Blue Shark is looking fab! Still a darker green than everyone else. There are 2 videos this week, one where I explain how my plan for a tomato roof using materials I already had didn't work out, and the 2nd being about the rogue who grew in my pea bed (whom I affectionately call "Rogue One") who has been raised almost exclusively on my homemade compost. I had people who were concerned last year when I made my own compost tea from the compost in my pile. People were concerned about bacteria, nutrient profile, etc. I feel like a lot of people get really regimented in their feeding, and they sort of forget that these are plants and they can adapt. They take what they need if it's available. I moved away from using mineral salts this year because you have to be careful with so many of these fertilizers so that you don't burn the plant, you have to flush it so you don't get a harsh smoke, mineral salts causing lockout, etc. If you stick with products that are natural you don't really have to worry about nute burn. You don't have to flush for an extended period of time before harvest. You don't have salts building up in the soil that are detrimental that you have to periodically flush and then add beneficial microbes back in. There is another way.

Purple Punch am 26.12.2024 Tag 49 / 14.02.2025 Meine Purple Punch steht schon in der 7 Woche, ein großer Erfolg für mich. Habe mit Bio Bloom und Bio Grow in der letzte Woche sie gedüngt, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Heute, wird Acti Vera, Alg A Mic und Bio Heaven in das Gießwasser hinzu gegeben. Feedback: Ich bin überaus voll zufrieden wie meine Pflanze sich entwickelt hat, ich denke die gute Erde und der Dünger von Biobizz hat ein großen Teil beigetragen. Ich werde mal schauen wie die Pflanze in der 8 Woche aussieht. Ich nehme gerne Ratschläge von der Community an.

Sep 28: Overdose is packing on weight and looking to be quite a big yielder considering I only topped her once and didn’t optimize for it being a photoperiod and not actually an auto. So far so good and flowering is picking up speed. Sunlight gets very weak into October and potentially frost but with UV lights and putting her in the garage on cold nights, this will finish strongly. Sep 29: cool and overcast today so I got the LED light out for supplemental light during midday. Minor hassle really but I know the light is quite weak here in October and this supplemental light will likely make a big difference on a late finisher. Watered with cal-mag and potassium this morning. Went to add N and I have some fish fertilizer still…pH dropped in water and I had to use potassium silicate again to get pH back up to proper range. Oh well, she’ll appreciate it all. Oct 1: gave her another dose of fish fertilizer and potassium silicate this morning. Oct 3: not sure why but I gave her a partial dose of seaweed extract this morning along with the warmed water. With lower temperatures I’m upping the water temperature a bit. Now using about 28 C water in the morning when it’s still only about 5 C. That seems to help and is easy to do with a cheap kettle to boil water. Oct 4: she’s completely purple now but flowers are still blooming and no signs of bud rot. Will try to hold off on harvest for another week.

I had a pretty good overall grow with Drunken Bitch Slap from Aeque Genetics. She grew well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. It looks like she will provide several ounces of good bud when dry. She got very big and has long saggy branches with nice frost buds on it. She smells like a black licorice, and gas smell. I am very curious to how she smokes. 1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. 05/18 I have a question Should defoliation continue? The light hits the buds and is unnecessary, but some growers advise getting rid of the foliage so that power from the roots goes to the buds. I plan to leave it as it is and only occasionally remove 5-10 leaves that are shadow. deluxe slurbet are frosting up nicely and drinking about 2-2.3L of water every 2-2.5 days. The GSC are drinking 1/2 that amount and are showing major signs of what I assume to be cal/mag deficiency. I dished out a lot of cash to go with a more “organic” calcium source with Herculean Harvest (1/2 cost was shipping to Canada) but it doesn’t seem to be cutting it. Maybe the issue is Mg. Maybe it’s a disease … as these gsc always seem to have issues.. not sure Fed both cultivars cal mag at day 33

The main issue with Gorilla Glue #4 is that the strain grows so fast, you need to prune your plants regularly. I had a light-stress issue in week 9, it stunted the growth of this one plant and it is taking approximately 1 more week to reach harvest stage. Great grow. will do again!

Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. starting my second grow. *sorry for the fingermarks on the propagator* I am using the propagator pro 2 from Zamnesia as well as their smart start pots, I used some of the stimulator mix in 5cm lukewarm water. seeds usually sprout in 3-6 days. using half the advised water quantity with the perlite to avoid too high RH problems ( see my other grow week 1) Day 2- one seed cracked open and one is laying the first root. germination in 48 hours :) I am very excited about this one because I learned from my mistakes. my cups are ready. my 3L pot is on the way, no fimm or topping. just lst and defoliation as needed. first dose of bio heaven and root juice as soon as I plant update! Tuesday 21st. I started a second seed of GG auto in case the first one gives up, 5cm of water and a drop of root juice and bio heaven. Day 5 (wed 22) Sticky Beast is In a cup, as soon as the GG is ready I will put it in its 11lL pot. the SB gets a pot in 2 weeks when the pot is free Day 6 (Thu 23) my rescue seed got mold, the first GG seed that had a weird root that broke off (the tip) bounced back 2 days later, another 2 days till I intend to plant her, will seed what the rescue seed does till then

A good first week from all the girls overall. They continue to develop as planned. They got watered with the spray bottle until Friday when they got a real watering. This girl is doing the best out of them all. Looking real healthy. Black Runtz has some really nice leaves I can tell this plant is gonna strech a lot I hope it wraps nugs around the stem when it does later in its lofe It’s day 41 from seed and all of the plants are really thriving

No nutes this week I’m doing a water water feed and when I feed I’m still giving light nutes. Was having issues with the humidity but I found out about dehumidifier bags so I bought those... super beneficial!! Keeping my girls at a steady 48% Pretty proud of myself so far 😊 also applied the trellis until my new tent and light comes!! Gotta love Mars hydro

17/8/2024 As the weekend starts so does the extra training. It's time to put the net on top and fill in the rest of the colas. The temperature is really high outside and she is on 80w. I hope it will get cooler soon and I'll be able to slowly crank to 100w.
