I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

Update 11/8...2nd plant is harvested and jarred. The terps on this strain are amazing! I harvested only 1 plant....her sister (the tall purple girl) is still under the lights. Based on dry weight on 4 upper colas harvested 5 days earlier I'm expecting a whopping 160 grams from just the one plant. The colas are super frosty and dense, holding their weight during drying. I've got 40 grams already curing, the rest is still hanging in the dry box. This strain was an absolute pleasure to grow and even an uncured bud smokes smooth and sweet with a nice, even slow burn and white to light grey ash. It's gonna be my go-to from my winter stash line-up!! Thank you Royal Queen Seeds for the opportunity to select and grow one of your strains and for Organic nute setup. It's obvious I snagged an excellent strain grown with topnotch nutrition. I've got 3 more Green Gelato beans and can't wait to pop em next grow.

Day 56 holy cow this frosty bitch. She’s beautiful. Really really excited for this pretty lady. She just keeps throwing more frost. Really going to be happy to smoke this bitch!

Things are picking up slowly had some terrible weather over the last few weeks could really do with some sun again lol. We live and learn hopefully we pull thro this one.

Pequeño update! Pasamos a Pre Flora! Ahora si, estamos con 12 horas de luz y 12 de oscuridad, de a poco se pueden ver los "pistilos" (sé que no es el nombre, pero lo que se puede observar cuando sexa la planta). Viene muy linda y adquirió buen tamaño para el espacio que tengo de indoor (50x50x110) Veremos como evoluciona estas próximas semanas!

Eccoci un altra settimana è passata, anche poco di più.. Devo dire che queste genetiche sono davvero impressionanti! C'è resina addirittura sulle foglie laterali, le così dette "prendisole" devo ammettere che nn mi aspettavo davvero un concentrazione così alta di resina già ora che i fiori nn si stanno ancora gonfiando! Impressionante è dire poco! Forse è merito di questi nutrienti spettacolari di Terra Aquatica che stanno facendo questa enorme differenza, è la mia prima volta in idroponica e davvero nn mi aspettavo così tanta resina e dei fiori così belli! L. Unico mio timore è che le piante avendo dato troppa vegetativa siano troppo attaccate alla luce, ma posso fare ben poco, ormai purtroppo nn posso più fare nulla, quello che esce continuerà a crescere, ma ora per fortuna sembra che la crescita in altezza si sia un po arrestata.. L odore di frutti tropicali inizia a farsi sentire! Sopratutto la papaya sherbert sa davvero tanto di papaya, e sembra lo shampoo che uso, mi viene voglia di addentare le cime dal buon odore che sento! Davvero sono grato a Fastbuds di avermi dato ancora questa possibilità di crescere le sue genetiche! Pretty quiet week in the tent. We did a little defoliation during the middle of the week but they are already full little bushes again. We raised the light up a bit to try and get them to stretch from the pots so we can lollipop in a few weeks. Our soil plants are doing very well too, @Foxfarm has really proven to be a great soil and the northen soul strain loves it. The smell inside the tent is definitely strong and they have been drinking alot more water.

Hardly any leaves left now. Pistils on most buds are browning and turning in. Most prominent bud still going strong, though. Feeding only water now.

The Beans was popped into a wet paper, the greenthubs was fantastic, not the same as the runtz muffin by Barney's farm she was very strange and now she looks very busy and short 🤯🤷

Day 52 - before pic/vid pulled em both out scrubbed tanks..... moved em into a different tent, with a different light.... did up completely different solutions, and currently still building it all.... Day 53 - still buildin... vids of new home... Nutrifield, Rock Nitro, 1200-1500 ppm and 6.5 PH.... see if we can give em a good boost.... left em in pure water before puttin em in new solution.... Day 57 - pics vid.... been adjusting ph... down to 5.8.... they are just growin along nicely in the new home... got a fan for the tent... looks good tho... solution temp is abit high, fan will fix that..... changed just the tanks to 5lt Cereal containers, they are alot taller, more room below the container... fits perfect....
