Harvest day is upon us

I can’t say enough! Terpy piney gas, frosty, yield, beautiful bud structure! Just a perfect plant all around. 🏻💚

The first plant was only about 9 inches from the top of the pot to her main cola tips, so she yielded like 12 grams 🤣🤣 The second was much more full bud, alot more of it as well. It's a gorgeous plant and it's crazy to see how dark it really is, everyone that sees it is kind of star struck for a second.

This week I had to remove my red light (sad because red leds are the most efficient one in terms of pffd per wattage) the reason for that is bleaching of the tips. Scientists found out that cultivars start bleaching if u hit 600 umol/m2/s red light (just red photons and not every strain bleaches). Besides that I did nothing to them. From now on I will try to keep the temps low but with a pretty small day/night temp difference. Now preservation of terps and maturing are my points of interests. Some nice colours are getting through … that was supported by some nitrogen deficiency. This was Not on purpose but better than burning them with nutrients. (Nitrogen is required to produce chlorophyll, which is Green. If u reduce the nitrogen towards the end you can support other pigments to come through.) *****Week 15 growth – March 13 to 19, 2021 – Week 6 flower ****** Feeding has ended this week and we are in flush mode now. The girls have just started to slow down their drinking and pistols are changing colour, buds are swelling, they are getting ready to finish. Added the UV and IR light bars in this week. Started the week with just one bar and then both in place by end of week. Each bar has 10 x 730nm, 10 x 395nm, 6 x 660nm pulling 30 watts each. Trichome enhancers!! Working with the new light this run I have certainly pushed them with more light intensity than they should have received, broke 1100 PAR for a bit. This has also started to cause some foxtails to begin rather than staying compact and swelling the buds. Know for next time……always changes to make 😊 Little more detail….. Mar 13/21, Day 36 - Feed day with full line of Innovating Plant Products but at ¾ strength. - Keeping up the feeding but thinking about nitrogen levels and working on reducing. - feeding with grow – 0.5, micro – 1.5, bloom – 2.5, ult B – 0.5, carbs – 0.75, B Storm – 2, S Storm – 3, Terp – 3, Jet Fuel – 1.5, Rezin 1 - 1300ppm and 6.2pH - GSCHB – 3L - Added in the first UV bar today Mar 14/21, Day 37 - Seeing lots of swelling these days from the girls. - Microbe feeding today…….possibly last round of microbes. - Plain tap water with Recharge @ ½ tsp/gal and Natures Candy @ 1.5ml - 400ppm and 6.1pH - 3L all around today…..very little run off. Mar 15/21, Day 38 - Another feed day today. Last week of feed so pushing them a little more. No Grow added! Last couple of feeds with CalMag as well, seeing some magnesium issues so giving last dose. - feeding with micro – 1.5, bloom – 2.5, ult B – 0.5, carbs – 1, B Storm – 2.5, S Storm – 3, Terp – 3, Jet Fuel – 1.5, MagNifiCal – 1.5ml - 1175ppm and 6.0pH - GSCHB – 3L Mar 16/21, Day 39 - Just giving the basic building blocks at this stage. Most of the supplements not added this feeding. - feeding with Grow – 0.5, micro – 1.5, bloom – 2, carbs – 1, Rezin – 1.5ml, MagNifiCal – 0.5ml - 875ppm and 6.0pH - GSCHB – 2.5L Mar 17/21, Day 40 - Last Feed Day……calling it at day 40 this run!!!!! - 4L of feed water left from yesterday so added in 12L of RO water to keep the ppm down. - Left over plus Rezin @ 2ml, Overdrive @ 2ml (its hard to let go of your routines…I have been using Overdrive for so long……it feels wrong to not be using it this run….snuck in a couple ml😊) - 485ppm and 6.0pH – GSCHB - 2.5L - Light power pushed back up to 525 watts……..keeping the intensity up to hit the lower bud sites….will see what happens to the uppers. Mar 18/21, Day 41 - Starting flush but not hitting the pots with 12 gallons of water each type of flush! Will just drop the ppm down to nothing and use RO water……planning on having close to 3 weeks to flush….second guessing that I really have that long though so may actually end up adding a flushing agent to the girls…..decide in the next 4 days so can leave plain water time if I do. - Watering with Enzymes @ 2ml…….clean up the roots and help them get more of the ppm out of the media. - 100ppm and 5.9pH……..missed the pH but not adding both up and down, ran with this. - GSCHB - 3L - Light power pulled back down 480 watts Mar 19/21, Day 42 - Dry out day today. Will be letting the pots get dryer now before adding more moisture. - Leaving them for today though. Give flushing agent in next 2 days if going to. - Work down the light intensity more in next couple of days as well. - UV lights going now for 3 hours per day on both fixtures at the middle of the light schedule.

Day 92. First of 3 girls down. Amazing, super productive strain !!! Loved that girl a lot ! Others still to come... Day 101. #1 is jared and #2 is chopped, busy day ! Day 111. #2 is Jared. Only Monster girl left. She is still pushing in ex dry tent. Day 125. Last girl is down ! Day 135. 240 g of nugs from her !!!! My record breaker by a mile ! Happy Growing !!!

28.11. - Watered and added Bio Grow back to the mix. I've learned that Bio Bloom works best simultaneously with Grow. 30.11. - Seems like the problem is still present and at this point I'm not sure what the problem really is. I guess I will have to flush and prepare for harvesting earlier than expected. 2.12. - Watered and flushed the plant that has most yellow leaves. I gave other the last dose of nutrient mix before flushing. 4.12. - Finally starting to see some amber trichomes 🍊 28.11. - 4.12.2023

10/29 Week 9 and she is doing great Continue to keep an eye on the trics not there at all yet Increased her light by moving a plant to another tent and focusing the the 3 LEDs on her. Time to change the nuets she is entering the home stretch. Dropping koolbloom increasing Peak and fish shit/recharge leaving bloom nuets as is just for now. The plan is currently to shift nuets to organic-ish and then just go on water only through finish, couple of days. Will continue to runoff twice a day so all salts continue to be removed. The idea is to allow her to finish clean without starving her, see how it goes. 10/30 Biology should be established, dropping recharge reducing fish shit she is ready to shift. Adding Organic Bloom nuets, strong dose initially (15 ml/gal) then 5ml/g from there. Cocotek reduced today gone tomorrow. See what happens shall we? 10/31 Nuets switched A single feed of heavy nuets and bugs then listed feeds twice a day to runoff as a flush - this is to see if any advantage, watching buds closely, still building, trics not ready still far too many clear of course. She may be a little slow but she needs to finish next week space is at a premium so hoping she finishes faster this way for one thing. Enough stress in the change so should get similar responses from the plant. PH to 6.2 Going to end the Si, no further need of it 11/1 Bud growth really popped over night, noticeable which is great considering the late stage of flower. Continuing on with this feed for today, see how it goes. Update: Looks good going to just water 1 gallon twice a day 10-20% runoff Looked at trics close about 90% white some clear a few amber, very sativa ready large improvement in just a couple days. Hello everyone. Another week passed, gave her water and some enzimes on day 33, I noticed some leaf intervenal discoloration, not too concerning in my opinion. Maybe the enzimes were too much or some nutrient lock out due to a somewhat excessive fertilization. Any opinion on this issue? I think will go on with plain water to the end I think, hoping the problem will sort out itself. What do you think? Other then that I think buds oare forming fast and fine, she's putting out a little resin and smell now. Ciao 😊

D42 - The beginning of the second week of flower, and all I did was tighten the LST wires. D43 - I opened the tent today and realized I forgot to fill up the humidifier last night. The RH in the tent was only 29%. Oops! I gave the girl about one liter of compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. D47 - A couple of days ago, I discovered thrips in my other tent, so I sprayed those plants with a chili tincture. Fortunately, I haven't seen any signs of thrips in this tent, but you can never be too careful with those little buggers. However, since this girl is in flower I couldn't spray her. I ordered some predatory mites, and today, they arrived, and I put them into the tents. D48 -The last day of the second week of flower. Not much to report as she is just doing her thing and fattening up the buds.
