Wow! She has been upgraded to a 4x4 tent with 600w of flowering lights (2x Mars Hydro TSL2000; 300w each) and she is LOVING IT! Continuing on the Early Bloom nute schedule and holding a super-solid pH/EC through the end of this week. Her uptake has started to slow, so I'm thinking that she is close to being done with stretch. She is definitely going crazy with buds as it looks to me like they swell more each day. I've been very happy with her growth so far; impressed even. I'm just hoping that the increased lighting doesn't cause her to herm due to the close distance. I mixed 320ml Organic Coop Poop 2-4-3, 160ml Espoma blood meal 12-0-0, and 480ml Gaia glacial rock dust per 32 gallon pot. The above listed nutrients will be dry amendments per gallon of soil. In anticipation of possible heavy rains I filled pots halfway with soil. Half the soil and it dries twice as fast. I will add soil as soon as these get taller and are out of danger from excessive moisture. These had an excellent start. We had a couple of warm 70°F sunny days to start off their first week. The third seed popped overnight and made it's appearance on day 2 this week. We got more rain on night 1 and some early morning Day 2. More rain on day 5 that continued intermittently through the night and into the morning of day 6. Day 7 we had sunshine in the afternoon. The wet conditions these seedlings faced are challenging for cannabis. Cannabis especially seedlings don't like wet feet. I've come to appreciate fastbuds genetics for their hardiness to challenging outdoor conditions. Despite the rainy overcast weather this week was a success. All three of these girls are growing and developing without showing any major stress. We will have cooler days and more next week, but these fastbuds are going to thrive as their roots develop and begin to explode upward.

Non ho avuto particolari problemi nel crescere queste ragazze, l’unica cosa che purtroppo non ho potuto mantenere sotto controllo era la temperatura che nelle ultime settimane era arrivata quasi a 30ºC :-/ e questo non è stato di aiuto alle piante a cui ovviamente non piace stare sotto queste temperature di continuo…nonostante questo e alla poca compattezza dei fiori sono super contento del gusto e dell’odore che ricordano tanto i terpeni della Calypso Sun Rock di Anesia Seeds, sarà che ho trovato un fenotipo che condivideva gli stessi geni con cui sono imparentate entrambe! Inoltre è stata la prima volta che ho avuto il piacere di utilizzare il super soil di Dogma Organics che sicuramente ha esaltato al massimo le particolarità della pianta e confermo che la differenza si sente, le piante crescono a meraviglia con struttura solida e zero carenze di nessun tipo se si usa con giuste quantità e tempi sia il top dress che le giuste quantità di acqua che dovrebbe sempre essere la cosa più importante dove bisogna imparare a capire i bisogni in base allo stadio di crescita…in più ho condiviso alcune foto del mio giardino di quest’anno :)) Fast Buds super consigliato genetiche ottime e selezioni veramente interessanti

Day 36 Flower (Day 78) Today is the first day of week six of flower and on this glorious day, I went to war against the fungus gnats. By war, I mean watering each girl with 5 million Nematodes in 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. That should hopefully do the trick and get rid of the annoying little shits. I also experimented a bit more with bud photography and this time I used an LED ring flash. The next step is to shoot during the dark period so I don't get any supplemental light from the grow lights. That was pretty much it today as it is mostly just coasting along at this point in the grow. Day 37 Flower (Day 79) The left girl got pampered with a new light today. Let's see if those extra photons can help her fatten up. She also got a CO2 bag to help her to soak up all those juicy photons. The right girl on the other hand just got her daily watering. Today with 3 liters at pH 6.6. Day 38 Flower (Day 80) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and started brewing some compost tea to feed tomorrow. I used a simple recipe this time with just some worm castings and molasses to increase the microbial activity, as well as a bit of neem meal for some additional nutrition but also to help against pests. The fungus gnats in the tents are almost gone. The nematodes took care of the gnat larvae and the yellow sticky traps have been catching the adults. Day 39 Flower (Day 81) Super chill day. I just gave each girl 3 liters of compost tea at pH 6.2. Done. Day 40 Flower (Day 82) I gave 3 liters of pH 6.5 water to the right girl and supported some of her branches as they're getting heavy with buds. Boom! Day 41 Flower (Day 83) Today I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. The gnats look to be defeated for now. I can't see any in the tents and the yellow sticky traps are empty. Day 42 Flower (Day 84) The last day of the sixth week of flower and all is going great in the tents. The heatwave we were having went away, which kind of sucks on a personal and social level, but it's great for the girls as the tents were swelteringly hot. The left girl is 103 cm tall and didn't grow anything this week. She has started to fatten up a bit now since I installed a more powerful light, but she is still lagging far behind the right girl. I'm interested to see if she is only lagging behind in time and will fatten up eventually, or if her ordeal has stunted her flowers, resulting in a bunch of larf. Time will tell. Either way, it will be a learning experience. The right girl also didn't grow vertically this week (thankfully!). Her 123 cm is tall enough to be dangerously close to the lights. She is fattening up nicely but still some time to go before she is done. I haven't checked any trichomes yet but should probably start checking next week. Today was another chill late-flower day, I just gave the left girl 2 liters of pH 6.7 water, and the right got 3 liters at pH 6.5.

I put 328 grams of wet bud into my dry tent, my target variables are 60F/60RH for 2 week, with the current temps and high out side humidity we are averaging 66F/58%RH so not to far off - these buds will probably be done at 10 days - looking forward to updating this as harvest report when I trim up.

Did 2nd flush yesterday. 2 weeks straight ph water 6.7 so far. 2 more days til lights off for 3 nights. Nearly all cloudy , no amber at all. Smells like skittles/coffee.

Peeking through the soil, my rainbow melon seedling is finally here! Its tiny leaves are a vibrant shade of green, and I can just imagine the colorful melons it'll produce. I'm excited to watch it grow and can't wait to share the sweet and juicy fruit with family and friends.

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.
