OCTOBER 20 (DAY 24): Week four has begun, and I am now so completely full of questions. I’ve got preflowers on at least 2 of the 3 plants, the terminal nodes (is that right?) on all three are looking... uh... busy... lots of long, skinny growth coming out of the bud sites. I am wondering if this means it’s time to start transitioning to bloom nutes, or if I’m a little early yet. On the subject of bloom nutes..... wtf? There are so many options, and it’s hard to tell what can be used with other things and what products are supposed to be direct competitors. This is definitely going to require some trial and error. I’m also not sure what to do about the lights. Because I’m using LST on some but not all of the plants, one is significantly taller than the others (and thus closer to the lights)... this looks like a grow question. OCTOBER 21 (DAY 25): After dealing with a runaway heat problem in my tent and major height discrepancies between the LST’ed plants and the control plant, I decided to reorganize the tent... again. I’ve got my tiny tent in a nook in my bathroom, and there aren’t any ports for intake fans at the bottom of the tent (just windows), so I had been running a small intake fan shoved right up between one of the mesh intake windows and the wall. That didn’t give a ton of open air for the intake fan to draw from, so I rotated the tent 90 degrees so the intake fan has the open room air to pull from. I also raised the LST’ed plants by about 6” so the canopies of all three plants will sit roughly equal. We’ll see if this works. Τoday I fed the plants again. I’m not sure if I am going to prefer to go the FF Bembe route or the AN Big Bud/Bud Candy/Overdrive route, so I am doing a side-by-side on my LST’ed plants. Plant 3 received Bud Candy today, while plant 1 will get Bembe starting next week. I have only been feeding the plants nutes once a week. I’m wondering if I should step that up or just stick to once a week unless the plants start squawking. Any feedback would be much appreciated. TL;DR: To flower or not to flower... to feed or not to feed... to water or not to water... these are the questions. Week 2 and the girls are looking more yellow and funky than I like. I also think the Baox clones may have died. So far the plants looking the best are the Cherry, Blackberry (one of them) and the baby NYC Diesel. I'm pretty sure my soil is just way too hot. I tried flushing it through, but that just seemed to lead to general overwatering issues. I'm planning on transplanting to larger pots with more neutral soil this weekend and hope that will help straighten things out.

The girls are hungry! Despite seeing some nitrogen excess they are still wanting more phosphorus. The Bonnie and Clyde have been a bit of a learning curve, but overall, I’m very happy with these Autoflowers so far! Some of the biggest I’ve grown to date. Humidity has been a struggle this week, trying to keep my VPD on point. Otherwise it’s been a good week of growth. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦🌱❤️😎💨

Beginning of week 9(Flower): Plant still isn’t doing much, but she does look damn good. I love this plant. The entire apartment seems to smell when walking in. I realized I may have had my carbon filter setup wrong. I was pulling air from the grow tent without the filter inside, it would push the air out of the fan and through another duct and then finally into the carbon filter. I feel a lot of the smelly air was escaping this way. Hopefully this makes a difference. I took a clipping of a sugar leaf today and put it under my 60x microscope. This is my first time really checking on the trichomes, so I could be completely off, but it seems that 10% of the trichomes turned amber. I should be waiting for 30% amber before I harvest this? 2 more weeks I think? I’ll continue to check each week. Maybe I’ll try to get a check mid-week sometime. It has been 1 week now since I’ve given her nutrients, still looking really healthy.

420Fastbuds FBT2312 Germination Week Time has come yet to start another amazing Tester strain from 420Fastbuds FBT2312. Started germination on 2/7 by soaking the seed in just water for 48hrs then planting it directly in the soil (Roots Organic 707) in a 3gal fabric pot. I spray the top soil with my gallon sprayer keeping it moist for the next week. After 48hrs in the soil we have sprouts that emerged that appear to be healthy and happy. All in all Happy Growing

Plants in containers seem to be 2 weeks ahead of plant in ground, marigolds dping great

Light intensity increased to 100%… the buds are getting bigger and already look pretty frosty 😉 I added some bloom nutrients for her, but as always only a minimum since she doesn’t really need much, just a little boost 😉

Hey guys back with rqs new top shelf strain green gelato starting in plagron natural soil on heat mat geminated in 3 days no issues put straight under 400w hps in a shaded corner on day 3 moved under Mars hydro epistar 120 with just veg on gotta test the new toy and it uses less power will be using plagron natural range nutes with green sensation in flower mixed some mykos in pot before planting and she seems healthy and happy will get some daily pics this week not much else to say thanks for reading happy growing guys

Me pone contento y al mismo tiempo triste terminar con ellas, pero para eso están... Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Slow growth this week in my opinion. The dosage of fertilizer was increased to 2 tablespoons. Let's see how that goes during the week.

Day 43 : Watering with co2 tab / 5L. Also added food again because i think they need it. Increased ppm to 850. Maybe the next one will be pure water. Ventilation works all the time when lights are on. Temp and humi are stable and this is good for the girls. she still grows. Patience is the key always. Also removed some burned leaves from all ladies. Edit (Day 47) : Watering with co2 tab every 5L. I watered with juices again at 850ppm because i felt that they need it. Only DsD drank pure water because of burns. All ladies enjoy this bright sun for sure. I have a very good combination of sprectrums. Cree cobs are in 3000k and HPS at 2000k.

5/26/21 Week 3 of flower. PH 5.96 tds 735. Going to have to figure out how to lower canopy. Plant has grown way more then expected. 5/27/21 PH 5.8 TDS 760. Plant seems to have stopped her stretch thank goodness 😅. Seems to have drank alot of water, reserves depleted by half. She missed her foliar feeding, recharge, and water change yesterday as I was away. She will get all that later this evening. After next Saturday I will discontinue the canopy boost. Look at the size of that stalk! Changed nutrient water PH 6.02 tds 750 recieved recharge and foliar feed. 5/29/21 PH 5.98 TDS 740 Gave last foliar feeding. Gave 2 quarts recharge. Tied branches down. 5/30/21 PH 5.86 TDS 740 Added water to reserves PH 5.96 TDS 780. Plant has drank half. Readjusted some of the ties. Added a third fan for circulation. Trimmed some suckers that I missed. 6/1/21 filled reserves PH 5.98 TDS 780

Sept 17th Her smell is amazing, you can smell she is a cousin of Sexbud but this one is much more fruity. Really has a specific odour to it, citrus but nothing like lemon or orange. Last time during sunshine I could even smell something like the bitternes you get from grapefruit, kind of amazing or just imagination. Can hardly wait for her to be cured and burp those jars. Today was a busy day, maroc got chopped because of mould infection. Outdoor grapefruit was also affected but this strain seems to be more resilient. structure of the buds is more spread over long branches and seems to be less susceptible to botrytis. Lemon kush on the other hand is getting real bulky and has mould pop up in some large main cola, I try to check them every other day and continue to cut off any infected parts and dead/yellow leaves. Hoping these babies make it all the way. 2 more days of rain, after that weather forecast predicts higher temperature and little to no precipation. Fingers crossed
