Some of the leaves have been starting to yellow indicating that the plants are now needing a little more feed and are getting towards the end of their life cycle! I’m still removing some leaves everyday, I prefer only removing a few leaves but instead of taking just the lowest ones I pick some from every part of the plant. I’ve had good results so far with giving the lower buds a bit more light through this “method”. I’ve seen a lot of online tutorials recommend exclusively removing leaves from the lowest 2-5 sections and a lot in one setting but rarely instead. What’s your experience with defoliation? Do you prefer one or another method? I’m currently watering once per week, giving her 5-7 liters with fertilisers over a few hours. She’s only getting watered again when the substrate is dry in the first few inches. I’m thinking about getting a cloth-pot for the next grow for better oxygen supply. Also, it’s way too early to take a look under the microscope but I think I’ll take one anyways. see ya

weeks 7 and I had to put a Scrogg net in. the weight of the buds is pulling down the plant Yō Yos so I went with a net, looks like they are responding to the feeding. just water today and maybe tomorrow they're thirsty

The girls have been very busy making golf balls this week! The cookies are also starting to frost up 🤗 At the beginning of the week there was not much to do, the girls had stopped stretching and were settled in. In my 2x4 tent, all I had to do was tuck fold the leaves to open up the bud sites. I basically did the same for my big tent. Simply moved some leaves from blocking sites, and plucked just a few that were rather large. They are still needing to be watered every 72 hours or so. I have been keeping to a feed, water, feed schedule now that we are into flower. I just started to notice that some of the tops are showing some nutrient burn, just a little, and not every plant. This tells me I have hit their limit with the nutrients, somewhere between 700 and 750 ppm. The last watering I did, I watered to about 10% runoff, trying to make sure that there are no salt or mineral buildup that can cause lockout or other issues. At the end of the week, day 21, I defoliated both tents, not too much, but enough to open up the bottom growth a bit. Also tidied up the lower portion below the trellis, as this just wastes energy and yield from the main colas in the long run. No real issues or problems so far, Happy Gardening Folks! 🇨🇦👊❤️😎💨

Wow...these plants are just monsters, i have never grown anything like it. I you do not control the growth or defoliant enough you in trouble. Th flowers are growing at a phenomenal rate, looking at the structure, it's going to be dense bud. I have treated the plants again against mildew, it's very crowded in there and is getting more so every day. So far I'm very happy with the strain although not the easiest to grow. If things are going this well at this point...another 4 weeks...😀..its going to be amazing. Stay tuned. 😁

Not much has happened since last update 2 weeks ago (expect growth obviously). She is growing well and with ease. Only problem was that one branch snapped a little bit. Had to support it to another branch with binding thread. No visible damage other than the slightly snapped branch. Happy growing everyone

So i did top them yesterday. Increased the lights to 75% (2x75w=150w). They now will get some time to recover. I will start with some lst soon. End of this week they will get their final 11Litre pots (Rootpouch).

Week 10, and the ladies can no longer support the weight of the buds. I’m just waiting for the trichomes to mature now, and then it’s harvest time.
