Ogba_Ibukun LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Second Grow underway. I'm taking this journey like building a house each grow is a brick to building a fortified mountain of cultivation knowledge.
Keeping the same principles from my first grow and adding new things I learned I started with a 48 hour towel method to start the seedling instead of straight dropping it into soil. This provided germination in 48 hours.
Soil mix is 50/50 Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy frog potting soil. In my experience I have found that this is a perfect starting medium and has many of the essentials you need for a long term successful grow (bat guano, worm castings, mychorizzae, and active microbial agents.)
The soil is mixed about a half day prior and slightly moistened then the seed is placed in a thumb tip sized holes in the middle of the growing medium. Lights set to 20/4 for the entirety of the grow I found this provides enough rest for the Auto's as i tend to see them waking up around ~4-5.25 hrs 6 hours in my experience is to long.
These babies are in my brand new 4X2 60" VivoSun tent. So far the experience is night and day from trying to grow in the closest . 😏
(This Will now be the Blue Bourbon Smash cultivar only! Will create separate post for the other strains.)

Ogba_Ibukun The cotillions broke the soil around November 22-23 so far they have grown and leafs appear lush and green.
I noticed a wee bit of stretching so I lowered the light to get the PPFD around 260-300.
Since the change growth has increased horizontally; the stem seems to be growing thicker indicating better root development.

Ogba_Ibukun Blue Bourbon Smash is at 2.2” and seems to be the quaint even keeled middle child. She doesn’t seem to mind the watering conditions as much as the other two did as I understand watered for about 3-4 days and she was still progressing while the others looked noticeably lacking in something needed.
I will top/manifold Blue Bourbon Smash! Also a trellis is in the pipeline for helping maximize the structure.

Ogba_Ibukun Skipped week 4 progress was pre occupied for a week. Everything was set to automate and worked for the most part besides the drip irrigation not running. I filled the self watering pots before I left and I little water deprivation can do wonders for the root zone.
She is showing excellent growth and will transition to flower any day now!
Some of her branches are under developed I will wait a week and do my first and only lollipop!

Ogba_Ibukun Lady is now my tallest and growing strong. She is a heavy drinker now requiring about ~ .3 every 6-8 hours.
Heavy P & K early in flower led to slight tip burn. Have been straight watering for the last week and she has bounced back beautifully.
I topped her around week 3 she has now outpaced my untopped plant in the tent and has similar strong inter-node spacing. She's slightly dusty(trichomes) early!!!!!!!

Ogba_Ibukun This week seemed stagnant for her not much to report!
Sugar leaves started frosting up, her stalks are noticeably thicker.
I did have a slight tacoing happen on the upper leaves due to improper circulation causing the leaves to transpire irregularly, the curl was a response to manage that loss.
Blue Bourbon was fun to grow I will be popping another seed later on in the year the TERPS were crazy!
The nose in the bag is cleaning product/alcohol. On the inhale it taste as if you've poured a well aged glass of bourbon slowly swishing in your mouth to enjoy the subtle hints of earth and spice with the slightest gas on the exhale.
Potent for experienced connoisseurs IMO! Even the slightest toke begins down the steep hill to an immediate state of stoned! Very euphoric, very calming, slight munchies.

Ogba_Ibukun Had fun with this lady she taught me many things.
Her taste has been delectable a real treat looking forward to enjoying the toke and growing her again! 😎
