For the last day of the year we treat ourselves to the story of a special little girl. Her name is Biscotti, her name already says it all about the potential of this young girl born in Holland with this beautiful Italian Strain Name, she is precious and full of style since conception. She looks like she was designed by Pininfarina who smokes joints. It's a bit as if Gianni Versace had dressed her, extravagant, provocative, truly flamboyant, if you have the patience to look at the thousand photos that I made clear that I literally couldn't stop taking. It's a journey I don't want to leave, especially when I'm in the middle of it. terpenes, please leave me there! She grew up quietly, with her small internodal distance you could see that she was beautiful even without flowers, but it was when she flowered that she truly gave her best. Already from the first weeks of flowering you can understand very very well that the girl has a bright color and she threw resin very early thanks to Power Buds, Sugar Royal and Green Sensation in my opinion. The flowers have an imposing shape, they really are beautiful little purple beasts just in the dry room, for a few days soon we will do an initial test and then we will wait to taste it without too much fresh taste. I’m about sure to have rated 10 stars the strain and all feeding 5 stars but i found the strain rated 9 stars and the feeding 4, not sure but almost sure. I often get sad when I cut it, I'm too sad to cut it, I always think I'll smoke it and everything, but it's so beautiful that it makes my heart ache to cut it. It's her life cycle, otherwise she would rot for goodness sake, it's a joke but I really have a moment of shock in her heart. She'll move on to the first vaporized one I guess. Technique used - She was worked with a. single topping cut but leaving the two branches lower than the cut, thus obtaining 4 main branches with the relative branches. I also did a bit of LST at the beginning but having space problems then I decided not to let it expand too much. Flowers are beautiful beasts for truly yummi. Fertilizers - We have to make a special mention of Plagron I wrote a review in this diary which only partially explains how good this line of fertilizers is. I feel like I saw with my own eyes the changes in the plants when I gave the additives, I really saw the plants push in resin and everything. For more information read the review, I don't like to be repetitive, I don't write the quantities, they are also in the diary and in any case very similar to those recommended by the manufacturer. Never exceed this with any fertilizer and always flush. Light and home - The light was provided by MarsHydro and the home as well, it is the SP 3000, a piece that is not of the latest generation but which I love for its length of around 110 cm which you can understand how it covers me super well, the 120 wide wide grow room cm, 60cm deep and 180cm high, always supplied by them with a better than average covering by a lot and fantastic windows from which to spy on the girls. WEEK 3 FLOWERING (a flowering week is 5 days) Today some leaves are showing signs of nutes deficiency, maybe POTASSIUM (K) deficiency (see photos and comment if you know better) so I decided to begin a more nutes consistent flowering program with 1.42 EC I never mentioned before, but I areate every water feeding with an air pump (check the video) Will update soon! 🌱

Day 71 Update: Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Water was just plain pH balanced water. Plant #1 has 5 days left on flush and Plant #2 has 11 days left on flush. Although with my tent filling up, I will probably harvest Plant #1 tomorrow as I don't think 4 days of being in there will make a difference in the end product. Day 72 Update: Harvested Plant #1 today. Plant #2 has 10 days left on flush. Day 74 Update: Watered plant with 3/4gal of pH balanced water until runoff. Plant #2 has 8 days left on flush. Also, added another stake to help support a heavier branch. Day 76 Update: Placed buds from Plant #1 in jars to start curing...maybe a little bit too long drying, but if that's the case I'll toss a boveda pack in. Plant #1's yield was 57.2g or 2oz 1.2g. Plant #2 will be harvested sometime next week and I will update the harvest page as soon as buds are dried and weighed.

3.23.2024: Start of week 10, day 60 from sprout. Plant is moving along nicely. Heavy trichome production. No large buds but whats there is great. Dense too. Lots of purpling on the top leaves. She's probably going to finish sooner than her tent mate. 3.24.2024: Day 61. Fed 1/4 strength nutes. 96oz at 6.5ph. 3.25.2024: Day 62. ZZZzzzZZzzz 3.26.2024: Day 63. 96oz at 6.5ph. 3.27.2024: Day 64. Very strong bud growth this week! I have 1 out of the five that its quite a bit ahead of the others, I will post a photo of her main cola. Otherwise, they are looking fantastic. Smelling amazing also. Today is day 77. So the end of week 11. Looking forward to going to space on these mango beauty's! Introduced them to black strap molasses tonight in their feeding. Ph water to 6.2 with 5ml of mollases per gallon. This will be my first go with mollases, hoping it helps build bud density!

It's been 38 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. They are starting to get some frost now. Quite a bit of frost too. A bud fell off because I bent it accidentally, so I just chopped it off because it was hanging and snapped. There's a picture of it below. Should be good weed with how much crystals it has and it's only 5 weeks of flower👍I Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. It really got my last grow extremely frosty and is doing the same so far for this grow. I'm very happy with every product I have gotten from mars hydro 👍👍There's not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Had a ton of rain and wind this week, she handled it like a champ, much needed for everything, short lived though. Back to hot and Sunny for at least the next 2 weeks. Flowering is sloooowly coming along, feels like a lot longer this year, or I'm just impatient. 70/30 top dress of Gaia Green PB to AP this week, not sure how much she needs it. Some very minor ant activity after all the rain washed away the DE, reapplied light application. Haven't been doing any trimming or defoliating this week, barely even lost any leaves on its own, on 2 hrs of drip every 3 days still. She has to be the most maintenance free grow I've ever had. Already have tons of compost going to add to the Hugel next year. On that note, no idea how i'm going to remove that trunk and root system to replant in it next year, any suggestions? Wait till spring then try and dig it up?

I don't think I could have got 6 of these in my grow space they need a lot of room and airflow. nice strain looking forward to testing the strength.in my TCHECK METER. 18.2% THCa. lesson learned on pruning airflow and RH all very important I caught the bud rot right away I will keep a close eye on the dry and cure for mold. fingers crossed I will not have it. going to do a sulfur burn in tent and garage to reset for next grow. 000

Growing strong,very bushy lt gives off a nice skunky smell already. I didnt think she was gonna do really well and than all of a sudden boom your thick and bushy

Die Pflanzen erholen sich sichtlich von den Strapazen der letzten Woche und zeigen nun eine gesunde Farbe sowie zahlreiche neue Blätter.. Ich gieße Aktuell mit 1L Wasser pro Pflanze und treibe sie nach Außen via Low Stress. Wenn diese am Rand sind lasse ich die Pflanzen an höhe gewinnen um eine schöne Krone zu erhalten.

Day 57 - plant 1 still going great, stretch over, building bud mass. Plant 2 also doing well, looks about a week behind #1, and the leaf discoloration on upper fan leaves hasn’t abated. I’ll look into that more this week. Day 58 - drunken “deer gnaw” defoliation of the canopy fan leaves. Day 60 - Houston, we have a problem. Vent fan isn’t venting. Will have to research and/or swap out. Humidity through the roof. Bad timing! Day 61 - fixed extraction fan. Knocked tube off of inlet somehow 🙄
