This week, I started defoliation and tying down. So far, no signs of pistils. The smell is beginning to emit. PPM remains at 1000, and the pH is 5.8. While waiting for the harvest, I'm enjoying the last Rosin I made.

This first week was setup preparation for grow an finally planting seeds in soil. I have had a lot of success with pre-soaking seeds in 50/50 hydrogen peroxide distilled water for 24 hours. Then planting directly in soil in the size pot they are staying in due to autos not liking transplant. Seeds were soaked for 24 hours and planted 1/4 inch deep in Fox Farms Happy Frog Top dressed with Ocean Forest in 5 gallon Fabric Dirt Pots I left them in the dark for 3 days then turned lights on 18/6 cycle five days later plants are starting to pop up Gorilla glue and Grapefruit are the first to start. Day 6 all seeds but one grapefruit germinated I expect by end of day today or tomorrow it will pop up started spraying seedlings with liquid seaweed diluted in a spray bottle. Trying to get more light having shipping trouble. Last grapefruit finally popped up day 7.

Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

Day 66 : This lady continues fattening, faster now. Also crystal production increased. The breeder suggests 70-75 days. For now all crystals are almost milky with some cloudy. So she need 1 week for sure, maybe a bit more. That gum smell is so attractive, you want to eat it. Reduced bio grow and removed Calcium. Edit 70 : I saw the first ambers, very little. So i watered for last time with juices Next watering will be flush to reduce the juices in the soil. So if initially has 1200-1300ppm i want to reduce it to 350-500ppm. After flush continue pure water until chop chop. This is my approach for all ladies always.

Haven't done much this week just regular watering. Was planning to defoliate and prune. But no time. Ladies are getting thirsty. Watering every other day.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. Veg Week 4 Day 28 to 34 - 4/24 to 4/30 A lot more to talk about this week. It's time to start the AutoPot resevoir feed, 2nd Topping, and Wire Training I waited until I saw 3 new nodes of growth (day 29) and then I topped those branches back to the first node leaving a stump for the new nodes to grab as they swell in growth. The branches are quite more stretched than I am used to, so a break is required on the Y branches as they thicken up. I tried not to break the skin and used knitting needles to smash the branches where I wanted them to bend. All went well. I then used ties to the soil to hold them down while they turn back up to the lights. By the end of the week I moved the wire ties to anchor on the main stem instead of the soil Feed this week was a reservoir feed of 200ppm total before add-ins. I used 200ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and then added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0). I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.1 Feed plan next week will be a another ph decrease and nute increase. Dia 1 de vegetación Veg1, cuando empiezan a crecer las primeras hojas de mas de un dedo/puntas considero que han dejado de ser plantulas, y han comenzado la vegetación. Entonces, les he dado su primer alimento con nutrientes muy suaves(micro, grow y bloom) en una EC de 0.5, con pH de 6.2, ademas de seguir inoculando la tierra y raices que vienen desarrollando con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, con 1/2 de fuerza. Veg2, riego con 0.3 EC y pH 6.1, desde el primer riego están creciendo más rápido. Veg3, riego con 0.6 EC y pH 6.0, primer riego con suficiente agua para obtener drenaje, el drenaje midió 1.2 EC y 6.5 pH, todo ok. Veg4, nada hoy. Veg5, riego con 1.2 EC y pH 6.2, se usó Sensi CalMag en este riego @2ml/litro por un poco de amarillo en el nuevo crecimiento, B-52 también. Veg6, siguen creciendo bien, al parecer se corrigió lo amarillo en las hojas. Veg7, riego con 0.7 EC y 6.0 pH, drenaje de 1.1 EC (ok) y 6.6 pH (un poco alto), siguientes riegos serán con pH 5.8. Subí la luz y bajé su intensidad para que las plantas estiren un poco antes del transplante, las raíces de la más pequeña estaban ok, la más pequeña fue sacrificada, ya van quedando 11 de las 9 plantas finales. Ahora a esperar que se desarrollen suficiente(3-4 sets de hojas verdaderas) para hacer transplante a la maceta definitiva de 18 litros.

Bien pues el domingo 15/05/22 hice defoliacion con 66 dias desde la germi. Hoy lunes por la noche, las pongo ya a 12/12 y que empiecen a florecer. Considero que estan robustas y fuertes para la etapa de flora. Me lie con stories y videos y se me paso hace fotos detelladas para aqui... lo siento, os dejo las stories y fotos de esta mañana Creo que vamos a ver buenas cosas aqui :D Son 10 Tropicanna cookies con 48 dias desde la germinacion y 5 MAC, 4 Bannana wafflez y 1 Apple friter con 67 dias desde la germi. Everything went well, the humidity was a little high because it was in an unsuitable space, but the plant is very strong and evolved well even after defoliation.

Well that was a special day, it always make me sad in a way, but this time, I enjoyed the moment a lot. As I wrote in a reply to a comment, things can always be better, and they are with good decisions at the right time. These are the smallest and the biggesr plant, one seed didn't germenated and that's why I had to put a Red Gorilla. Not sure I will try a main mlinning on auto flowering strains any more.... but I think I did it wrong, first I took the one that seemed less strong for the experiment, and having 2 other plants to compete for lights. FIM is definetly a technique I will reuse if needed. It's so nice to have these genetic contrasts, colors, aromas, shapes. Many thanks for all the help you gave, precious. 19/04/2024 lower popcorn buds seems dried already! But still branches don't crack on bends. Will check again on Monday. I finally have received, lately a portable microscope, will be more ususeful next year! But this confirms that lower buds might have need more maturity but did the choice to not over complicate by harvesting in 2 times, my indoor tent is also my drying tent, and I wouldn't have any other place to dry the upper buds separetly while allowing the remaining to harvvest with more maturity. In general I think I might have began the Final part too early. BTW, we smoked the popcorn bud, and it's very promissing, we liked it.
