Day 42-49 (Day 42) Just watered today but couldn’t go until runoff because I didn’t have enough RO. I forgot to add the probiotic too. Nonetheless, everything is starting to recover from those weird deficiencies and is looking super healthy. Plants are really bushing out now too. I had to top the zkittlez and BBB#3 again as they are just getting too big. Nothing is definitively showing sex yet but I’m seeing clues. Shouldn’t be long now. If I get 4 females or less I will use 10gal pots, 5-7 fem 5gal pots and 8-12 3gal pots. I need to stop overwatering. Even though it doesn’t look too overwatered, it is much better to water a little bit each day at lights on. This will help keep the humidity down as well as deliver optimal oxygen to the roots speeding up plant growth considerably. (Day 45) Gave an EM1 spray down today. The beneficial bacteria is said to overpopulate surfaces so powdery mildew and septoria can’t form. Something seems to be really working as I haven’t seen any yet. (Day 47) I sealed up the tent and am running both dehumidifiers and it’s keeping the RH around a safe 70% night and day which is right on track with VPD. Plants are all looking super healthy. Deficiencies have pretty much all cleared up. Cold nights I’m running 600w and warmer nights I’ll run 400w. I was asking around Instagram about white ash/good burn and a few different people assured me it has to do with mineral content of the soil. I was told the three best products for clean ash is glacial rock dust/basalt, oyster shell flour and langbeinite. I already have langbeinite so I’ll grab the other amendments today and top dress. I grabbed the amendments and also got some Destiny Organics dark matter super soil, coco and some beneficial nematodes. Top dressed each amendment except langbeinite and mulched in some coco coir. (Day 48) My shelf came in today and I think it may be to big for the 4x4 tent. Each square is 12”, not the 11.8” advertised. I could wipe down my flower room and set it up in there which would give my plants a good adjustment to the new lights before I flip. Or I could set it up in the veg tent but that seems like a huge hassle as the need to be moved and flipped soon anyway. I wish they would show sex already so I can toss out the plants I’m not keeping. For flower I am considering starting over fresh with the new Destiny soil and coco mixed with some amendments. I’m concerned that my current mix might be too hot. I could also dilute it with the Destiny/coco mix. Those little bulb mites that came in with the worm castings are a little concerning as well. Some say they are just beneficial composters aka “worm bin mites” and others are telling me they’re predatory bulb mites which destroy crops like garlic. I’m leaning towards beneficial composters but in another grow I watched them devour a seedling before it sprouted. Gotta check the current roots but the plants aren’t quite ready to be transplanted. (Day 49) Got everything in the flower tent wiped down and sprayed with alcohol then EM1 few hours later. Got the shelf set up and got all my temp controls set up and running. I put the controllers outside the tent this time and will patch any light leaks. Gave a lite compost tea at 830ppm and a velokelp foliar spray at 6ml/L. This will be the last veg feeding before I transplant into their final containers on the 31st. BCTG#2 is a confirmed male and I pulled him. No one else is showing definitively. Roots looked super healthy with very few mites but I’m not 100% convinced they’re all clean. I saw a few mites on leaves today too. Saw a bit of droop after the move but they all look happy just a few hours later. Took a few clones from some sucker branches on a few of the blackberries.

This was a little sad week. Since I dont have a properly dehumidifier, the humidity raised and botrytis appeared... Added a directly wind (24h/7) on my plants and removed all bud with botrytis

Always dry trim. The leaves come off more easily when dry and it preserves more THC with the longer drying time. Will weigh up in 7-10 days. Smoke report. Tastes like strong grape juice when you hit it. Very smooth and easy on the throat. Pretty much gave me instant relaxation and relief from my depression. Seems like a good morning smoke which I love. Thanks fastbuds! Weighed up to 2.5 Oz. Could've claimed 3+ but didn't count ANY larf.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. Repotted into 18l pots , these are the final , you shouldn’t really repot autos ( start them in final pots ) , but I have 😜 Watering @ 7 litres per pot with above nutrients , I put a bucket underneath to catch the runoff , ph out was 6.3 What you can see , is that even the best performing soil , doesn’t compare to worst performing DWC

This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

I added two 120mm fans and CO2 bag. Plant looks great. Kush is very compact and need less defoliation. Happiness is the perfect ScroOG plant. One or two weeks and I switch to bloom. Before Happines grows to big, because the high of my grow space is very limited.

01/19/2022 Stretch is starting, watering till 5-10% Runoff. I will be giving some molasses 2 tbls to 2 gallons water to feed the microbial life in my soil. This should help nutrient uptake from roots, feeding her flowers with microbial chelated nutrients. Changing to 12-12 tomorrow at lights on. Which will continue through flowering week 8, week 9- harvest will go to 11-13 for the fantastic finish! Getting rid of the dark green male he is not adjusting to drought (lack of water) as well as lighter green male. Lighter green can go twice as long without water with no sign at wilting

Here they are, finished! The plant in the smaller tent definitely packed on much more weight. The issue with the other plant was being in a 12/12 tent and having a taller plant in there which was hogging the light. Still got beautiful smelling flowers. These were all taken in the last week of flowering. Super happy with the new setup that I put in with the Mars Hydro light! Very nice plants but they did take their sweet time in the beginning.

22 to 28 D23 Noticed a huge growth spurt between yesterday and today. I guess that bottom feed really made the roots go wild. Will transplant into the autopots at the end of the week. I am not going to use the 7gallon pots anymore, it's way too much coco. I am moving down to 3.7gal pots which will be easier for the roots to reach the bottom and give me better growth. 720ppm @ 5.8 full veg this week bottom feed. They l-o-v-e it. I already see the benefits to growing photos. So much less stressful and guarantees a full tent. I wish I tried it sooner! D24 Feed 700ppm Removed a couple big fans from each plant D26 LST and defol Moved lights closer. 18" @ 160w
