despite the not optimal season, I am satisfied with this vegetative phase, this strain is wonderful, there are no flowers yet but it already gives off an excellent scent

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2204 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Sometimes it may be good, sometimes it may be shit. When you don't care for your plants it do be shit. Let this be a lesson for the future and also for those who think growing its just placing a seed in the ground, if you don't care for it, you get weed but not the highest grade. Altho i must say all of the auto's from this round were pretty good at smoking with the exception of one that tasted like a fart in a jar lost in the ocean for a decade, that meanwhile was eaten and shat by a whale, not good, but the others were pretty good, enjoyable to say the least.

All is well here in week 10 although I'm starting to notice some possible nutrient burn or deficiency. Some of the foliage on plant 2 and 4 are looking a little rusty speckled. It's probably too late to correct the issue but if anyone has any advice on that I'd much appreciate it! Plant 1 is starting to do her thing, she's definitely stunted and may take an extra week or two to finish out guess we'll see! I've started late bloom feeding schedule which consists of 1.5 grams per gallon of B1&B2 as well as 3 grams per gallon of FullTilt from FloraFlex.

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and overall looking good still but have a ton of bracts/calyx that are not throwing out pistils. They seem to slowly be coming out on some but looking like I’ve got a ton of them without pistils and no buds actually forming, not sure if I’m explaining it right, all still fairly new to me. The only thing I can think to do is just let it ride for awhile longer and see what happens. Day 73 - Looks like a few more bracts/calyx’s are starting to open and show more pistils. Some have thrown out a single pistil and started to shrivel already. She’s got a lot of milky trichs but still think she’s got a good couple of weeks left, hopefully she’ll fatten up quite a bit. Ended up giving her a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today as well. Not sure why I didn’t research or why I didn’t think of it but she’s definitely foxtailing so hopefully cutting off one light will help slow it down a bit or something. She’s nice and frosty and stinky so not too worried about any ill effects from it but still not happy. I’m sure a combination of lights, a little heat and a screw up somewhere on my part stressed her out too much. Oh well, every grow is different and is a learning experience. Day 74 - Still chugging along and even though she’s foxtailing, she’s starting to open up more and throw pistils. Other than that, not much else happening with her. Day 76 - She’s still chugging along and not much to really update today. I know she’s foxtailing quite a bit but just letting her go to try and get as fat as she can. Still a lot of clear trichs and bright white pistils so a bit of time still left. She’ll need some water tomorrow for sure. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and I’m probably gonna give her another week then possibly chop. She is just about all milky and just don’t see her fattening up much more. I did give her one more round of nutes today but that’ll be it until the end and just straight water from her on out. If I see some fattening up, then may let her go longer. I may possibly do a partial chop and then see what happens with the lower stuff.

Bubble OG Gum auto is growing great. She is bulking, and has a fruity kinda of a gum smell. The smell will change slightly as she grows more I am sure. It's looking super frosty and like it will be a great smoke. We have reached the second week of flowering for our beautiful photoperiod ladies of Zamnesia. Born 1 September now at day 45 amazing. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, there is always a little too much heat from next week we should have just enough for the resining a sharp drop in temperatures that could also give us beautiful foliage for this period. --- Our Runtz are two very stable and regular plants that will give us great satisfaction. They are not very big and although we do not have a couple of not very tall growboxes it is very good, they flower quite quickly, there are already some buds formed unlike others. Like its auto and f1 version it eats a lot of fertilizer especially in the initial and medium flowering phase you need to give it fuel. Our two are very healthy let's be clear but it is one of those plants that eats food a little more than the others. I’m only defoliating and pruning and lollipopping in lower side of the plant no LST because i need to save space, yes very nice tecnique but not very good to save space. --- Fertilization program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the chosen substrate. Create your own card and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the card and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. High temperatures and nutrient burn. At this point i have no idea what i am doing. Every now and then SD2 and SD3 release typical weed smell but apart from that no other smell. The stems upon rubbing and touching smell like cinammon,cloves and orange zest.It reminds me of fanta drink.

420Fastbuds-Week 2 Orange President Auto These girls have definitely rooted and started upward. They're about 3in tall and showing daily growth. I stopped watering by spraying the soil and started hand watering 250-500ml daily. I use calmag 5ml/gal every feeding. So far they've responded well and I look forward to the weeks to come. Struggled keeping humidity up I think it’s my filter but I don’t know. Tried most tricks in the book and had to invest in a humidifier ( not the best either). I know it’s frowned upon to use foliage spray sometimes as it can cause mould/light burn but my humidity levels are some what in the middle
