Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

Not much to say , had a timer issue with my dripper, for some reason it just reset its self leading to the medium drying out and going up to around 3.5EC ! Hopefully it won't cause any issues now I've brought it down to 2.2EC , I guess I'll find out over the next few days . happy growing 💚

Things are weird this week. Mostly the weaterh outside is very unpredictable. Morning clouds with sun here and there. THings are more humid in the tent than id like. Anyways, girls stretched super well this week EXCEPT BBC L which looks like is suffering from some nitrogen toxicity. I need to dry out the soil and flush it with plain h2o tomorrow

OMG I am beyond excited to talk about my Medusa Girl in her first week of flowering. Let me tell you, she's an absolute goddess in my garden. She's been loving the autopots just as much as I have. so, it is in the middle of week 7, it‘s flowering and seems to be doing well, despite some mistakes made.. indeed, having wanted to perform a lst, I accidentally broke one of the main branches, which implies less buds at harvest, but hey I am already satisfied with the situation. I noticed some brown spots and yellowing of some leaves, so I fed the plant with 1 ml of biobizz-biobloom. I'll let you know how it's evolving.

Germination Process: On January 24th, the Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid Automatic seeds were carefully placed in the EZ-Plug germination setup. After a brief 1 1/2 days in these nurturing plugs, the seeds sprouted, marking the commencement of their growth journey. The uniformity in their germination is impressive, showcasing synchronized and promising starts for each seedling. Girls have settled into summer camp nicely. Worries about not taking the transplant diminish more each day and I am gaining more confidence in strong roots with each passing day as well. I had to build a supplemental lighting system for the greenhouse. Here at home we are experiencing a wetter than usual summer so far and with that brings clouds. So I needed to do something. So I built a new greenhouse light. It cranks out some light. Currently at canopy I’m measuring around 600 PPFD. Plants are loving it. All three plants sexed and all are females. Didn’t think otherwise. So the formula 707 is performing better than expected. Water retention is crazy. Watered the plants on Sunday with a gallon each , today is Thursday and no water needed. Going to try and get to Sunday for a whole week between watering.

These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. Flowering week 7

You see her stretch? You see her reaching for sun? Damn she is already beautiful...All four of them. Not 1 is lacking in growth or showing signs of struggle. Maybe I'm not doing it right. Well the grow was very pleasant, she got amazing structure an look of the buds, very frosty and amazing smell...so thank you Mephisto genetics you did insane job. i have ordered few seed from Mephisto but they lost i guess(((coz i have not receive them. GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

Weather has been solid so far. Lots of sunny days ranging from 75-85 degrees, keeping things smooth. Really enjoying this grow and looking forward to the coming weeks.

Lollipopped the monster crop clones in the tent; defoliated everything a bit. Everyone seems to be moving alone nicely. Everything is showing pistils except the two bagseeds in the middle of the tent. Smells great in the closet. Between the two tents I have a 2x7’ area with three Sunraise lights running. I’m hoping to have a better harvest than last time. Last grow I only used the 2x4 tent with three plants and two lights yielded about 2 ounces per plant. I nute burned the hell out of them last time and I’ve been feeding about 1/4 the amount I was last grow. These plants seem much healthier and are much larger than my last grow. I have also become more comfortable with defoliation than I was previously. This time I am focusing on larger, denser buds. The plant in the solo cup is a Pineapple Express clone. It has not rooted but the stalk has turned white and it hasn’t been needing much humidity anymore. It is almost rooted; I have been spraying it with colloidal silver to try and Hermie it. If I can get it to Hermie I can separate it before the pollen sacs burst and selectively breed branches on my other plants to make feminized seeds. **growdairies is messing up; I cannot change the temperatures on substrate, night air or day air. Average temp for all is about 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
