Feb 18: addendum. Just a note to mention that although the baby bud sites are a plenty, Overall growth isn’t as dramatic as I have seen. I have been pruning fairly regularly through the first few weeks of flowering to expose light to the baby buds below, which is working for sure as they are getting bigger. No trichomes tho on the leaves - or anywhere to be seen. This is different from my last photo grow, a NL #5. Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. Cant take my eyes off my plant. This is my second round of growing and I am the type of person who learns through failure (not gonna upload the pics of the first round plants lol). The buds are thickening up very nicely. Hoping to get between 3-4oz , the strain is high yielding but I have a smaller tent. My auto yielded 2oz with the same space (2 plants in one tent splitting the space), but the buds definitely didn't develop as well as these buds.

Plants just received their last feeding. Only ph balanced water for the last 2 weeks to flush out nutrients. Leaves are starting to yellow showing signs of being almost ready for harvest. The trics are about half cloudy.

Switched to 12/12 Defoiled them every 2 days...slightly, just to stop all shadings Mixed in some flowering nutes mid week Got an really even canopy...LST did a good job...light seems to be used very efficient now

Week 9 has officially started, and she's entering the final phase with some real beauty. Buds are swelling up across the canopy with a thick layer of frost and lots of white pistils still pushing. Trichomes are now clearly visible under magnification with early signs of cloudiness, but no amber yet. The lower fan leaves have started to fade naturally, and I’m starting to see hints of purple coming through on some of the sugar leaves and bracts. I gave her a full-strength compost tea at the end of Week 8 and topped off the auto-watering base to keep her coasting. Temps have been high due to a heat wave, spiking around 88°F, but airflow and moisture have been stable thanks to the dual fan setup and bottom watering. I also added DE to the topsoil to knock back a few gnats and placed sticky traps nearby. No training this week so far, just light tucking and one small defoliation session in the center of the canopy to improve airflow. She's healthy, sticky, and starting to ripen — right on track for harvest in the next couple of weeks.

Penso proprio che questa volta non si riprenderà ma riuscirà ad arrivare alla fine ugualmente! Evidentemente ci sono danni a livello radicale che non sono reversibili e le foglie giovani piegate in quel modo così ad artiglio, sono un segno di una precedente sovra irrigazione che ha causato tutto ciò, mi sembra strano che oltre ad essere così accartocciate siano rimaste comunque scure, senza segni di carenza di azoto o qualsiasi nutriente, ma guardando nelle due settimane indietro, il vaso ci metteva troppo tempo per asciugarsi e questo già faceva presagire un problema di assorbimento per troppa acqua, per fortuna è stata recuperata in tempo ma questo genere di problemi sarebbe sempre meglio evitarlo…mai lasciare in mano le piante alla mamma insomma 😵

I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if I they cooperate. The first set of leaves came out a little abnormal but I am sure the next set will be fine. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.
