Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

Hey everyone! Hope you are all well and safe! I've numbered the photos by date to see the progress a little better, I have both my Spider Farmer and now I've the special queen photo period under its own light, now a mars hydro given to me by a friend :) Decided to get the scrog net up last night, first time using one so I'm looking forward to see how I get on. I've decided to come away from biobizz and move across to the remo range so I just gave the plants two litres of water on Monday. They've dried out rightly. I have an air line going into the bucket and making a tea! I can see slight frost on some of the leaves and the stems which is cool. All suggestions/tips welcome! Stay Frosty Bazza ✌️🏼

my first pak apparently got stressed and did not grow enough and apparently I go into flowering ... instead the second purple afghan kush grows very fast ... as if it were an automatic ... and its height is 101 cwntimeters. .. and both germinated the same day ... i am happy for the evolution of the second also to them will take out the maximum of height and fattening of its flowers ...

This week we flip, actually, these pics are 2 days into the flip. All going good, its gonna be packed, have to get in the SOG and clear the bottom this week also, added a net to the SOG side to keep the canopy a bit more level. I hear, thats not a real SOG then, the point is, these plants are younger and even with a SOG keeping that canopy level is key. Humidity is always a chore, its something i'm worried about for the flowers so will install an even larger Dehumidifier over the next week or so. Using the spider farmer light control is nice and simple, my auto irrigation is working fine... Onwards and upwards.

GENERAL COMMENT. So the RQS STRESS KILLER AUTO is down. Now we have the NL to manoeuvre and try to keep her alive for the final flush. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. Many but slim colas emerged, showing extreme spotting and deficiencies, but gained weight since last week and started turning purple, first time that happens. So now the final flush started and hope, afraid taste could be off, because of the problems i ran in with her, probably a good strain to considere light feeding, the smell is very gentle, a good strain to do stealth. 10-14 day to go! Yield could be amazing but will be common because of the locks, nothing out of the curve in my opinion, something to retry and correct to deal with this strain. Not turned on or off by her just feeling neutral and glad she made it. Trichomes wise she is just ready, mostly cloudy, she will finish with some amber will do a nice sleeping aid. Trim job will be a pain on this one because i will clean all the small affected spotted leaves.

So this sad little baby is definitely having some nute issues, therefore I gave it a little lime water this morning to hopefully balance whatever uptake problems it's having. I had to put tomato cages in with the autos because my evil 😼 was trying to take a 💩 in them. Heat wave is moving through.

💨💨🇦🇷🤝🏻🇪🇦 🏻‍♂️

Well day 34 of flower today week 6. Let me start by saying that this week hasn't been too good for my white widow, all sort of issues, first she started to burn with the nutes, that was corrected fast, but then I had a power outbreak on my air pump and water quality went to hell follow by that Ph sky rocket and was very hard to keep steady. All that is now under control bit she suffered a lot this week and I'm afraid my yield is going to be affected by this terrible week. 😕

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 12 June 8-14 FLOWER 7 Sadly, my journey with Frostbanger is almost over. This grow started as an unnamed FBA2502 tester strain completely unknown regarding growth habits, size, flavor profile or smoke effect. I used LST on two plants: #1 because she was leaning over so I decided to pin her down immediately. I decided to LST Plant #3 when I saw her nodes were short and stems were tight. To quote Fastbuds “Growers must know that these difficult-to-grow plants will pose specific challenges in terms of environmental control and nutrition” , making them best suited for cultivators with some experience under their belt. I mention this because 2 plants #4 & #5 always looked lighter than their counterparts. Having overfed in the past grows, I did not want to repeat the same mistake, especially when the other plants were lush and green and did not look deficient. I thought it was genetics, but I found out that these two plants probably had nutrient lockout and would have benefitted from a good flush. Overall, I didn’t make mistakes with overfeeding or over trimming. I had to manually control the environment since the ventilation went out. I did pretty good at maintaining a functional environment. Plants #2 & #5 developed pretty reds in their upper buds and leaves probably because of the air conditioner. The A/C brought the night temperatures to 65-68. This week I am flushing with an anticipated harvest this weekend. I did the last plant pictures and videos and trichome shots on each plant. I did preliminary defoliation removing the remaining fan leaves. For most of the sugar leaves I trimmed off the ends leaving the base with all the frost. These are going into the trim bag to be washed into bubble hash. I plan on pressing #5 because she is the frostiest. 6/9 PH 6.46 PPM 239, temp 68 2 ltr each 6/10 PH 6.6, PPM 230, temp 68 2ltr each 6/12 PH 6.4, PPM 242, temp 68.5 2ltr Thank you for sharing this journey with me and as aways, thanks for visiting, for the likes and most of all growers’ love and support. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿my friends. 💫Natrona💫

Day 45 - 26/11 - She is looking very good, leaves a perky and buds are growing. Day 47 - 28/11 - The trichome production is really starting nicely, I can start smelling her. Day 49 - 30/11 - She was top dressed with fresh vermicast and a few teaspoon of a top dress mix (at the bottom), all of that was mulched with a layer of erograstus grass. --------- Top dress mix : Equal parts Alfalfa meal, Rock dust, Kelp meal, Insect frass.
