2nd week of flower!! This strain is the best looking in the tent, color is perfectly uniform top to bottom. We stripped all plants heavy on the first day of flower because they were so large. We were hoping that this would control stretching some but these tower over the rest. Their node spacing looks prime for fat, intact main buds which always makes me happy. GSC used to be my favorite strain so I'm super eager to try this version 🐱🌱

Welcome to week 8 🌱✨
The Girl Scout Cookies ladies are doing good so far. I did some more defoliation and lollipopping. I guess the stretch will be done soon. Unfortunately Salem and Morgana are still standing tall in the back. I still have no idea how to get those main stems out of the hotspot.
Edit: I installed an automatic watering system today. Individual treatment for every lady. Let’s see how they’ll like it. 🧙♂️

Trees have really recovered from irrigating with Ph'd water only this week. The brown spots have not appeared on new growth and are looking very healthy. I got massive leaves compared to previous grows, is this because of my "special" soil mix??? I'm tempted not to use any nutes for the time being and see how they do in my "special" soil mix. Weather is warming up, nighttime temperature not so low. This will probably be my last grow until end of summer as keeping my environment cool could be a problem with the predicted hot summer... Beach for me :)
Thought I would bend over the Super Kush :)

bueno se hizo una por primera vez una cosecha por partes, como indicamos en el post anterior, se cosecho los cogollos donde la luz pegaba mas al parecer y estaban mas desarrollados, la cosecha fue con tricomas blancos tendiendo a transparentes con pocos ambar, en opinion ya luego de una semanas y una segunda cosecha, es que cosechamos pronto por temor al pasarnos al ser primera vez, entonces posiblemente nos apresuramos un poco ligeramente o confundimos los tricomas tendiendo a ser transparente por los blancos que es lo que indica la teoria el punto de corte, pero no nso quejamos quedo genial! subiremos el segundo punto de corte luego de 2 semanas . LAS ULTIMAS FOTOS LAS DE LAS 2 SEMANAS MAS 2DO CORTE.

Day 67:
Increase in flower size phrase has been finished now they about to go into the mature phrase.
I will eighter flower them for 1 or 2 weeks depending on how it goes.
Might only give them water with enzymen,regulator and humic for now on, that Is basicly flushing ( ec 0.7 ).
or Ill just slightly feed them( ec 1.4-1.6) for a few times before I start flushing them( ec 0.7).
Again I took the pictures before doing work on them ( watering and defoliation), so they look a little sad.
I did notice that many of them got burned tips, indicating that they get more nutrients then needed.
It does make sence since In this week and weeks to come, they need less nutrients and having a harder time taking it.
Yet they do drink everything in 1.5-2 days, so they still do like to get nutes.
Thats all for this week.

●took away as many fanleafs that i could. They are starting to look nice now.😍
●gave them to much water...d'oh...so i will wait a day before giving some again.
●because of signs of root rot i had to take 1 dwarf girl out to harvest.😔
●on the plus side of that i get more room in my box so the other girls can grow bigger.
●the harvest smell of the dwarf was so sweet pinappel like. Nice.
●3/2 2days no water because they are to wet.🤔
●honeys are blooming.😍👍
●on 7/2 i will harvest my 2 dwarfs.
●my little dwarf that did not grow is still alive but in veg state. When the other girls are gone she will get her time.😍

Coming on well. Turing into monsters... I need a bigger light. Day 45 got second dose of bio pk 5-8. I have a bad feeling i will have to do 3 separate harvest days hahaha

En general me encanto cultivar esta genética, siempre fue la primer genética que quise cultivar desde que empecé en esto y no me decepciono en lo absoluto, de una sola semilla obtuve 106 gramos de flores de gran calidad 😃 increíble para ser mi primer cosecha con semillas de bancos, ya quiero ver que resulta en la próxima cosecha ya con más experiencia y mejor equipo 🤩

The Apple Betty girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️
Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!)
I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to.
I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots.
I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover .
Watered with a small dose of the full line of Advanced Nutrients I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff)
At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered.
I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

How are you guys combatting gnats?? I’ve been sprinkling cinnamon, thinking of nematodes next. Gnats are the reason I was growing outdoors to begin with

In the third week, the plants began to grow very quickly and with incredible vigor. With all the nutrients in the soil and a very extensive and complex microbial fauna, cannabis plants are capable of growing at an extremely high rate. At this stage, I'm watering with about 20L every 7 days, adding only mycorrhizal and trichoderma inocula. I continued to fill the netting until I was satisfied with the amount of space occupied by the plants. On day 21 of vegetative growth, I then performed a very drastic cleansing of the plants by defoliating and lollipopping. After carrying out the training, I changed the light cycle to 12/12 to enter the flowering phase!

I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if they cooperate. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.
