Day 29: No defoliation today. Giving the plant a rest after accidentally breaking the branch yesterday. Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took just under 3ltrs including run off. Day 30: Removed 3 of the original fan leaves attached to the main stem. There’s 2 left still to be removed. It seems all of a sudden the bud sites are staring to look like flowers. It doesn’t look like there’s not many bud sites. There’s also not a lot of leaves, it’s not what I would call a bushy plant (yet anyway). This suits me, well it does if the yield is good. Day 31: Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took around 3ltrs. I clipped off one more of the original big fan leaves so now there’s only one left. I also pulled in the two branches furthest to the right, bracing them off each other. Day 32: I don’t think worried is the correct word, but I am definitely conscious of the fact that this plant leaves are small and sparse (photos attached), it I’m used to battling plants that have too many leaves. There’s only 7 proper bud sites which at the moment look like they will be small. Branches are also very skinny. All this could be because of the strain itself or it could be due to the fact that the bulb I used from weeks 1 to 4 was only 125watt CFL compared to the 200watt CFL which I have always used. That’s the only difference between this and any other plant I have grown. The flowers are very well formed considering it’s not even 5 weeks old yet. Sure all we can do now is just see how it goes. Day 33: Just continued to use the Force to make the plant grow. Removed the the last two original fan leaves. *Due to commitments in the real world this week will only be five days long. Next week will be 9 days long to balance everything out.

finally the plants are ready and i harvested them, the trichomes were 70% white and 30% amber. In the next few weeks i will give an evaluation of the smell and taste and i will post pics of the buds

I've not had to trim any fan leaves they have all died on their own and I have just picked them off with tweezers apologies for the video I don't know what happened but I add smoked a doobie before 😂😵‍💫

Week 5 - Trimming And Low Stress Training - the Gorilla Glues are looking nice and healthy. I trimmed and LST 1 of the Gorilla Glue’s and just trimmed the other one for experimental purposes.

Today, day 23 was the last repotting. Girls went from 11.6L to a 20L pot. Now there in the right place. In fact, just 3/4 have beene repotting because I didn't have enough Lightmix :/ My order is late, and I'm not really happy with that 😡 I planned to top the girls on wednesday or thursday. It will depends on how they will recover. Actually, it's my first time with smartpots. If smartpots have a lot of advantages, repotting is not one of them ! I made a mistake : the plants were 60% dry, and abviously, it was not a good idea ! It should be clearly moist. Nextime I think I will water the girls 1 hour before repotting. I hope it will be ok and they will recover from this tough moment.... Will see in a few days 😰😨 Anyway, I have generously watered them right after repotting with no nutrient. Juste clear water with the right Ph. As they are in some brand new light-mix medium, I thought they have enough nutrient for a at least 2 or 3 days. D-25 : Everything is ok. Girls seems to have recover very well :) Anyway, I'll wait at least one more day before topping. The last Chocolate Haze (the one that was 5 days late), doesn't have 6 nodes yet and I would prefer to top each girls at the same time. D-26 : Repotting the last one and topping everybody. Fingers crossed for the next couple of days... I also feed the girls right after the top. During the topping process, the plants were reduced from 19cm to 12cm.

July 27: she has started preflowering already so I’m going to go with just phyto-forcing with a far red 730 nm light for a few seconds at dusk each night. This will be easier than putting them in the garage for 12 h a night for three weeks. This is a good trick for northern growers. July 30: doing great and seems to be flowering so all is good. Video shows how easy it is to make lazy compost tea which the plants definitely love. July 31: watered in early evening with compost tea. Aug 1: I’m a total tea convert now. Plants always love it.

Second run with these genetics, I ran her last time in a 5.4 gallon container, I got the grape pheno, higher yield with the first run, but much tighter nugs with this run. This one smells much more earthy/gassey and less grapey. I ended up with just under 26 zips of nugs, 2 zips of Larf which I will turn into canna sugar, and my buddy made a 35 gram brick of bubble from the trim. It should be dry in the next few days and I'll post a video of the squeeze, hoping to get around a zip of rosin which I will split with him since he turned the bubble...Super excited to squeeze some nugs once the cure is done, Ill post vids of them as wel. Next run I'm planning to try and cram 2 plants inside a 5X5, build mainlines, and flip by week 6 or 7....Switching to two 315 W CMH bulbs up top, and LED's on 2 of the sidewalls for supplemental lighting. This plant is great! There is tons of trichome development and she smells super sweet. There is some yellowing going on but she’s a big plant for a 20 gallon pot so it’s hard to find the right balance of top dressing to keep her happy. But all in all she is looking good and stacking up nicely. 😎🍿🍻🌱
