Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

She shot up this week!!!!! Grew 15cm/6"! Day 42 - I took off about 6 huge fan leaves to give lower levels of the plant some more light. This is her last week on 20/4 lighting. 12/12 from now on.

Something wrong happened on the end of last week. I had a little irrigation problem and I did a m mistake with the fan’s position, it was too direct on the roots. I think this could have caused a block to the nutrients transmission. I will give just water with regulator ed enzym+. Let’ a see

Update this is the 5th week in veg. I had trim everything from below and want to keep top of the canopy last week as well topped the 2nd time. The 6 main colas goes to 12 and after the 2nd topped now 24 main colas(I didn’t do the side branches)… I am going to let it veg out until week 6 or 8 depemdinf on the bounce back.

2/20 - finally got all of the top spread out across the edge of the pot. Also defoliated all of the older fan leaves. I'm not sure if I need to take off the lower shoots that are starting around each top... 2/21 - flush feeding, tops are starting to point up except for one weakling which I took the binds off of to let her get her strength back 2/23 - things are looking great so far, the one top that was weak regained strength and is back to bindings. This is the cleanest training I've done so far I think! 2/25 - week 9 nute feeding, same as week 8 minus the Kelp and the normal amount of Terpinator. I will be taking off some shoots starting on each top.

It's been 37 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. It really got my last grow extremely frosty and is doing the same so far for this grow. I'm very happy with every product I have gotten from mars hydro 👍👍There's not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed

Testing 9 seeds I expeckt 2 winners 2 losers and 5 ok let’s see how she rolls! The plant the seeds and pollen cam from a seedling I grew from a seed found in a Bag of SFV that J was given 3 of I back crosses the best with itself !! 3 up already!! 6 playing peekaboo 7 of 9 up 2-3 look hands down better plants !! 8 out of 9 up! 9 up 3 losers and 6 to chose a few winners from!! 9 seams to be good number to ensure I find one exception copy usually 2-3 First cut down to the too3 all 9 did germinate!! The three look strong

I had to bring her back inside this week. She was still growing in the greenhouse, but stuck in preflower. She was getting taller and taller with no budlets in sight. Hhmmm i wonder??? You guessed right, SHE IS A PHOTO PERIOD! FXCK! so i had to take my Zkittles that was in preflower outside earlier than i wanted, in order to make room for this huge lemonberry haze that i had to start 12-12 on. Three days of 12-12 is starting to give me pistols....so she IS NOT an auto. She is still GROWING, and the 2 main tops are getting close to the leds. I had to tie her down using pipe cleaners and the tent frame. I sure do hope she doesn't get to much taller. I don't want the leds to burn her up, as i cannot raise them anymore. The LEDS are zip tied directly to the tent support frame and the support lines have been double looped to half their original hanging length. There is not much more i can do but start tying her down to the tent poles. THIS GIRL IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER YALL! Stay tuned! Other than the inconvenience of it being a photo, if i can pull this off with the limited space i have, she should yield HEAVY.

Plant grew a little burning the tips off of the top leaves. Bent those stems down an inch to try to avoid any additional burning. Since the grow bucket has limited space, a majority of the bottom leaves have started to die. I also will be removing grow big from my nutes.
