NYC Diesel Autoflower

NYC Diesel Auto (Was Hey Abby) Harvest 2/6/2026 Growing NYC Diesel was a surprise from the beginning. She was mislabeled as an auto but turned out to be a photo. I was trying out the Hey Abby grow box and @SeedSupreme seeds won in the Pimp My Grow contest. The grow box was fraught with programming errors for the light cycles. This caused NYC Diesel to reveg. My other tent was full of other plants so I kept NYC Diesel in the grow box. Since she was to remain short I did not plan on any training, but I had to LST very late in the cycle since she kept growing. She grew over 40 inches so it exceeded the height indicated. When the lights burned her, I moved NYC Diesel to my 3x3 with my overgrown tomato. Feb 6, I harvested on day 141 week 21 (9 weeks of flower) which is on mark with the 8-10 week flower for a photo. NYC Diesel produced 524g wet and 87g dry buds. The top buds (the top 6 inches) are dense nuggets, below that just airy buds every ½ inch which will go into trim. There were a lot of leaves throughout the buds. I don’t like that leaf structure. I did an initial defoliation to get most of the leaves off while it was still growing. It took over 2 hours to trim the rest before hanging. The smell is gassy and earthy in the jar. Stay green, growers love Natrona Smoke report We did an initial vape test. It is grapefruit forward then leans to the earthly side. It needs more curing time to smooth out. It is uplifting but not as energy focused for me because of late harvest. The body relaxation comes on for an hour or so. I would recommend this strain. She was resistant to fungus, pests and if not for the box complications would have been easy to grow.
