco has no issues with overwatering unless your pots have no drainage so in the last 2 days I started treating coco the way it's supposed to be treated, I also finally got calmag and my plants are showing good signs of health past 3 days, they look revitalised and happy again 😊 Unfortunately, apple fritter was way too sick for me to continue with it so I restarted it in a proper coco and perlite mix that's non fertilised, that's a separate diary because its a whole month later. I decided not to train the first 2 plants just to see how the natural process is supposed to go.
