We've made it to day 28! - 17/12/20 The girls seem to be happy and healthy today. I won't be feeding/watering them as the pots are still heavy from yesterdays feed. A few of the girls have started to show sex & the smell has picked up a little bit(inside the tent), so I'm hoping to see some flowering begin this week sometime. (I've been using my iPhone as my only DSLR lens is useless for focusing on certain depths, but I hate the colour I get using the iPhone... I may be switching back to DSLR unless I can find a better camera app.) update - day 29 (18/12/20) Short update today. Fed the girls today and will probably be feeding/watering every day from here on out, we'll see though. veg growth has really taken off by now, I'm hoping to see some flowering this week. update - day 30 (19/12/20) I fed the girls today. I need to find a better way to hand water, the plants are so short and bushy its a pain getting in between all the branches. I wish i left my drip feed system up and running, I will definitely refine it and use it next run. Update - day 31 (20/12/20) Fed the girl's straight water today. I'm going to purchase the pieces I need tomorrow to reconfigure my drip feed system & hopefully have it running by mid-week! Update - day 32 I attempted to set up my drip feed system today but the plants are too thick around the base to place the halo around :( I will have to wait until next season to set it up, oh well, I guess its hand watering for the next 5-10 weeks Fingers crossed these girls start to flower ASAP. I fed the girls today, everything is looking good so far. I also moved the plants around to try to make hand watering easier, I had issues trying to water the whole pot instead of just one spot due to plants/branches being in the way. Update - Day 34 - 23/12/20 It definitely seems ill be watering the girls every day from here on out. All the girls look fairly happy and healthy, they're getting a bit big for the 5x5 they're in. Day 25 Second topping 🤒🤕

Very Happy plants, soaking up the rays. When you place your face near the buds you get an amazing sweet fruity aroma, the leaves smell like skunk and cheese. Each plant is getting 10 liters every 4 days. I water with 6.3ph tap water twice for every time I add nutrients. I use Alaska fish fertilizer when its been a few times since a nutrient feed but the plants are showing no deficiency's. They are Fed by a drip system which takes 16 hours to deliver the 10 liters to each plant, this works really well in the Fabric smart pots. I use metal racks to keep the plants off the ground then place a drip tray underneath each plant. When using the drip system very little run off occurs. I added a spider farmer sf-1000 to the room, it is full spectrum and ir, and is great for getting the corners of the room or the less dense areas of the canopy.

I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the main stem growing any taller and repotted them into 4L pots, once they show roots I'll flip them over to flower. They've all outgrown their mutations but the apple fritter has a slight varigation.

I just bend 2 of them to be more stealthy. I'm proud of them, but the milky way - it's shitty. No feed this week, just water, summer is still broken, no much sun, just windy and cloudy

Since this diary started in the middle of Week 4 of flower, many of the details about how we got to that point have remained a mystery. In previous updates I mentioned how my last attempt at growing this cut resulted in a plant that outgrew my space. I had a long veg time and used a 5 gallon pot. That information allowed me to exercise caution on this grow because I knew how big this plant can get when given an opportunity. With that in mind, I only gave her 9 days after transplant from the aerocloner before moving her to the flower tent. My pervious experience dictated that this plant exhibits significant lateral branching. I top most of my plants to encourage this kind of growth, but due to the short veg time and for the sake of experimentation, I decided to not top her this time. You can see that this has resulted in a large main stem cola, but also (thanks to knowing her growth pattern) several rather large secondary colas as well. As an aside, some may look at this and wonder "yeah, but what about the yield?" I have never weighed a harvest. I grow for myself only, therefore yield is not something I concern myself with. I just don't care. I fill one quart mason jar and the rest is given away or turned into hash. My scheduling is such that I harvest approximately one plant a month; therefore I have enough smoke to last a VERY long time. While this plant will probably go 12+ weeks, with only 9 days of veg, it’s still comparable to a 10 week variety that would require a longer veg time to produce a similar yield. And, frankly, I have close to a dozen cultivars in my ‘consumable’ collection and this is the only one I reach for prior to 9 pm. She has a very clear and motivational high. Not overpowering, but I never test her ceiling, so she could get one blasted if necessary. This would also be a great plant for someone having trouble eating, because my appetite is essentially limitless when I’m smoking this. Perhaps it’s no coincidence that I have put on a few lbs since I’ve had her in my collection?

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

Day 84 ​What a transformation! At Day 84, our main plant is looking incredibly healthy and vigorous, showing all the signs of a successful transition from the vegetative stage. We're now deep into the mid-flowering phase, likely around Week 4 to 5 of bloom. ​Plant Health and Structure ​The plant has developed a fantastic, bushy canopy with excellent lateral branching, a clear benefit of prior training (like topping or LST). The overall color is a rich, uniform dark green, indicating optimal nutrient management, with no visible signs of deficiencies or burn.
