Keepin it real through week 2. Off to a slow start, but no big deal, room will be pumping soon. In soilless mix until WELL established root mass and then into coco dutch buckets

Been another smooth week. A few of the plants are starting to show signs that they are moving towards to finish line. Seeing some swelling, pistils starting to brown, and some beautiful purples coming out in some of the buds. Been debating on giving them a dose of dry koolbloom, but I will probably just keep them running on the maxibloom until flush since they look pretty happy. Thos candy cane is popping up a lot of deep purple tones but I'm not really liking the lack of swelling in the calyxes at this point. She has a nice sweet candy aroma, but I am thinking she will be the loser of this grow when judging bag appeal alone. Hoping she puffs up over the next week or so.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 We'll got progress going! Pictures taken on day 42 of flower. The smell is something that i'm loving. Although one smells stonger and sweeter than the other, they both are smelling great. I had my doubts about the nugs not being big or hard but it seems like the green sensation is doing it's job. There's been a good progress since i've started using Green Sensation. Glad to see that. In flower I feed with only water and 2ml/L of enzymes. Once about 10 days. Resin prodcution has gone up, buds are denser and a bit bigger. Which is good given that most of the pistils are still white and they fatten up more when they rippen. As long as things keep a stable progress, i think i'm good.

Really digging the resin production on this haze baby. She is sticky, pungent, and greasy! Easy to grow and producing for mommy. 💚🌿💚🌿. Love this plant!

Hi all👨‍🌾👋 Welcome to my another week update Hope everyone keeping well 🧑‍🌾 Week 6 Mar 8 - Mar 14 It was another easy and exciting week. Everything going absolutely great. Both girls stretched nicely despite selective defoliation on Mar 9. They bounced back almost immediately. Started adjusting mixtures towards removing fish mix completely and replacing with Bio grow. In coming week will adding bio bloom and top max to mixture. There was 2 waterings of 3ltr on Mar 9 + last foliar feeding and second on Mar 13 and it was first large feeding 6 ltr beetwen both. Surprisingly only a few drops of runoff. Watering in stages of approx. 500ml every 20-30min. Decided to not install a scrog this time as want to have opportunity to apply more old school methods of training and to be able to remove/rotate girls easily. Let's see if this will pay me off. Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. I plan on using a quadline for them all to keep a control for the comparisons too. Be green folks Welcome aboard and a huge thank you to Fast Buds for the opportunity to try autos.

We have 2 weeks under our belt and now we're charging into week. So far each day I can see more new growth which is encouraging. With a few more nodes in the next day or so I'll look at topping. Cheers til next time -Dj Sunstone

Week 5 baby! What a smooth ride this has been - these ladies are absolutely flying through veg. Gave them some cooler water today and they're vibing with it 💚 Still keeping nutrients minimal, just 1-2x weekly when they ask for it. Less is more with these girls!

Ok all going great. As you can see in video I have setup a auto drip feed system to feed twice a day for 5 mins. Also done a heavy defoliation this week and removed the lower branches. Be safe all and happy growing.

Hey here we go again.. in the pics I explained how to clean the lava rocks but to make it easier I will put them here. LAVA ROCK CLEANING. 1... fill sink with hot water and about a half bottle of hydrogen peroxide . 2 ...dump rocks into sink 3....shake out rocks from roots...I suggest you do this in another sink then add lava rock to other sink..it keeps from adding to many roots to water sink. 4....skim off all roots from top of water...now while the lava rocks sit in the water..clean the buckets. 5...take fitting from buckets and add to a cup filled with hydrogen peroxide let sit 6...clean buckets with hot water and hydrogen peroxide....dry bucket 7...take fittings out of cup clean off and clean inside fittings..then wash off and put back into buckets. 8... use a colander and add lava rock to it and run hot water over the lava rock as you move them around...then add warm..then cold water this will help make the roots brittle and easy to remove...shake off all water. 9...put rocks back into buckets 10 ...set room back up with all new lines... Well pretty good week I would say, the only issue is we dint really see the total amount of our stuff but it was still great.

Plants are requiring more and more of a feed to put on development. I tried to slightly lower the N balances but some of the plants showed deficiency. Raised the N back up and deficiency went away. Plants are fed almost daily, no watering in between. pH ranges from 5.7-6.5

Je laisses trempé mes cubes dans cette eau 24h avant d'y placer les graines pour la germination. Erreurs de la semaine : Trou dans cubes : Certaines graines n'étaient pas à l'abris de la lumière. J'aurais mieux fait de pousser les graines dans les cubes sans les trouer.
