17/06 Last week of veg begins

Update day 78

More defoliation and lst adjustments this week. Slows down growth, but doesn't seem to be causing any other problems.

Here we are in week six of flower and not a lot has happen this week other than the usual watering and letting her do her thing. Only trouble this week was updating GoPro had to try a few times. Other than that we got some rain in my home town and collected about 60 gallons that I'm going to use to finish the rest of the grow. Also, got my new AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T4, Quiet Inline Duct Fan System with Temperature and Humidity Controller, 4-Inch. I was really hoping this two plants would finish before the year ended, however, it looks like they got others plans. See you guys next week.

High temperatures and nutrient burn. At this point i have no idea what i am doing. Every now and then SD2 and SD3 release typical weed smell but apart from that no other smell. The stems upon rubbing and touching smell like cinammon,cloves and orange zest.It reminds me of fanta drink.

***** Week 6 Veg - January 9/21 to 15/21 ***** This week the girls saw lots of change! They have seen a light change and now they have been transplanted and topped. Push the girls harder and see how they react😃 They have been in very good shape and healthy so they have been reacting well to the stress. This girl has been a strong growers from the start and its not stopping yet. She is staying a nice bushy shape but not growing as tall as the other girls and that is a little concerning going into a SCROG situation. She is pushing some big fan leaves😎👍 Topped all of the ETS girls and left them with 4 sets of branches on each. If the lowest set of branches were tiny, I have stripped them off already. Not sure if I am going to SCROG or not.....I don’t really want to but it is the best way to fill the canopy and test out the light spread......will see. They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 9/21, Day 36 Veg - Transplant day today!!!!!! She went into a 5 gal pot - Root mass was much better than in the solo cups......not as strong as Gorilla Girl for comparison but just about perfect and didn’t need to prune them. - 1.5L watering of the pots after transplant with CalMag @ 2ml, Microbial Mass @ 3ml, Piranha @ 2ml (effectively microbes, fungi and CalMag watering) Jan 10/21, Day 37 Veg - 1.5L Feed with full strength week 2 nutrients - added CalMag @ 1ml as well. New coco in the pots that have not been buffered so added a little more. - 1,300ppm and 5.9pH.......feeling it might be a little high.....target was 1150ppm. - no run off water from the pots. Didn’t want to “soak” the pots, jet wet them. - New light in the tent today. 650watt but dialled down so the girls have roughly 10,500 LUX, drawing 135 watts - Topped the girls today as well😃 - left 4 sets of branches on each girl. Topped them up high on the node above to help avoid splitting the main stem. Jan 11/21, Day 38 Veg - Dry out day - girls reacting well to the high ppm feed from yesterday. Jan 12/21, Day 39 Veg - 1.5L watering with CalMag @ 1ml - 200ppm and 5.9pH Jan 13/21, Day 40 Veg - Dry out day Jan 14/21, Day 41 Veg - 2L watering with CalMag @ 2ml - 250ppm and 5.9pH (actually added 1ml of Micro as pH was a little high) - IPM spray tonight with Lost Coast Plant Therapy @ 3ml/L. Done at lights out. - This product been working well and nothing has been a set back so not going to stop now😃👍 Jan 15/21, Day 42 Veg - Dry out day. - Girls doing well. Still have some strong purple in the fan leaves coming off the main stem.

This week starts well, I haven't encountered any particular problems except for slower growth compared to an 18h or 24h, 100w 16h a day makes growth slower, after all you learn from mistakes, we'll see how it continues 🍪💐❤️

Week 4 has begun. Day64-Flower Day 22 This week should get 2 feedings in. The current water feed schedual and ratio is for the next feeding which should take place Wednesday. This is the last week with the addition of Grow fert. Update I’ve eliminated the grow fert. My water is chalk full of everything. The Bloom solution has enough N to get through the grow. Day65 - Flower Day 23 Rotated 180 degrees Next water will be tomorrow All bloom from next week. The pH problem I encountered has definitely stunted the over all size of the plants. Colour is coming back to the bottom part that had Iron deficiency... over all the plants look better after the proper pH flush. 9-10 more weeks to go. Day66 -Flower 24 3.2 litres fed 350 mil run off Ppm 650 ph 6.0 Day 67-Flower 25 All is well.🚰💦💧🍀🍃🌿🌱🌲🌳🍄🌞 Day 68- Flower 26 all good...A little more growth..half an inch on 1...the damage is done...maybe a little more but not much. They’ll fatten and get sticky...already starting to funk. One all Pine and pepper...the other some other worldly funk. ✌️🏽 Day 69. - Flower 27 Feeding day 💦3.2 litres / 15% runoff Ph 6.0 Ppm 600 Looking better each day...almost the end of week 4 Next feeding is only ph’d water Day 70 - Flower 28 Decided to flush this morning 3.5 gallons each with 5.9 ph and 500ppm Too much build up over the course of the last 60 nights or so.... Fighting for these two....they’ll come through Still have plenty of time. 🤞🏼🍀💦

Eleven roses surprise mi with pheno diferencies, but in a good way. Mine is resines full buds with flowers almost Fruit aroma. High is quick and Věry sativa feeling like U háve to move and do something! I cant smoke it before bed for sure

Flush week

Nearing the finish line! OMG these ladies are blowing me away 😳 the Tricomes are carpeted, the buds are fat and dense. I’ve been. Tapering off all the nutrients and feeding ph’d water until I get 10-15% runoff from the pot to help break up the pockets left behind and to use up what’s left in the plant. Have some very distinct phenos, all of them are stellar but there are a few standouts… won’t be much longer 🇨🇦👊❤️

We're going on the start of week 4! These ladies are doing good , I've watered them 1/4 yesterday and now Im going to let them dry out further before doing the same thing . Im also going to be using Advanced Nutrients PH perfect Micro Grow formula starting next week . These ladies are going to be transplanted from their solo cups to 3 gallon pots on the end of week 6 , looking forward to that time . I'm excited to see what these ladies will produce ! Happy Growing! -V.G Day#22 They were overwatered some I've reduced the amount . They seem to like it . Going to wait till the soil is a little dryer and repeat. Day#23 Medium drying out quite quickly now ! Plants just chugging along ! Day#24 Transplanted them they needed it ! I bet they're going to love their new home ! Watered 1 cup each 450 ppm 6.0 PH Day#25 Responding well to transplant Day#26 Watered half cup each they are thirsty , no picture worked to late Day#27 Responding well to watering , going to have to water more frequently I think . Day#28 They are both growing well pushing up new nodes 5 leaf style . Week notes : I find these ladies to be very thirsty for their water and CalMg 47#2 is really thirsty for the calmg shes showing signs of deficiencys already I've upped the calmg but we'll see what happens . Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.
