Day 63 I cut out the bottom of my tent to raise it to the top of the rdwc buckets giving me another 15" of space. It was getting tight and i don't want to keep dimming my light. Had to remove my screen, I'll build in another one if the buds get too heavy. Starting week four in flower for the two on the left (few days seperation) starting week 2ish for the girl on far right.

Pleasure to grow. Low maintenance in super soil setup in 5 gal cloth pot. Stayed small and compact but frosted up early and heavily. No deficiencies, steady growth, no training needed. Even minimal LST (which I did not do), would surely increase yield but I was more focused on quality and letting it do its thing. Genetically, it was determined to grow a perfect little canopy while not taking up much space, about as low maintenance as you can get on a plant imo. Running autos is still a limited thing for me, I like the idea of having keeper clones of photos as this is all for personal medical use, but this plant was fun to grow, true to form and stable as heck. I have a few seeds left and I’ll definitely save them for an outdoor run down the line

***Video Added March 14th*** March 13, 2019 Update: We’re getting to the end of the road here. DinaMed and all three Cherry’s were cut down on Saturday and hanging. The Critical+ and Cream & Cheese CBD are flushing with straight water and will be cut down this weekend. I’ll be taking samples of the DinaMed and Cherry to the local dispensary for potency testing this weekend. Pics were taken both with lights on and lights off. I used a flash when the lights were off. The first round of pics are with the HPS off and the flash on, the second round is with the HPS on and the flash off. I probably won't update this diary again until I have the test results back and final dry weights for all plants - 10 days or so. 🙏 p.s. I'm starting a couple new diaries next, check em out! 👍

Hello All. I took a lot of pictures. Hope you don't mine, but I had fun. I think everyone likes to see large harvest pictures. It all started back in early January when I took clones of my favorite plants. It was a cold winter here this year, for these parts. So it was mid March when I got the plants out in the greenhouse. The spring was damp and cold too. I found powdery mildew in the garden about 2 weeks before I found it in the greenhouse. I got it on the Skunkberry and the Burmberry, But not on either Amnesia Lemon or the Sister Amnesia Lemon. I was very pleased about that :) I found some spider mites in the last week and a half. I decided to turn up the fans instead of spray. Yes they still spread but very slowly when they can't spin their webs. I didn't find many when I harvested. Everything else went well this season. I found a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights that I liked. So I'll try to make some seeds with the Amnesia Lemon, Skunkberry and the Burmberry. I'm trying to fatten up the Burmberry. I'm interested to see if the Amnesia Lemon gets fatter buds and carries the P.M. resistance to the seeds, I'm hoping. The tall Sister Amnesia lemon in the middle did cause a drop of production from the plants on either side of it. They were in more shade. Something to work on for next year :) The Skunkberry had the most P.M. I used a new produce that I'm pleased with, it's White Wash frequency altered water. Knocks the P.M. right out. I found that if you put a large tray under where you are spraying you can catch the run off. I could use it a couple of times with no change in effectiveness. It must be the Scottish in me. I try to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Cuts costs, and help make me feel like I'm doing good and helping the planet. My feeding schedule was: I had a 15 gallon half barrel and pump with hoses and nozzles. I filled the barrel with nutrient solution and watered by minuets, 15 for clod days and 25 or 30 minuets on hot days. After 3 or4 days I added water when the solution got low. Mixed new solution once a week, and cleaned the barrel and pump. I also took the hose in the greenhouse and soaked them till run off once a week and measured the ph. I saw a few fungus gnats, but the spiders and nematodes (from my compost I added when I mixed soil) sure help to keep the numbers down. I like to put my buds in a paper bag to dry and cure. Inside I hang the buds for 3 days before putting the buds in paper bags. But it was so hot in the green house that 2 days was more that enough before putting the buds in the paper bags. The bags sat in the greenhouse for 3 days and then went in to the basement to finish. The old hippies told me that they use to put their buds to cure in the middle of a bushel of straw. I seems that the drying buds gives off a gas, that when trapped around the buds helps to take away the bitterness and raunchiness' of the uncured buds. The bags also help in wicking away the moisture of the drying buds, just like the straw did. After a week I check to see if it is dry enough. If the buds are dense the bag might need to be rehung for a few days to finish. I prefer a dryer bud. I like to hear a light crunch when I put a bud in my pipe. Winner :) > Skunkberry - Southern Middle Plant=316 g. > Burmberry - Plant #1 North Plant=239 g. > Burmberry - Plant #2 South Plant=294 g. > Total= 1990 g. or 71 oz. or 4.4 lbs. In Conclusion: This was my best grow ever! Big thanks to Barneys farm, for great seeds. I've got LSD started and I will try that in the greenhouse next year, 5/5 for mold and pest resistance. I'm very happy with the results. I was concerned because I have 2 rental houses behind me and one of them had a big backyard party at my week 5 of flowering. You could smell the grow by then and I was hoping I wasn't going to get ripped off. I looked through the fence a few days later and saw about 12 large plant pots, growing cannabis. I'm very happy. Day #24 I gave her some water although she wasn’t asking for it and did not absolutely need it . I will try and wait until she’s positively thirsty before I water her again. My tent humidity has been dropping as the pots dry out but when I check the moisture levels it shows “normal” also as my pots dry out the ph of the “medium” has risen to 6.8-7.1 . Deeeeeeeep at the bottom of the pot it is 5.5. I’m curious about the fluctuations of “soil medium” . Thought to check the accuracy of my ph pen today before watering & discovered it is out of calibration 2 weeks after initially setting it up . I think I’ll look for another PH pen that I can rely on however I’m glad I had the foresight to acquire ph solutions to be able check the accuracy of the calibration of my pen. I don’t want to feel the need to recalibrate before each use nor the desire to check the accuracy each time which is why I sprung for a more expensive pen this time rather than a “ super value “ ph . Back to the drawing board to find a better product . I am still happy with the performance , accuracy & reporting of my smart hygrometer. I am very glad I sent back the original one and replaced it with a competitor brand . I’m wondering should I be getting ready to give her a top dressed feeding in one week . Orrrrr will I wait until she starts showing hunger signs . I premixed more than the recommended amount of plant food when I transplanted her from her starter pot day #9. I’ll think on it a little more. Day 26 Update: She has EXCELLENT structure without any LST, Topping, or SuperCropping. Ponytailing has definitely brought out great growth. I’m a little sad. I believe that I’ve misused the total flower time of the 3 autos finishing in this tent. They have all been in flower since week 2 & 3 of their life . They are currently in weeks 7 & 8 of their life. I was thinking an 8 week flower but these look as if they can go 12-15 weeks. Sooo put simply, these autos may remain in my 5x5 the entirety of my 3 month vegging of “Cellie” Cereal Milk by RQS. The best shots will come once the tent gets harvested & she gets scrogged down . I’ve plucked 2 fan leaves finally although I really don’t want to defoliate any yet . Her lateral growth shoots are healthy and tenacious. I’m super happy with the number of arms & equality of height in the arms . I may eventually be interested in topping this naturally bushy plant . I really want a dramatic filling of this tent so I’m encouraging an over abundance of multiple branches. Branches that I will eventually tie down . Day#28 Update: she finished the week well & is becoming voluptuous . Given her majority indication indica leaning pheno is taking up this Gaia Green like a champ & I was questioning just how tall I think she’ll grow before growing/being trained to grow as wide as the tent . She may be a squat but wide bush 😂 . It’s too soon to tell, the lights are still between 40%-50% & watering is only sparingly as needed the last watering age received was day # 24. Give us a like. Week 5 has began !

hey all, let's do an experiment with budswelling and without ! i know it will not be exact science but i will give some insight if it works or not. i have got 2 C.banana and 2Royal Gorilla on 1 plant of each sort i have done my budswelling so we can compare both strains and the effect at the end of harvest to see if it makes a difference or not. in my believe it makes a difference but i can not prove it maybe this will give an idea if it makes a difference or not. also i have put an video on how i do the budswelling with scissors or with fingers. i prefer to do it with fingers it's a lot quicker then with scissors. You need to do this on al the buds not only on top. Some say you need to do this every week but i only do it after 3or 4 weeks into flowering.

I use these fertilizers not for the first time, the whole grove was successful, without any problems. the tree did not hurt, and there was no shortage of fertilizers. organic fertilizers are very good for the earth
