Day 63 F: Well here we are at the end of a brilliant grow that has seen totally different mixes of heights and genetics successfully completed under the Mars Hydro fc3000 and my own mix of supersoil. Rhe light managed to keep them all at full tilt even though they were at big , differing canopy heights. If inhad used the middle of the room , I could have covered the canopy a lot better and the light would have easily reached the whole canopy despite their odd height differences. I have a Mars tent that will be perfect for this light to totally fill out with 6 plants once I am back at full production and over this slight delay upcoming. The soil has been brilliant from the off , even the small Mexican airline #1 that seemed to struggle with the start up and strength of the mix has finished well. I only added ecothrive , eco life cycle and biosys tea throughout the grow with a couple of grams of Megacrop in flower as a booster. The watering in the beds has been very easy to maintain and keep moist and the more shallow depth has helped check at root level and bottom easily. The immobile nature of the bed has meant that using different strains as the 3 is maybe not ideal , workable , but not ideal and needs some forward planning next time out . Besides that , it has been very simple to manage. The strains have been perfect throughout the weeks with little to no signs of any deficiency. I did remove a lot of fan leaves over the past week to really open the lower parts of the plant to more light for the ripening time . It will also help with the drying time and harvest. There is a lot of really nice colas on these ladies and I cannot recommend the genetics for autos from Fast buds enough. The Strawberry pie finished beautifully and with 2 phenos ro enjoy once dry , I am really looking forward to hitting that one. The six shooter look deadly for the unweary too with their frosty and kush looking purples and reds. Mexican airline have done a nice job on fattening their buds at the end but the #1 is way less bountiful than her sister. Let's see what a drying period does to their overall yields now. They look so big when 1st hung to dry but it is so disheartening watching them shrink to tiny versions of the originals. The dark period has made them a little more tacky without a doubt and their smells are so obvious going through the plants cutting. Temps are at around 10°c in the room with no lights on so this will be a long ,low and slow dry . I do have the dehumidifier on its highest setting to avoid these fat buds developing any bud rot but the low temps will also be a huge help. I have a nice mix of aromas among these with lemon , fresh cut fruit , candy cane sweet and a spicy fuel . Roll on the harvest and cure now. Hopefully a harvest report will follow within 10-14 days. She's ready to get flushed. I've put her in my second tent to leave her in total darkness for 2 days before I'll hang her to dry. This helps the plant to break down the chlorophyll.

6th week feel like buds are slowly fattening but not much. Shorter plant I did LST buds look better than on my taller plant which I topped HST plus trained.

Her buds are starting to form and putting off a sweet funky aroma.I have started to add a little bud candy to the feedings an they are drinking a lot more almost daily now.

All done and dusted into dry !

I'm going to give her the chop sometime this week. Giving her one final watering today, then I'm going to let her dry out til harvest. She smells fucking awesome, super aromatic. It's quite obnoxious not being able to find anything on this strain. But I'll try and describe what she's like. For one, I'd say that once you've got an established plant, it's very painless to grow. I didn't measure waterings or nute feedings. Treated her like a tomato plant basically. The smell is incredible, super fruity with just a hint of skunk... and given the character this strain is named after(💩), let's just say that's a very pleasant surprise 😮 We're in the final stretch of her growth here. I'm not expecting too much yield wise by this point. I want an OZ, so I'm hoping this extra week will get her to chunk up just a bit more. Cheers fellow growers, I would recommend other Ethos strains before this one. But if you're accustomed to their Genetics, this is definitely worth copping for the experience. Really excited to see how she smokes! 🤑😎 Update 10/28/21: Something made me decide to give her a flush and maybe a week or two of extra time. I think she'll start doing the purple fade thingy, as I see purple on some of the tips of calyxes and sugar leaves. I hope for one crop like this every year.. Flushed her yesterday and took the updated pictures(the ones in the dark) today. Looks like she REALLY put on some weight between yesterday and today. I mean I had to stake her up, that's how chunky she's getting. The stems and branches look like they're on the brink of snapping 😳 Looking back, I don't think I've had a plant get this chunky by this point in flower. Makes me super excited I have more beans of this stuff. I may end up leaving a lower branch to chuck her into the veg tent post-harvest, I'm seriously that in love with this strain.

08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

Outside temperatures are getting hot, 30+ degrees, meaning hot inside the tent, night temperatures hotter than day in the photo period tent, but Blueberry ghost og is budding beautifully, with purple starting to show, girl scout cookies is looking frosted and stardawg an critical orange punch auto close to harvest, mothers are growing nicely and I should be able to clone the new seeds soon. I have harvested the sour orange auto and some white rhino also, hanging now, will update weight next week 🦏🦏😀😀

like my previous experience, easy plant, the Fast Eddy grows almost alone, a real pleasure. a little disappointed by the wet harvested weight, but nice big nuggets. let's go for the dry

Day 50. Oh boy .... Most challenging healthy grow I ever had ... Have loads of things covering each other and it's hard to understand, but they constantly unhappy .... Low temps day and nights, different rate of watering, wind damages, too intense lights, understanding feeding with living soil, too high humidity for best VPD and so on .... Loads of challenges !!!! So I decided to harm them more ;))) In the middle of action I was almost regretting it ... But heavy defoliation, SuperCroping and lolitoping session is DONE !!! All 3 Northern Lights are worst in this run. Smallest plant is still in veg or early preflower. All 3 Green Cracks found strength and power and now at least two plants look very decent !! Alaskan Diesel is my love of this run !!! Amazing strain, super fast, super healthy and productive !!! Hope after all that heavy training my humidity will be back to desired 65 , not 70+. Day 52. Long story - short : I am f@ckingly HAPPY, that I did it, plants grew 7 more cm, colas on some and quantity are INSANE !!! Video tells it all ... Day 56. Even if I'll screw up @Seedsman is amazing house ! They just overgrew my setup, I can't crop 25-20 colas on each plant, so tops are burning a bit and yellowing, not best for photos, but amazing for quantity still !!!! ;)))) For this not to be all fun, today I had two hours without electricity, temps dropped to 13 in the night .... All heaters were off ... Happy Growing !!!

Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

6/15/25 She is doing good, the color is getting better and she is starting to show new growth and praying leaves. Can't wait for her roots to grow into the bucket. 6/17/25 Light is at 40% and ph is stable. Just between the 2 days you can see how she is starting to get growing again as her roots finally touch the water 6/19/25 The roots are looking good, no nute burn on leaftips so she appreciated the increase to 50% nutrientsolution. 6/21/25 All good. Topped her as she grew the roots nicely into the bucket.

Day 49 Flip day! Just flipped them to 12/12 took loads of leaves off. Let's see if I've guessed the sex right then 😏 I think I've got 3 fems but people still tell me I want know until I've flipped 🤷‍♂️🏼 Update: Day 50 and day 1 of flower looking very happy will give a nice feed when soil dries out. Lights are now maxed out and on Day 51, day 2 of flower I'm sure all 3 are definitely fems will keep eye on them next few days 👀 Update again: Day 53, Day 4 of flower and they looking beautiful 😍

Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time!
