End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) I have stopped the CO2 supplementation for this week and onwards as the plants naturally slow down photosynthesis and it is not needed during the last 2 weeks of flower. Also raised the lights by 5cm to make sure the trichomes don't get damaged and also dropped the RH and temperatures even more than last week, and surely the colours are becoming more and more vibrant as the ladies are fading into their autumn shades. Feeding just water since middle last week, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out even more colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. She looks a bit deranged at first sight no doubt maybe u feel a little uncomfortable but let me tell you this girl is a moose on the loose. she looks like a statue of medusa the lady with snakes for hair and her long lost children But a few inches below those twizzler heads is some solid nugget. Smell like wet mangos as it should and is sticky as a fly trap. The buds are ridiculous in size the main one is as wide as my head. The lowers and side branches are actually somewhat normal compared to the others. There's no way of knowing the quality and production until harvest but if I can trim her up nicely into small nugs I think we'll be aight. Started lowering ppms this week but it's hard to tell when she is gunna ripen up with the foxtails. Right now the trichs are mostly cloudy with some clear and no amber I just can't imagine they can get bigger than what they are now. Will need to run this one back at some point and try to avoid the tails.

Week was pretty successful. Only problems I had was my PH out of wack due to the lava rocks. Ever since i took them out PH has been pretty stable. I check it every 2-3 days to keep at 5.8 to 6.2 range. I am up for suggestions on the medium.. should i keep it in or just leave them to sit at the bottom of the net pots? Any help will do for this grow. Thanks

First week of flowering. Added a mixture of hydroponic nutrients, added a 50w lightbulb (for a total of 250w) and did some more and final defoliation; now she's ready to bloom at peace.

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. FBA2510-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

Another good week, just puttering away on grow. Did some high stress training on plant to space out a bit better. Added 2 more buckets and moved 2 plants from the incubator tent. See the video for details. PPM: 400-500 in res; the drain side is only spiking 50-100ppm. Looking fairly good. Trying to keep VPD bit more in range on this grow; closely controlling temp and humidity. Issues: 1. humidifier died in spectacular dump of 4 gallons of water on the floor; made a custom system. 2. The drain line vacuum locks; going need a air-pump or vent line to break the vac. 3. The different plant sizes require different feed ppm and cycles on timer. Доброго времени Сегодня 82 день жизни моей девочки. Она во всю цвете и сегодня ровна неделя с того дня как я начал считать цвет. Планирую еще 7-8 недель ее продержать, хотя по паспорту у нее всего 8 недель цвета. На 76 день жизни, я обрезал почти все слабые боковые стебли и все нижние листья. За неделю она заметно подросла. Азот я не стал еще убирать, думаю его высокое содержание продержать еще неделю, затем буду уменьшать его содержание в питательном растворе. Внимательные люди заметили б однозначно весящую лампу, у меня все время вылетало с головы напить о ней))) Эта лампа UVB на 25вт, для рептилий. Много читал про ультрафиолет, единого мнения нет. Это мой второй опыт связанный с ней. Весной этого года я ее использовал с 4 недели цвета, режим работы 4 часа в сутки. Признаюсь я не понял разницу, то есть я не знаю прибавила ли она содержание ТГК в шишках или нет, но точно сказать могу вреда от нее не было. Следующий гров я ее уже не использовал, а в этот раз решил опять воспользоваться ею. На мой взгляд 25вт очень мало, при том что у моих основных ламп 600вт, в будущем думаю купить еще две на 25вт. Если у кого есть опыт с подобными лампамы, пишите, интересно узнать какого результата вы добились. 06/30/2020 Ain't she sweet! She has produced the seed I wanted so I am gonna feed her some OVERDRIVE see if she will make a little more buds to smoke. Cookie Cake would normally go 7-10 weeks on a 12-12 schedule so I think she will be done by week 7 at 11-13 light/dark schedule. Can't wait to start these seeds, my mouth is watering thinking of how the flavors and aromas will recombine! Maybe some cherry vanilla earthy pine goodness? We shall see hopefully a perfect union!

This week I performed a fairly heavy defoliation, which opened up the canopy and encouraged strong branching throughout the plant. The response has been excellent, with vigorous new growth and a very even canopy developing across all main tops thanks to the ongoing LST. The structure looks extremely promising, and it appears this will be the final week of vegetative growth before Frostbanger transitions fully into flower next week.

It's amazing how quickly the weather can change. Just a few weeks ago we were bundled up in our warmest coats, and now it's finally starting to feel like springtime. With temps in the 40s and 50s, it's the perfect time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. My pound cake plant is finally getting somewhere. It's totally weird, because the stems turned this super cool purple color. Soon it's going to be covered in pound cake buds that'll be ready to eat. I'm thinking fancy frosting might be the way to go, but I'm also considering something fruity on top.

Decided to pull out the scrog and utilize more of the available room I had to let my plants get bigger. I am very happy with this decision and will be flowering within the next couple of days. I hope you join me for the ride these girls should get big. I am using Royal Gold Tupur with some added perilite in 7 gallon pots under 2 600W

Fast bud unknown mix 3 coming along nicely with some fat colas forming gonna be a nice Christmas this year thanks to the fast bud collection on the go. Happy growing
