The first week of vegetation is here, and it’s been a bit of a mixed start for my two plants.🌱 One of them is looking a little droopy, while the other has developed slightly yellow leaves. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve decided to give both plants their first dose of nutrients to help prevent further damage and hopefully get them back on track. I’ve been checking on them daily and keeping a close eye on their progress. I’m staying hopeful that they’ll bounce back and show improvement by next week.🌱

Die 12. Woche ist rum. Die Euforia und die Lemon Haze habe ich geerntet. Die Dos Si Dos hat zwei Wochen im Keller trocknen dürfen und ist dabei sehr langsam bei kühler Temperatur auf 70% Feuchtigkeit gekommen. Ab jetzt liegt sie noch für einige Wochen bei regelmäßiger Lüftung mit 62%-Boveda in Tuper Ware und reift nach.

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Here and in all F1 Hybrids you can be SURE, SURE as death that you will never see any balls. If you have underestimated this aspect of the F1 Hybrid, go back and think about how many times you found the balls on the paint, full of pollen that fertilized your ladies. LITTLE guys, wait until the end to save if you feel like it, or at least I recommend it. To fix this little thing we go to flush with pH 6.2 and only give Aptus Regulator which should rebalance the plant and soil before delicately moving on to fertilizers for flowering. I got these as clones. Using a cheap 600 watt led light from China paid like 50 bucks. Started with a few weeks of Buddha grow from aurora. I topped the sugar candy a week before Veg was done. I topped the peyote and topped it again on one side by accident which made the plant look like a U but missing half of the U. They grew about 3-4 feet tall. Very white looking hairs. Just started week 5. Used regular lite soil with aurora soul bloom. Also used fish shit and terpinator during flowering. Week 6 just bloom and terp I plan on lowering nutrients from here on as I start to plan the flushing in week 7

Lots of fattening up happening this week. The smell in the room is wonderful. I am battling Humidity a little bit but nothing major. Not much else to report. I used the FFJ I made which smelled exactly like a few bud enhancers I have bought before.

Look at how freaking big this plant is. Added cal mag. Added Dr earth flower girl and Dr earth 222. Added some more leaves and branches from lollipopping and defoliation. Earthboxes are dope but this is an absolute monster of a plant for this small of a space. I want to add another and fill my tent with 2 plants like this
