DAY 72 💧 - RESERVOIR CHANGE ~15L tap + nutes (reduced the proportions of all the additivies keeping it closer to main schedule) 📑 - DWC PH 6.2 - EC 1.5 🌱 - Experienced people suggested I need a res change, with lower EC, so here we are.

Hello This is the end of Week 1 and the beginning of Week 2 of veg. Quite week around here for these girls. They got some food, liquefied seaweed and some friendly fungus and microbes. Everyone perked up after food and are working on putting out their 3rd set of leaves now. It's not freezing around here anymore, but it's been storm after storm this week. That's OK I don't have to shovel rain. OK. Keep growing Straight. Chuck.

También les comunico que tienen distintas estructuras por que en las primeras semanas sufrieron un poco y como sabréis si le generas un pequeño estrés a las Autos se van a notar bastante, ya que las autos no tienen esos días de recuperación que podría tener una feminizada. 30 days since flip day Almost half of the expected flowering time have passed. They look and are doing fabulous - despite of me making some mistakes. They are a little overfed now and the soil pH dropped to 5. I did corrective watering with high pH and Athena Cleanse (mild hypochlorous acid) - should help remediate the lockout I got them into. One started loosing bottom leaves so I need to act fast. Hope it helps. Probably next watering will be higher than normal pH also to stabilize it at higher levels. The Sugar Cane name seems to be SUPER ACCURATE. I did never saw the breeder or gorewers report this trait for this strain - but it is literally a sugar cane. The stems are covered with trichomes. And yeah - thats normal, I know. But not like that. Top 1/3 length of each stem is stisky like a bud. Covered in full grown capitate-stalked trichomes with huge heads. 🤯🤯🤯 This is crazy. Both of my Sugar Cane have those. I have never even hear of such trait and boom - two plants at once.

Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Quite week for the plants and us. It's above freezing now, but it's one storm after another here. The plants are dong well and I'll turn over to flowering next week. I'll make clones at that time. I'm after the best plant so I'll whittle the 14 plants down to 1 or 2 plants when I'm done. But I have to take 3 clones of each to be sure I get 1 to regrow when it's done. So I'll be doing that this week. My next trim/prune will be before the 3 week of flowering, before the resin starts to flow. Through this veg I've been giving a full feeding and then just watering and then a full feeding and then just watering.... You get the idea... I let the pots dry and hopefully water/feed before I get any wilting. We've started a new Freak Bros. book. Comic Book #10 Published in 1987. It's the 3rd in the trilogy. You'll find the first 2 comic books in the story in other diaries. Have a look around in my other diaries and you'll find them. OK. Have fun out there. Chuck

30days growing + 25 days of flowering, the flowers are larger than average, the lamp is turned on at 60% power (180w, 506 µmol/s).

Having cal mag issues going to hit the grow store tomorrow am and see can I get some organic cal mag and see if that helps other than that no real issues 2/24 I’m going sit my dumb ass down and chill I did a defoliation and man I over did it I think it’s pretty aggressive and i don’t know what I was thinking I was just clipping away 🤦🏾‍♂️…… anyway got some calmag for the color issues only going 1/2 tsp see how that goes hopefully when the new growth and more stretch happens it’ll look a lot better I’m also bottom feeding the calmag hope that works too

02/25/25: This past week has been a complete turnaround for the plants. Whatever had been holding them back seems to be behind them, and they have bounced back with strong new growth. They’re looking much healthier, aside from some minor leaf curling, which suggests that I may have had the light in the propagator set too high. Today, both plants were transferred to 1-gallon air-pots, filled to about 75% capacity to allow room for future root expansion. During transplant, I inspected their root systems, and both looked strong and healthy—a great sign that they’ve stabilized. To further promote root development, I used Dynomyco during the transplant. Now that they’ve outgrown the propagation setup, the plants have been moved into my 4x4 AC Infinity tent, where they will remain until harvest. They are currently sitting under the AC Infinity S44, set to 40% power and positioned 18 inches (46 cm) from the canopy. Initially, I had planned for four plants, which would have been ideal for mainlining as a training technique. However, with only two plants surviving, I’ll instead train them to fill out a trellis net, maximizing the available space. At this point, balancing the vegetative period with the contest timeline is the main challenge. I want to veg long enough to properly fill the trellis, but I also need to stay on track to finish within the contest window. The plan is to keep them in the 1-gallon air-pots for about two weeks, allowing them to establish a strong root system, before transplanting into their final 6.9-gallon AutoPots. At that stage, I’ll begin training them under the trellis. With the plants now entering a vigorous growth cycle, I’m really looking forward to seeing how they develop over the next few weeks. Excited for what’s ahead.

Trying to go back and see everything I did and I’m pretty sure it was the two nights of not having a heater down in the basement I live in Ohio. It gets really cold at night and then switching environments from veg tent to flower tent the combination of me over feeding and all of those I think is what has stunted her, going to give her another couple days to see if she jumps out of it 🔥💯
