Getting ready for flowering! On day 45 I placed a metal grid (90x90cm) on the bottom of the pot and a same one on the top as a scrog grid. Then I did a huge defoliation removing as much as I could under the net, exposing many small colas that were covered by upper leaves. On day 46 I didn’t switch off the lights in the night, so the princess has been awake for more than a day. I switched off the lights in the morning. After about 30 hours of darkness, on day 47 I switched lights back on and set up the timer for the switch to 12/12. In this first week I’m waiting for the plant to empty the reservoir, then 2 days of flush, and will start kicking bloom nutes (with fungi, bacteria and sugars) at half dosage next week.

9cm vertical growth this week but she's got a lot bushier!!!!!!!!!!!! Loads of new growth! I'm thinking this week she will enter flowering.

June 6 Day 36: last week was cool and rainy but growth will pickup here soon with warmer temperatures and direct sunlight. Will top it tomorrow to start the manifold. This will be a 16 cola manifold. June 8 Day 37: plant had five nodes and I topped it back to third node and then removed lower growth tips and small leaves. This is the first of four rounds of topping needed to get 16 colas.

Pollen Donor - 36 flower nights Pollen Receivers - 29 flower nights Figured it was a good time for an update. I think I mentioned in previous updates that I did not get a decent conversion rate at ~2mM concentration. Luckily, I do see a couple spots with early stigmata coloration, so at least some pollination has occured. I was pretty close to trashing it all. Even so, I expect very minimal number of seeds. The best plant, KM3 is definitely showing pollination. The from-seed MM also has shown early rusty stigmata. These are the two i most wanted seeds from. It's not all doom and gloom. Both are pictured after the hermie closeups. I don't see any coloration on the other 2 receivers, but at the very least some pollen is floating around. I will agitate the donor plant over the others for an extended period. When the male bits start to fall off the plant, I'll trash the donor. I will also have to extend the flower cycle to let any late pollination have time to properly develop viable seeds. This is a slight scheduling inconvenience for the 2nd breeding cycle, which was already a bit tight. While I consider this a complete fuck up of my own doing, it won't be a total waste of time. I also let these plants get too big. All that accomplishes is a need for more frequent fertigations. Next update in 5-6 weeks. Expect a few pictures of a small quantity of feminized seeds... Yaaaay! Into the final week of flower, fun grow. Doing a tapered nute schedule into a 3 day flush this final week. Set up a controlled drying and curing tent for this harvest, hoping to get a lot better after the chop with this go around, I’ve put a lot of time into understanding drying and curing and hope it pays off.

Aproveitando a primavera para um cultivo rápido. Dessa vez com sensações originais da Fast Buds. Essa planta apresenta fenótipos com belos núcleos e tenho uma estratégia planejada para tentar ativar as anticioninas. Dia 31 de outubro foram para o papel umedecido, torcendo para 100% de germinação. 11/02 foram para os vasos. Dia 03 de novembro segue tudo bem parece.
