Was supposed to update my diaries yesterday but literally forgot lol #edibles but she’s transitioning nicely (5days) and stretching as she goes! Shes truly loving life under the tsw2000 and the 2 x ts1000’s can’t wait to see what the next week brings!

I finally broke a pound with a single autoflower! Couldn’t have done it without AGLEX cob led’s, Remo Nutrients, and coco coir. They’ve changed my game completely! This grow started off as a pretty standard grow. I did absolutely no training until the veg period was winding down, and pre-flower was beginning. As the SCROG net went in, a little later than planned, numb fingers due to cervical spinal issues, and a poorly time muscle spasm, I snapped the main stalk...disaster right? Apparently not! They’re tough plants! Within a day or so she was perked up and sending up new colas from all the growth nodes now exposed to the 2000w AGLEX cob led’s. These lights have transformed my grow process, and increased my yields by over 300% compared to my old led’s, and only draws 408w from the wall. 1.23g/w is quite satisfactory I didn’t have much tucking to do this grow after the original SCROG. Due to the fact I was a little late getting the SCROG net in place, she didn’t have too much stretch left in her, she certainly fattened up quite nicely though, almost too much so in places. The front left side of the SCROG net got awfully crowded with huge buds packed tightly together. Lesson learned...keep the branches spaced apart slightly further, and maybe allow slightly more vertical growth of the colas to allow slightly better light, and air flow penetration. My issue is I only have 6 foot ceilings in my tents. The ceiling in my grow room is only a little over 6’2”. I managed, through SCROG techniques, without topping or fimming, to keep the top of my canopy 24” from the floor. This allows plenty of space above for the AGLEX cob, and exhaust fan. After last feeding I flushed with just Ph’ed water for 5 days, then gave the plant 48 hours of darkness, to rid itself of chlorophyll before harvesting on November 4th and hanging in a drying rack. It’s still curing in jars but after trying a few samples, it’s an awesome strain, and hits hard. It’s not as hard as it sounds to fill a 4x4 tent with a single autoflower, and still pull 18 ounces (504g) out of that tent. With simple SCROG technique, defoliation, quality grow medium you can achieve the same results. Of course you’ll need an AGLEX 2000w cob, but for an 18 ounce return on a $300CAD light, in 3 months, it’s a no brainer folks! You won’t find a better light under $300 Canadian. You’ll also need a quality nutrient line, and it’s hard to go wrong with the Remo Supercharged Kit. The proof of those 2 products quality are in my harvest. Again I did not connect her on autopot but soaked the soil with loads of water and left wet towels all around the bottom of the tent to keep humidity since capacity of my humidifier is just one day. My idea was that she will use all the water in the pot and nicely dry out the root until I am back next time and in the meantime wet towels on the bottom of the tent will keep air humidity for first few days and than I can switch ON my humidifier remotely for last day, if needed (I am using alfred camera app and my old phone inside of the tent to be able to keep an eye on conditions while I am absent however I can only remotely control humidifier). Turns out (AGAIN) that it was too much water and she did not manage to use all of it during this 5 days. I found the top of the soil to be completely dried out while at the bottom of the pot and by the weight I would guess that there was still plenty of water available. I am using guanokalong soil that normally spreads water and humidity very nicely so I was bit surprised about such a difference from top to bottom of the pot. Overwatering signs are visible on young leaves; they became soft and start curling down got darker color. Despite that I have added 0,5 lit water (with orgatrex) just to balance the humidity in the pot. I am here only for day and a half and after that I will be gone for 10 days. Will not be able to dry out the soil before connecting autopot so more problems related with overwatering can be expected next time I am back. Will try to calculate quantity of water needed for 10 day and fill the tank of autopot with just a bit less than that so she can recover from all that water at one point.

Change Friday

This was a big girl to harvest. She came in at 417.3 g dry, which is a personal best for me. Additionally, I received 36g of nice trim for my tincture. The buds aren't the biggest I have grown, but they are some of the tightest! I really enjoyed growing this clone. She filled out the tent well using a type of SCROG to get the most out of the grow area. I dried the buds on a drying rack for 10 days, and then gave them a nice rough trim. Since this is all for personal use, I don't worry about making them pretty, just functional. She is a sticky girl, and gummed up my scissors more than once. That is a good problem to have! I put the trimmed buds in my Grove 1/2 gal bags for the cure. I have found these bags to be EXCELLENT to cure my buds. No burping is required, they preserve the terps, and keep the humidity between 58 and 62. Perfect! My best harvest to date!

Day 100 - (yes I know it's late) She is getting near the end now. Loosing a few leaves. Trichomes milky but not amber yet. Pistils still white in places. I added a 500ml Monster can for scale 😂 hope it's allowed............ 😋

Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. 1 Mother plant and 3 clones from the original mother they all grew well after some topping and training. Acapulco Gold was a pleasure to grow, it developed well throughout all the stages of growth a lot of trics appeared with solid dense buds that gave me a satifactory yield. The approximate dry weight was about 228 grams about 8oz from the mother, but i did take some preharvest so this is a ball park figure that is probably way off, i was a bit late in getting the full weight and some i harvested later so i lost track, apologies if your looking for an accurate final weight report.

So 2 week update since last. They were transplanted on week 4. Then Ive been still playing around and dialing in the calmag portion of the nutrients. They seem to be responding well. got the net installed today and theyre already stretching. First grow in coco please dont come at me im learning. hoping to have it dialed in within a week or 2 since I need to flip soon.
