Aug 9: Now done three weeks of flowering for Tropicana Cookies EV. She is the youngest plant but also the tallest and looking quite happy. Got the UV led lights from AC Infinity going for the first time. Used these last year and they seem to work. UV lights stimulates trichome production and makes up for weak sunlight this far north. Aug 12: has stretched again but the bud sites are filling nicely. Pistils have started to turn pink. This plant is looking very happy and will likely be a big producer. Added another top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. It has been about two weeks at least since the last round, and this will be the final round. Stopped using molasses about two weeks ago. Great for growing but I don’t want to be smoking sugar. Use during veg stage but only 2-3 weeks into flowering.

Growing very nicely. I've not added any nutrients at all. Using miracle grow organic soil (no nutrients added to the base soil at all by the manufacturer)

Was thinking about going to 12/12 this week, but have put it off till next. Veg filling >1/4 of the 16sq ft net, but I can't wait much longer! Moved from one 13g container to 2x13 (one with plant) plus a 27g reservoir. Expect to be much more stable on nutes now. Remote reservoir keeps temp of nutes down.

A week later we could see some progress all 6 have sprouted and looking nice . Hitting them with some nutrients next week ..🤙🏽

Sour Jealousy Auto FastBuds 2025 Outside Grow Week 12 June 15-21 FLOWER 6 Well, it was another rainy week. The Almanac pics show that our month to date rainfall is 3.11 inches and 2/3 of it was in the last week. The expected weather is supposed to be sunny next week. The anticipated sunny days are a mixed blessing. The temperatures for the next 10 days will exceed 90f and with this heat the humidity often exceeds 70-80%. This means the” feels like” temperatures exceed 100F, Checking Sour Jealousy today, I saw some bud rot, I treated her with Arbor fungicide to stop the spread. Fast Buds says 60 days of flower. She went into flower May 18 so it has only been a month and needs an additional 30 days or so. Fingers crossed she can withstand any more fungus spread. I would really hate to lose another plant. I pulled off 2 caterpillars from her top and side buds. One leaf at the top looks like it was eaten. Sour Jealousy Auto is a bright sativa dominant powerhouse, packing 29% THC and reaching heights up to 63 inches (150cm). I only grew one seed and it may be an outlier, but my Sour Jealousy is only 24 inches. Based on her short stature, she will not yield anything close to what FastBuds indicated as exceptionally high yields (up to 600g/m2 indoors and more outdoors depending on pot size. She is in a 5 gallon Air pot which is sufficient for autoflowers. They also indicated that odor is strong and herbs like mint, basil, marigold etc will help mask the scent. So far mine has minimal odor. Based on these differences observed so far, I wonder if this seed was correctly labeled? I’m genuinely looking of the effects this strain provides with 29% THC- a creative and uplifting high with energetic and euphoric effects. Despite its Indica-driven genetics the accompanying physical relaxation induces some hunger and sleepiness, but not much sedation. Update July 30 102 °F Plants now need to be watered twice a day with 3/4 gallons. All my garden is burned except these incredibly girls, is a hard challenge. I can't understand not how much these plants survive but how they thrive instead Very hard to stay outside, very hard to take decent pics, very hard to sleep, to breath too. Closed at home I am building a dry trimming dock with a 120 microns sieve which I will then use to beat the dry trim in the Moroccan way. On Monday 27, the first day of the second heat wave, 90 ° F, the plant already begins to show signs of low heat stress and the forecasts are very bad, this could last for 2 weeks. This is a problem for me because I have planned to start stressing the plant with underwater, an impossible mission in this heat. For the same reason I'll stop to defoliate. I was forced to bend the tallest branches again for privacy reasons, this girl is fucking vigorous. From now on I will stop counting the height and the water, the first because the plant is completely folded 3/4 times and has exceeded 75 inches abundantly. I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

For weeks I've been trying to correct that and please her, but she can't be as healthy and happy as she should be... this week she looks the best so far, but it's still not that... because of this phenotype (I don't know if it's common) I definitely wouldn't recommend this strain to beginners because I also struggle with this phenotype, the first phenotype is much easier to grow, although it's not for beginners either. 15.08 Second week going great. The mimosa pheno I hunted is a true monster. Thick stem already nearly as big as the 1.5 inch rockwool cube. Easily over 1 m high. Stacking beautifully. I have a new setup for the 5x5 tent. Vevor EC fan 150mm. With temp and humidity controller paired with prima clima 900m3h carbocone filter which is huge. Also new Mars hydro fc e 8000 light with Bluetooth controller. So far very cool. We will see how it performs. Since I have co2 boosted we will have it cranking at max when the girls hit the bulk phase.

Feedings during this period were alternated with water and calmag+. Everything ph'd to 6.5. Started watching my VPD. I try to keep it above 1 and below 1.6

Such a beautiful plant! She’s fully developed and finishing off her flowers now! Swelling everyday and naturally fading! She’s drinking a lot slower now too so I checked her under the loupe and all trichromes are cloudy so I’m sure she’ll finish at 8 weeks! She’s currently on week 6 and 3 days in bloom! So In her 7th week! I’ll continue to follow the requirements to bionova and then flush once!, as I said I’ll check her under the loupe! Smells like it’s going to be full of terps! I just open the tent and smell her! Fantastic strain!

Went from 250 watt to 400 watt as i felt there was not enough light coverage. This seemed to be have a really nice effect combined with temperatures at 28 - 30 degrees celcius and a high humidity around 50-70%. Air circulation have helped the plants get fat stems from an early stage. Cookies kush and orange sherbert had the most rapid growth this week. I was watering every second day at this stage with around 200 ml water mixed with nutes
