This weeks been hectic! Iv had a lot of training to do and a fair amount of defoliation - all only done until my plant had no feed left. Iv signed up to a couple of patreon accounts : ‘Willymyco’ and ‘DGC - dude grows podcast’s. Another great podcast. However, over the past week there’s been a heatwave and I accidentally pulled the red on/off plastic valve from the res for a second , it’s all good and just went on insulated wires…so I just mopped it up. I changed it to a mars hydro ts-1000w, and then the ts-600. Glad the dimmer works though or temps will be insane! I am still thinking of putting in the fc-e3000 but if I do that I’m going to have to take out the stoppers from the ends and hacksaw some off. It’s only cheap aluminium and then I’m going to think about removing one of the light strips if I can. Then I’ll just keep it low. It’s still weird working with a plant they suggested, un-topped— this is the first time i have done this in my life - I have literally always - HST’d, using the early veg stage and making used of the time for it to heal.

I am no longer going to be using the fox farm nutrient line not for any other reason than I just want to switch it up and go with something else before I go into flower. I'm not saying fox farm if a bad line, I just want something different. I feel fox farm is the line you go to when your first starting out and buying from Amazon, not downing anyone I've done it myself we've all been there and it works well for the price. But if you get their full line including Bush doctor and all it gets to be a bit mutch. I haven't went that far yet because of that, I don't want to feel like I have to buy 12 different nutrient solutions and when you do you find out you really only needed 5 or 6. Its for this reason I've decided to go with the Mills line of bottled nutrients their line up is 6 solutions total they are a bit pricy for the 6 one of the bottles being $120.00 US alone, but I'm also a firm believer in you get what you pay for and every resource and review I've seen makes me have high expectations for this nutrient line. Updates soon to come over the next few weeks as I have been currently flushing my plants for the past 2 days getting ready for the new neuts. I flushed with just straight water ph 6.0 the first day and again the next day (today Jul 25) and once again a few hours later with cal mag, silica and a little bit of recharge to help hold the plant over until I feed the new neuts and help ease them in as well. 2nd Week of Flower! I think? Looking back on my calendar and pics on my phone that we’re never uploaded, my guess is, we are on second week. These pics and video are from August 11th, day 75 post germ. It’s also very possible the two big gurls began flowering at different ends of the week. The nutrients used this week were applied once during day 76. In addition with a thick top dressing comprised of the following: [insert composition here] [Mushroom Compost as base media, dolomite lime, gypsum, muriate of potash, triple super phosphate, kelp meal, bone meal, seabird guano, Texas Greensand, black soldier fly insect frass, Earthworm Castings!, neem cake, bat guano] Stuff like the triple super phosphate and muriate of potash were used in very small amounts. But I used them to increase the density of available phosphates and more importantly for the available potash. Keeping it small because I know the microbes don’t like stuff at those density levels. Will be compensating with a little extra molasses. The weather has improved to sunny most the day with afternoon clouds breaking the hotter section, opening back up for a bright evening and sunset. The average high has been 86F during the day, while dropping to 54F during the night. The coming week is forecasted an average refreshing high of only 78F with nights not much cooler, still averaging at 54F! The increase in afternoon moisture levels is playing a huge role in this grow. Helping to maintain a better VPD for these Ladies while shortening the range of temperature flux from day and night. I know 54F sounds cold, but this is the high desert at 7,000 feet elevation. Pure Indica x Blueberry measures an impressive 49” Tall while Planet of The Grapes x Blueberry measures in at 34” Tall

Hey guys! Sorry for the late update, I've been hella busy lately! 😱 This week was good and for that very reason it was uneventful. I did some defoliation to let the lower branches receive more light and it seems the plants received it well. 😁 Matcha still has some weird looking leaves 😰 but I suppose those are old leaves and they are just there because I didn't cut them earlier. Pistachio in another hand is doing great! 😍 I also took some photos of their roots, they look interesting! I suppose they are that way because the root mass below them must be huge.
