Five Northern Lights plants, 2 from RQS indoor and 3 from Zamnesia outdoor, take up the first quarter. With 5 plants, they will produce 212 g. For the first time, one of them alone exceeds 100 g. They all doin pretty good, leaves are a little too yellow for my liking at this point I should have added some grow to the mix but they will be fine I think. This one has a much different structure than the others, both I'm growing are similar, short and stocky with very stiff branching very compact. In the picture its the one in the second row in front of the tallest plant. 10/21 Day 23 Well may be seeing some improvement on Brandy and Maggie from the drench and mag foliar spray. Will spray again tomorrow. Layla is just lovely and holding off another day on watering, temps have lowered and humidity is up so drying is slow. Just dont get it but I have decided to go full Coco coir from here on, something aint right 10/22 Fed Layla Big Bloom 3tsp - Fish Mix 1tsp - CalMag 1tsp - Recharge 0.5tsp - Fish Sh!t 0.5tsp / Gal at 6.5 ph for 0.5 gal Brandy and Maggie seem to be improving, had to train and gave another foliar spraying nothing else done. 10/24 Update New Pics - note new growth Plants beginning to drink more and Maggie showing most improvement. Afraid Brandy will stunt but sure that was going to happen a week ago. Leaf structure is improving greatly. Prob will feed in a day or two and another foliar spray at the same time 10/26 Day 28 Finally fed all three girls - nothing much has changed appearance wise and pics tomorrow on new week. Including initial dose of bloom nuets as hairs are showing strong - no foliar spray until Sunday. Feeding: Cal-Mag 5ml - Big bloom 15ml - Fish Mix 5ml - Bio-Bloom 5ml - Fish Sh!t 5ml / gal @6.45 ph for 1 gal (Layla) 0.75 gal (Maggie) 0.5 gal (Brandy) as they are drinking at different rates unfortunately. Final PH is taken after all nuets added, makes a difference. NOTE: Since this veg cycle is ending and the plants will be moving to the Flowering tent and this tent will be doing drying duty for the LSD-25 for a few days, time we were getting the Growit Coco coir ready for the Green Crack grow in a week or so. Hydrated the first brick (2 cuft hyd) and am single buffering the coco with 30 ml of cal-mag in four gallons of water for 24 hours. This will also serve as a safety wash just in case the factory lies :) Its supposed to be pretty good coco, little if any peat or croutons I can see. Will do second brick when this one finished and I can store Looking at using a different system this time around. Finally starting to see some roots underneath and some decent growth up top. I’ll update again after changing out the reservoirs to see if that helps with some of what I think is a nitrogen toxicity.

Following the plan, the girls are beautiful and were already quite big during this stretching phase. I hope everything continues as it is now during this growth and weight gain phase. For the rest, just wait for time to pass. 🌱🌿✌️✌️

So far so good with this watermelon zkittles from barneys 😁 no issues and responding well to the topping and lst, I am making 3 litres worth of food for the week and will up it as the plant needs it. I will post more pics and a video later of the room. The purple lemonade and runtz are doing well, they look lost in there big pots 🤣. Pics to come. The orange sherbert are on day 3 of there 2 week flush with molasses and phed water, hopefully there fill out, on the plus side there getting purple on them now 😀. Marshydro tsl2000 is doing a amazing job and is really nice and cool, my hps light use to cook the plants this led is perfect can achieve good temps even cold temps to pull the colour out at the end 😀. The ac infinity with digital controller is a must have and a real game changer for a grower, I love it my mate loves his and trust me it helps, easy to use and set it up outside your grow area, dangle the thermometer cable at canopy hight and your good to go. Day 29 day 2 flower, the watermelon zkittles is starting to start her stretch I think she is going to be a nice plant, iv had no issues in the last 4 weeks and never have with the barneys seed selection.

Hello growers, finally we have the harvest day. At the same time I have it after drying. Unfortunately I don't know exactly how many grams of dry matter I had because I did it for less than 3 days and I didn't have that much time and especially the conditions. Approximately what I weighed continuously, there were about 300-400 grams and I am satisfied with the first grow. During the entire growing process I had no problems and I am very happy about that. So the Northern Lights free seed from RQS ended up out living all 3 of the Dosidos’ “USA Premium” seeds that all died within the first week of sprouting, hopefully an explanation will be found for this as I have not been able to come to any conclusion as to what happened. Long live the lights amiright

WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started.
