Seems like she's taking longer, think this might be because I used my phone flashlight to check on her during dark in the first weeks flower. Not too bothered by this as it means she might get a little fatter :) Some slight purple discoloration beginning to show from the cold night temps

I want to thank you Paul @New420GuySeeds for this beautiful plant. She's getting close to that time. I'm both excited and a little sad cuz we've done this grow together. Kinda a fucked up reality. Critical 47 has a few lower branches that are starting to drop due to the weight of the bud. I been curious if I could lop off some these baby branches at this stage without consequences.? Anybody know? Maybe sample the bud before the harvest.. would be nice. Ive been doing my best at snapshots of trichomes so I may get a better ETA of the due date. This will be my first ever to harvest anything more than a common cherry tomato. Lol. Any useful advice is welcome, start a chat if ya wanna!! I love company! And hey we already have a shared common interest! Gotta start somewhere. So critical 47 is sticky and smells up the whole house, no deficiencies noticed, growth has stopped as far as I can tell, yet she is still feeding without waste. I changed my regular fertilizer from the fox farm to Dr JimZ. With good results. The fox farm is a great fertilizer as well. I do mix the chicken soup for the soil with the fox farm trio. Cha Ching beastie blooms and open sesame. Dr. JimZ Bloom Kaboom is a once a month application for flowering plants. Good stuff. If I were to grow her again I would, an I would definitely put her in a larger container without the burlap sack. Don't use that crap it's no good. Lol. It's created a protective base under the soil for pests to dwell. I'm sure when I pull it all up there's gonna be a super complexed colony of mighty gnats, I think of some ancient Greece city with all the thrills and shit. Lol. Gnat overlords. My own damn fault. Gnats aren't that bad, they're just eating dead roots. There's definitely worse pests to have in the garden. "Nicole, how do you keep them so dark green?" Easy. I put used coffee grounds into my cannabis plants top soil. If I don't make a tea with it. You can find these helpful recipes @RoyalQueenSeeds with all the good info and instructions. I also make banana brew for my girls, it's rich with everything they need. Helps them grow strong. The coffee grounds help them maintain that healthy green glow (nitrogen). First week of flower

Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

I’m very happy with the buds. I really didn’t think she would fill in the runs from her stretch but she has almost solid colas and an awesome calyx to leaf ratio.

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

Explosive growth this week! Must of doubled in size. Some kind of hungry insects, caterpillars maybe? Minor leaf damage, nothing major. Going to keep up with Neam/Aloe/Kelp spray. No rain in the foreseeable future, 26c every day, early summer for sure. Doesnt appear to need any extra nutrients, will add some more Gaia Green next week. I've had Lupins here for the past few years, which are Legumes and have great nitrogen fixing qualities, not to mention this entire patch of land had 20 years of old decaying blackberry bramble which were cleared 3 years ago when we bought the place, and the soil is some of the richest I've ever seen. No shortage of Nitrogen in there. I'll be honest, this plant is twice the size this time of year then the last 2 years I've been growing outdoors. I'm a little concerned I'll need my ladder come Oct! I did FIM once earlier in the week, will FIM ever 2-3 weeks till July to try and keep the height under control.

I pumped up the bloom nutrients a little. As it’s my last week before I go into the flower stage. My lights will go 12/ 12 shortly. I added a wooden support system because the plant was slanted a little bit. I also removed clones yesterday. And the plant is healing very very well and fast. Lots of new baby nodes growing! took out the strongest two plants to keep as mother plants. And I continued LST as the plant keeps growing steadily!

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Well its was not the easiest cycle.I make some mistakes and cant deleaf plants as clean as i want cause scrog.so thats not the highiest result for this strain.

Man oh man,without noticing I just found a new favorite strain man.Love the strong fruity and floral aroma coming from these flowers I can't wait to grow her Photoperiod version,it's been a pleasure to grow her,unfortunately I lost her four sisters,I would love to get a lot of full jars of this amazing haze 👃🔝🔝💚

She grew another 17cm this week! 145cm tall!!!!!!!!! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola is through the lights and getting close to the roof of the tent 😅 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 It's accurate, she is a MONSTER of a plant. This week I have done a quick video showing the result of my experiment a few weeks ago where I FIMed a couple of side branches. Take a look 😃 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. We pulled her down with approx 90% cloudy trics..not a massive harvest and she could have gone an extra week but we're still playing catch up from our hermi ,we also desperately needed the space..I REALLY like this strain, it's easily becoming a favorite...it didn't last very long the firs time lol...the wife gives it a 7 and I'd say it's a firm 8.5 :)

This grow was so amazing!! The purple punch’s came out super sticky dense nugs, super frosty , an a huge smell of blueberry muffins! Super fun grow along with the Forbiddin Runtz definitely one of the sweetest berry smelling strains of ever grown, highly recommend everyone to try out the purple punch’s, you will be highly satisfied!! Das LSD hat sehr gut funktioniert, jetzt können die Pflanze in die Breite und in die Höhe wachsen.
