1.12 welcome december! We’re moving close to the harvest line, in a week and a half I’m gonna start checking the tricromes.. i run one last add of nutritions, from now only water until the last day! The sweet zz is smelling great, the amnesia is growing strong and dense, the gorilla glue’s scent is pungent, unique, and the blue berry is growing slowly but very well. I pruned a bit of yellow leaf, now I wait until the harvest, leaving all untouched! 2.12 i added a smol video :3 5.12 they’re maturing very well! Now I’m start monitoring the trichomes! Hoping in a week and a half max I’m gonna dry everything.. soo happy!

Beautiful progress with this girl. Can't really tell from pics, but some of her fan leaves are turning a purple tint, like her sugar leaves. Been feeding max strength compost tea with every watering, and she really enjoys it so far. Also, a little update on the clones I plucked from her a few weeks back. 6 of them successfully rooted, and now I'm hardening them off in the veg tent. 1 is already progressing onto vegetative growth. So her legacy continues :) Update 01/27/22: Her lower leaves are beginning to yellow and i see a nice mauve color spreading onto the fan leaves. I don't believe the leaves yellowing are a result of a deficiency or anything bad. She drinks at a fast rate, prays upwards first thing in the morning, and continues to stack her buds at a solid pace. And shes getting plenty of phosphorous, potassium and a bit of nitrogen as well. Shes getting fed blackstrap molasses with every feeding, which has a lot of calcium and magnesium. So after considering all of that, I think she'll just chug right along. As it's more likely just how this strain is. I remember my first run having a rather light-toned leaf coloration. Anyways, im starting to get a slight whiff of that infamous "purps" smell when I open the tent. It'll be hard to keep my head out of the tent come week 5, because I remember this strain being such a beauty. And I think I'm doing a better job with this run than my first. So I'm super stoked for the weeks to come. Cheers everyone 👍🏾

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. An Amazing tall and pumped plant from BIG SEEDBANK... She has a great citrusy smell.. Very shinny flowers... last week of feeding and then we go into the flush... hope she goes well untill the end... fingers crossed...🙏

Well the flower week is finally upon us they are getting a huge block opening up the canopy exposing Bud sites letting the wind blow through those beautiful structures. I will have more updates as the week goes on stay tuned. I took ALOT off , I know , I know , lots of people will say , what the heck is this grower doing ?!? Well all I can say is .......... WAIT . This ain't my first rodeo. Pictures will follow , Why did I get rid of all the leaves ? 1) increase airflow 2) increase light to bud sites 3) to prevent mold . So many times I have done this and everytime, I ask myself , was it too much ??? A week later the plant will have pretty much , somehow, grown all the leaves back !!! You will have to wait and see just like me !!!

Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

25 Sep 2021 Today I’m starting Week 12 of this grow, and I couldn’t be happier. My 3 Ladies are looking great! I’m not seeing any negative signs that they’re not loving the increased nutrients. 👍🏻 so far, so good. I’ve moved up to step 7 of my 6 - part Flora Trio feed chart. It doesn’t change anything, so I figured I might as well. They will be getting the same amount they received the last feeding. They received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH of all 3 gallons was 6.2. I added 2.2ml of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 in all 3 gallons. The runoff ph was different for each (of course). C1 was 5.8, C2 was 6.0, and C3 was 5.7. 🤷‍♂️ Everything is going great, so…… If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. I read an article about “popcorn buds” yesterday, and the importance of pruning them to get the main colas to fatten up better. I figured I’d give it a try, why not. Most of the popcorn buds go into the trim bag anyway, so why not, what do I have to lose? Hopefully not my perfectly healthy plants! The worry is hurting the plants more than helping them. I trimmed all of the small, lower branches off, as well as many of the smaller branches in the middle that don’t really receive any direct light. The stack was quite big once I was finished. You can see it on the video log I uploaded today. The temperature in the grow tent today was 84F, with humidity at 54%. I have the best of hope for a wonderful grow, but I just hope that they respond well to all of the trimming I’ve done today. We’ll have to just wait and see. Happy growing Growmies! 28 Sep 2021 What’s up Growmies! I have good news…. My plants are still alive and doing well! I was a little nervous after the last feeding and pruning session, but my babies are doing quite well. The last three days have shown an absolute explosion in pistil development all over all 3 plants! Some of the nodes are showing white and pink pistils, and their growth is lovely. They seem to be responding well to the full nutrient levels, but there are some mild signs of nutrient burn, but only on a few leaves. Most of the plants are still looking marvelous. I’m very happy with how they’re growing and to how they have responded to my trimming 3 days ago. I haven’t changed anything in their feeding from last time, so I’m just going to list it out here for you all to see. They each received the same amount in their own gallon of water. Each plant took the whole gallon, and the runoff was as expected. Each plant received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH for all 3 was: 6.2, so I added 2.2ml’s of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 for all 3 as well. My new TDS meter will be here Friday, so all I have for the runoff is the pH. C1 was 5.8, C2 was 6.0, and C3 was 5.6. I’m going to stop fretting over the runoff pH because it really doesn’t seem to matter a whole lot. However, I’ll still keep track of it nonetheless. The temperature in the tent today was 84F, and the humidity was 48%. See you in a couple days. Happy growing! 01 Oct 2021 Today I finally received my new TDS meter, and it stopped working after the first use! I was like, “Damn! WTF!!” For real, no bullshit. It sucks. Anyway; I just felt like sharing my woes with you all. Most likely it’s just me typing to myself. Today my lovely ladies got the same that they’ve been getting for the past couple weeks. CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH of all 3 was 6.2. I added 2.2ml’s of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.7 for all 3. The one time my new TDS meter worked, the TDS of C1 was 711 ppm. It stopped working after that. The runoff pH was C1 - 5.8, C2 - 6.1, and C3 - 5.7. The temperature in the tent was 84F, and humidity was 47%. My girls are looking wonderful, but there is some nutrient burn as I mentioned the other day. It hasn’t increased, which is good, but some of the larger fan leaves look like they’re losing a little color. The pistils all over the buds are growing even more, and the light pink hairs are now becoming numerous. They’re very pretty and look healthy. I’m smoking their Mother right now, which gives me happy thoughts for a wonderful harvest of her children soon to come. 😍🤞 I moved them all out of the tent briefly today for some cleanup and repositioning. They look good standing alone as much as when they’re together. I moved the fans around to give them more space and to improve ventilation and light distribution. I also did some LST on C1 and C2. I tied some of their longer, yet lower branches up to make them look up to the light instead of being toward the side. 🤷‍♂️ we’ll see if it makes a difference or not. Continua la seconda settimana di fioritura per questa tenda Fast Buds e direi che tutto va alla grande! Sto dando circa 600 ml di acqua ogni 3 giorni al momento, quando le foglie più basse sono cadenti e il vaso super leggero, quello è il loro momento, chissà perché si è sempre più tentati a dare più acqua del dovuto? Sempre quella paura che muoiano di sete, no! Loro muoiono affogate di solito che è peggio 😈 sempre asciugare bene il vaso prima di ogni innaffiatura! Non smetterò mai di ripeterlo, perché sono il primo che ancora rischia di sbagliare eheheh

Que pasa familia, otra vez estamos actualizando otra semana más y es que es la primera semana de floración, ahí van todos los ejemplares echando ese último estirón. Al tener varios tamaños decidí poner otro armario y estarán en 2 armarios uno de 150W y otro de 100w todo Mars hydro. Añadí big bud y bud candy a las dosis de riego , así fomentaremos y estimularemos la floración de los ejemplares. El ph siempre regulado y de margen entre 6.2 /6.5 por lo demás nada nuevo. Nada más hasta aquí es todo , buenos humos 💨💨💨.

Day 1- watered Day 2- 😴 Day 3- 😴 Day 4- I need to feed tent 1 tomorrow. Gonna up the nutes from last week since they dont seem to be getting caught up. Can see 1st signs of flowering so I'm gonna experiment a bit with additives and see if I can see a noticeable winner or possibly no difference at all. Day 5- Fed tent#1 14ml advanced trio, 1ml floralicous +, .6ml mammoth p. 1/8tsp flower fuel per/gal. Tent#2 got 2.5ml armor si, 5ml tiger bloom, .6ml mammoth p/gal. Pulled each plant out and cleaned up the bottoms and middles, washed trays and gave a very light dusting diatomaceous earth on underside of leaves. Hoping that will keep any spider mites that think fucking with me again this year will be fun, dead as shit and disappointed. Got a bunch of cuts for clones now too. That's gonna be tomorrow me's problem though lol. Day 6- 🚫 Day 7- well I'll be a son of a bitch...guess what I found? Spider mites. Got to try out my new eradication method I thought up months ago using diatomaceous earth and an air compressor. (Almost a week later and I cant find a mite anywhere 😁) STEP 1- Turn off your carbon filter so u dont plug it up then dust the hell out of everything with diatomaceous earth. I wanted it to look like a thick fog and let the fans blow it all around. I'd go fog it back up every 10-15 minutes for an hr or so. STEP 2- Starting with the worst, pull each plant out of the tent and blow off with 60psi (4bar) compressed air(see video) STEP 3- Inspect the plant and blow off any mites u find with the air gun. I used a LED flashlight to make it easy to see them. STEP 4- After the plant appears mite free give another dusting of diatomaceous earth.(see video) STEP 5- clean tent. Vacuum up all the DE and blow dust out of lights. STEP 6- Put plants back in the tent and start your carbon filter if u have 1. In theory this should take care of current mites and any eggs that hatch. Check daily and repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.
