Almost the end of her cycle! Thanks to Luuk from Seeds Genetics Co. For the support and good communication. Really nice genetics they have. Give them a try. The results you can see here. Just a few words from me: i love to grow plants, i dont care if its marijuana or garden plants. I know a bit in what stage the plant needs. So im not this guy that is constant working with meters and science and showing this or that. The plants speaks for themselves. The plant needs her building block and i try my best to deliver this to lovely Marie Jane. So people do what you want to do, i do it my way and i only care about the end result. On this Diary there are some haters, im not going to give their names, but luckily they are the minority. For the rest, i really love this growers diaries, it really brings this community together and also its a big playground for the breeders, now we can see the results real life! With my grow, i have 2 phenotype. One with red in the buds, this one smells more punchy. The phenotype with some red leafs and more green buds have a more sweet smell. Both is packed with trychromes, really good for making bubble hash or Rosin... The buds are super big and dense. Mould resistance is very good! The buds are super sticky and she smells very like candy and red fruits. Im not a wine drinking person, so dont hold me on that one. She is easy to grow and will get big fast, so one week of 18/6 light is good enough for 60/80 cm plants🌿💚🍀 i have 3 gallon (11L) baskets Nutrition: im not a person who precisely mesures the food for the plants. As long the pH is correct, also im reading the plants. I always give les then is asked on the bottles. I also give weeks in advance the nutrition they need in the cycle, because plants need this to start. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, forest fruits and sweet wood. Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! -----------Red Wine-------- Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Having a hard time deciding when to chop her..my second critical..Milky trichomes but not a single amber on the calyxes…the buds have definitely gone through a burst..becoming thicker and dense..some buds falling over so I tied the base with string for support. This week so many white pistils have popped out and sites like reddit or roll it up are telling me some strains have white hairs up until harvest while others claim more time is needed. I think I can wait one more week but after that I’m over it!

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. And lastly, I have to address the 'elephant in the room'. Yes, it looks like she's got some seeds in her flowers. She's in my 4x8 with seven other ladies and, unbeknownst to me, my Do Si Dos #33 developed some male flowers that were EXTREMELY small and well hidden. As a result, she got fertilized. This happened so late into flower that I decided to go ahead and finish her out. My hopes are that I get some viable seeds which should be an interesting F1 cross between these two. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's just starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which, according to the breeder, will be here in around three weeks +/- but nothing is cut in stone so I'll let the trichomes determine when she's ready...ya never know, could be a lot sooner! 🤪 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this 11-12 Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 77-84 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder for best taste/yield and will probably go closer to the 9 weeks +/- which is the minimum recommended flowering period for this strain, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Not far to harvest. Nicely bulking up, tops looking very pretty. Trichomes started to change color to milky but still it needs time. 2 more weeks I guess.

Week 2: Had some beautiful growth this week. I top dressed with Dragonfly Earth Medicine Nutrients.. Lush Roots, and Brilliant Black with some Earth Worm Castings Since things are taking off so well I went ahead and begun training. Just some LST bending it over so the lowers can share in some light. I will continue this process, trying to open up as many bud sites as possible.. Temps and humidity have stayed pretty consistent for now 78/52-56 (Day) and 70/55+(5) I will top dress once more before switching over to feeding teas. ( it is easier for ME to feed and adjust as I go.. Training sometimes makes it hard to get in and top dress.)

This week I changed the scrog net (2”holes) it’s about 7” above the pots upped the nutes to 1.8-2 ec . Watering every morning to about 10% run off Sprayed with canna cure (350ml per ltr) They have really started taking off Lollipop and defoliation There’s still not sign of sex but they are feminised seeds so I will be flipping to 12/12 by next week hopefully they show signs by then .

buds starting to get shape and trichs coming in nice. the blueberry muffin has such a unique berry pastry smell. no dank weed smell at all. the khalifa mintz x (bcc x jealousy) is still pretty gassy, with stronger fruit profiles on both strains now that the buds are starting to get fuller. update in a bother 2-3 weeks lol.
