02/08 - Day 36 Girls are definitely pushing out budding sites all around. (A) & (D) are still stretching a great deal while (B) & (C) have seemed to slow down. Still feeding microbes and started using the Girl Flower Power as a tea. 02/11 - Day 39 Not too much to say. More and more pistils are pushing out and I have my light as high as it can go. Moved the two taller girls to the sides. 02/14 - Day 42 Went on vacation for the weekend and thankfully the stretch has stop because I’m out of head room! All the ladies seem to be doing well, although I'm not sure if my older bigger fan leaves should already be yellowing. Hopefully it’s just the progression of the strain and just cannibalizing the older leaves.

42 days! Sadly did loose footage of 1,5 days. Did a reservoir swap and am now using Yara Kristalon Orange instead of Blue. Orange NPK: 6:12:36. Lowered EC after some research on rockwool, guess I was feeding way to high all the time, as it seems salts accumulate in rockwool even when you do long irrigations to basically flush it every time. Will aim for 1.2-1.3EC from now on, a lot lower than in my previous NFT setup. The plant is doing good, some slight tip burn, took the heatwave like a champ. Some branches are stretching, some not, bit it will get bigger for sure (writing this 2 days in to the next week). Did quite some defoliation. Smell is coming in for sure, attached the Charcoal filter this week, previously without because not needed :) Overall not a monster of a plant but not bad either, good average? Values are average of the day. Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. 25.9. Vor ein Paar Tagen hat die Pflanze trotz Dünger begonnen, Farbe zu verlieren. Das bedeutet für mich das wir aufs Ende zugehen. Seit drei Tagen bekommt sie nur Wasser, doch die Verfärbungen sind schon klar zu sehen. Die Stempel bewegen sich in die richtige Richtung, was deren Farbe betrifft. Da der Indica Anteil hier scheinbar höher ist, gehe ich von maximal 9 Wochen Blüte aus. Das heißt, ab heute zwei Wochen. Update 30.9. Die Blüten gehen von der Form in eine gute Richtung. Die Trichome sind sehr weit. Wird auf jeden Fall ne knusprige Angelegenheit. Mein goldenes Stück 💩

Flowering continues thru week 13 and the buds are growing well on all plants. The trichome production is in full swing now as well, therefore my Fruity-Terp ladies start to exude a delicious fruity aroma in the tent. The Purps from BC-BUD-Depot has a nice grape-candy smell while the Strawberry Sour Diesel from DevilHarvestOriginal had a strong lemony aroma with a little fuel mixed in. The BADAZZ fro Ripper Seeds smells DANK, very gassy and fuelly. The Super Lemon haze from Greenhouse Seeds has a nice and strong Haze aroma, unfortunately without any lemon smell. The MAC from Tropical Trees Seeds has a lso a strong Haze aroma, reminding me of Amnesia Haze. The Kritikal-K has more of a peachy aroma, while the Pineapple Dream and Zkit Kandy Dream from Kannabia Seeds have a very sweet aroma reminding me of pineapple. The nice healthy green color shows that the plants LOVE their BIO NOVA nutrients as well as the light-spectrum and intensity of the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs. The fixtures are still running on 100% (=not dimmed) to have full flower production. This round is continuing to go VERTY WELL, I literally can see my buds grow every day...😉

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. It's about week 6 I guess, I don't know. Pheno 1: 2 short ones with great smelling medium sized buds. Fast Pheno 2: looks like a nice producer, very frosty, nice growth, keeping an eye on this one. Slowest of the bunch but not a slow plant by any means Pheno 3: woah, THC bomb! The frostiest plant in the house. I can only say it again and again, the buds look beautiful, and it was very pleasant to cut in terms of the leaf / bud ratio 😍. After standing in the darkroom for 48 hours, it was finally harvested 😝. The buds were all sterile with Tool trimmed neatly by hand ✂️. Then they came back into the darkroom on the net, where they are now gently dried for the next 7-14 days at 62% humidity and 22 degrees temperature, before they are first put in jars with Boeveda pack 62%, which takes another 2 weeks is exchanged for Boveda 58%. This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/9- Here we go into the eighth week of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both growing fast and the 'Tester B' is getting tall! 6/11- Daytime temperatures outside are now hitting 90℉, and the greenhouse temps are pushing 100℉. I have plenty of air circulating using 4 fans and I'm probably going to put a shade tarp over the greenhouse if the weather continues to get any warmer. 6/13- Daily waterings continue with 2g of well water that is ph'd to between 6.2-6.7 @ 72℉ along with weekly Compost Teas. Despite the excessive heat, both 'Testers' have shown absolutely ZERO signs of any stress whatsoever which is a testament to the superior genetics in both! 6/15- Eight weeks of veg are in the rear view mirror and I'm looking forward to the coming weeks to see how these gorgeous ladies begin to slowly transition into their 'pre-flower' stage. I am on so many learning curves right now with this grow and keeping diaries. It is a trip and I'm loving the journey. This Gorilla Glue is showing signs of the end of life and milky trichomes. I thought she'd be ready second but she's in the lead for harvest of the three. Can't wait to see what next week brings!
