@Xonidan, 200-300 bis zur 1-2 Woche dann erhöhe ich täglich bis auf maximal 500-600 in der Vegetationsphase.

@Xonidan, 400 kommen an, Lampe läuft auf auf 50% und c.a 50-60 cm Abstand.
Ich weiss natürlich nicht wie genau diese Angeben sind, sind mit dem handy und diffusor gemessen 😅
Hab nur nen Luxmeter und habs damit mal verglichen, da kam das selber raus, also denke ich der Wert ist schon ziemlich genau.
