The girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️ Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!) I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to. I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots. I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover . Watered with a small dose of the full line I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff) At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered. I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Week 8 flower and the Gorilla Glue #4 is swelling up nicely and looks like about a week to go, but I’ll probably wait until the Sour Diesel finishes up before I harvest her as I need to dry in this space, the lung room. Lots of frost and thick dense flowers. Very nice colours coming out and the smell is incredible! A few nanners popping out here and there, I’ve plucked a few but it’s late in flower and doubt much will develop from now until the end, if anything at all, definitely not pulling her down because of them. More than likely had the light turned up to high later in flower and was pushing them too much, and that’s why the Sour Diesel is growing a bit foxtail like. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn GG#4 is turning out really good and smell is incredible but hard to describe. Thanks for the view!

Meet Runts, my scrappiest little seedling! He started off so tiny, I almost didn't think he'd make it. But Runts is a fighter, he got stronger every day, and now he's a fully-grown tomato plant! He's a reminder that even the smallest things can grow into something strong, you just have to give them a little love and a lot of sunshine.

I'm pretty confident it's not a PH issue at this point. Seems plants are rapidily soaking up the nutrients in the water. I also found 8 or 9 fan leaves with slight nutrient burn a few days ago. Nutrient burn seems to have tapered off and haven't noticed any spreading. Going to try adding an additional watering to the schedule to see what happens. I'm hesitant to mix stronger nutrients due to nutrient burn I started to see earlier this week. At the same time, need to figure out the cause of the nutrient deficiencies. I'm currently using the Light Feeding Schedule from Mills Nutrients (says "light", but is still 2.06 EC including 0.54 EC for water + CalMag) Need to switch to flower soon but need to figure out deficiency issues before the switch. Defoliation: * Removed quite a bit of fan leaves suffocating nodes. Girls are 10lbs lighter. Despite the nutrient issues, the girls have been filling out fast. Did a timelapse over the past couple days and can see significant growth in a short period. Was a little bit challenging for me, due to the outdated nutrients table, mostly on the Flowering period, also little thing like i have to fill more the pots, also with this kind a strain and also with cuts instead of seeds, may be is better to don't do the topping and don't loose time and energy on the vegetative period. At the same time, more or less about the 8th week of flowering it starts to appear something like Alternalia or Overfeed of Phosphor still don't sure. All this issues have impact the grow in terms of the size of the branches and the whole plant, the size of the buds and the hardness. In strictly terms about the strain, the quality is out of mind, amount of resin is crazy, just have to improve my skills and get bigger crops

Gorilla Glue from AMS is doing great under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. I just changed light times to 12 hours today. So let the flowering phase start 💐. I think I am past most my previous issues. My feed is pretty strong already. So I am not adjusting it yet. I will be going into more of a potassium rich diet while trying to reduce nitrogen levels once stretching is done. I defoliated today and will again more aggressively in 2 weeks. I wanted to open it up for the stretching in hopes it stays more in a bush or more even canopy. I will likely have to hst them if they stretch a lot. Time will tell of course. I’m happy to have had a 1st harvest on GD as when I started I got locked up (fdp) but Im happy with the honey cream and I’ve learned so much this time too so I should be able to do better next time as I noticed on my other plants the water was so dry down the bottom I pruned the roots so I’ll take time to water correctly! Getting tall, looking good, weather has been nice, hasn't needed much water w/ the rain we've had, cruising along and starting to show some pre-flower.

Great week. I went back to 24hrs of light to keep the environment steady, because I put a few babies in there. She stretched about 10 inches and has a lot of bud sites. Pretty satisfied with the new nutes all my ladies seem to be soaking it up.

06/23/2020 Here she is very well pollinated, and fattening up! I will post a video of her mid week to show her progress. The waiting begins. I'am really hopping #3 passes his flower structure (week 3 first pic) into the cookie cake for bigger buds, and less cookie like structure but either way taste should be great and potency off the charts!🙏 06/24/2020 Video 2 shows remains of Red Sky male, his pollen is a nice yellow. I kept 1.4grams and must of been 5 grams on floor and walls!

This little mango is loving life in the greenhouse. Looking nice an healthy at the end of week 4. I think she got a touch overwatered when I transplanted her into her new 1 gallon pot but she seems to be getting over it. The weather is looking nicer this week so there should be lots of new growth in store. 😎🍿
