Hello, This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. I completely forgot about reporting last week. Got the roof re-shingled and they finished on Tue and I chopped fire wood when they left. Chopped for 3 days and on Sat. I couldn't remember if I reported... so I had to look... I hadn't... Oh well.. Got 3 weeks left to go and this is the last week for nutrients. I'll give a couple of weeks of ph adjusted tap water only, before harvest. Yes... I still like to flush... For better taste. I've tried growing right up to harvest before and was disappointed with the pot. Or had to harvest early, because of pests, and didn't flush. I could taste the nutrients left in the plant tissue. Have you ever tried the ash test to see how clean your pot is? When you smoke a joint, the ash at the end is supposed to be white and fall off the end easily, for the cleanest cannabis. It always takes 2 weeks flushing, for me, to get that good white ash. If your ash is gray... that's not too bad, if it falls off easily. But if it's dark gray with black streaks in it and is stiff and has to be pushed off the end of the joint, then it will probably taste bad too and has too much nutrient left in it... Have you ever smoked a joint and had it sizzle and soft pop (not like a seed pop) It has too much nutrient left in the plant Try your own test (smoke a joint) to see how your pot stacks up. OK. She is doing good, not sure what my plant for her is yet since all my plants need to be in bloom in 9 days....... oh well maybe i'll bring her upstairs with my house plants lol. Ciao a tutti! Ho saltato le prime due settimane di crescita, perciò partirò dalla terza. Il giorno 15 ho sostituito la mia vecchia lampada Niello crew cob da 600 Watt (falsi) ad una MarsHydro TS2000 da 300 Watt (reali). In soli tre giorni ho potuto vedere una crescita incredibile degli internodi. Come substrato ho usato BioBizz, 35% all mix - 65% light mix. Per le prime settimane solo acqua con pH 6.2/6.3 e all'occorrenza 2 ml/l di olio di Neem (ho avuto un infestazione di moscerini proveniente dal sottosuolo, al momento sotto controllo). Sono sprovvisto di umidificatore, perciò all'occorrenza bagno le pareti per avere dei valori migliori (senza intervenire l'umidità si stabilizza al 47%, bagnando cerco di mantenerla >50/55%).

Unfortunately what we never want to happen has happened with my baby.. bud rot.. on day 98 of cycle I found 1 bud with bud rot, cut it off, checked the plant and could not find more.. flushed the plant and wait next day to see how it goes. After 2 days main bud was identified with bud rot too.. so sad.. probably due high humidity in my environment + colder weather we are starting to have.. so on day 101 harvest it.. could go few more days to get more amber trichomes but decided to harvest it to avoid lose more buds .. I will keep watching it to see if no spread when drying :(

She got a nice frost from the Unit Farm UF2000, and UF4000 lights. 10/5 Im still alive. Just incredibly busy with no help. Still have a few outside. Pulled the dreamcatchers and they are drying. A week or so for the others. I'm letting the last ones go as long as possible. I'll try to complete the harvest and smoke reports as i had taken tester branches before the harvest. So much work though. For some reason trichs pics aren't showing up. 10/6 Watered today. Calyxes are swollen and I've got SOME Amber trichs but we have good weather for the upcoming week. Lots of sun so I'm leaving the remainder for a little bit. I'm checking daily.

Ciao ragazzi e bentornati da me per una nuova pagina di questo diario!😉 Che dire ragazzi tutte le sorelle sono fantastiche.😍 La numero 1 è il capo famiglia, davvero imponente. La numero 2 ha staccato le altre di 5 cm, ora è lei la più alta con i suoi 155 cm. La numero 3 invece ha i buds già bellissimi. Nel complesso crescono bene e forti con una distanza intermodale marcata che le fanno respirare bene. Ora le fragoline misurano circa 1 cm di diametro e quelle della numero 3 misurano circa 1.5 cm💪 L odore inizia a marcare i suoi aromi, pungenti note di mapo (Citrus × tangelo) si mischiano a leggeri sentori di gasolio.😋 Ho defogliato loro nel giorno 67 e ho allargato tutti le apicale dalla pianta 1 con Lst, i nuts rimangono invariati.👍 Eh niente! Needed some support her leaves are heavier than the main stem can support. She was popped a week behind the others but keeping up nicely. Transplanted into a 3 gallon with all nutrients mentioned above. Cheers!

Week 4 is transplant week! The plants have established solid roots in the solo cups, and now we move them over to the larger and final pots. I am using Autopot Spring XL pots. Training and topping might start next week!

The final stretch. She MAY be foxtailing a bit, but she’s a 9-10 weeker (more typical?), pretty even throughout plant (so likely genetic?), and I plan to harvest in max 1 week so we will ride it out. I'm currently flushing with decanted water for 48 hours, using Bio-Down to lower my pH, which is still between 6.65 and 6.7. Even with just water, it's still producing flowers. My harvest is still scheduled for March 29th. Next, I've selected my next strains that I'll be planting. I'll start a separate journal for each strain, which will be 6 strains from 5 different seed banks. Everything has been going very well and strong the stretch in flowering is quite impressive I will say that doubles their height and more for sure the flawer are very very large and to be ready they require probably three more weeks to become more dense and heavy but they're looking great and the smell is very strong as well. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. Die Trichome fangen an zu sprießen und ein säuerlicher Geruch sticht langsam hervor, so wie es gewünscht ist. Die Blütentriebe bilden sich immer stärker aus und die Stigmen wachsen nun vermehrt. Bei diesem Genotypen, ist das Wuchsverhalten weitgehend ähnlich, nur die Hauptwuchsphase war mit etwas kürzeren Internioden abständen geprägt. Ihr Geruch wirkt jedoch inzwischen immer intensiver in Richtung Grapefruit (GMO). Wie beschrieben kommt dieses Aroma stark aus dem GMO Phenoltypen.
