Plants are thriving, but space is getting tight in this tent xD Lesson learned for the next run: I need to lollipop and defoliate much heavier. The canopy is just too dense and the lowers are starved for light. Dealing with a massive height gap and uneven flower stages at the same time is tricky.Fortunately, the big girl stopped stretching 3 days ago. Tomorrow I'm chopping the top of the small one and going straight to the freezer for bubble hash. A must-do since she wasn't flushed and is still packed with nutes. The big one easily needs 1–2 more weeks until harvest. I made a few mistakes, but that's the beauty of growing—you learn and improve with every run 🙃

This girl is becoming glamorous. 🍬✨ 🍬 The Solo Survivor Has Her Own Role I've said it before, and I'm probably going to say it again... I really like the role this girl has taken in the 8×8 Adventure. She's not trying to compete with anybody. She's not trying to become the tallest. She's not demanding constant attention. She's not creating problems for me to solve. She's simply doing her own thing. And she's doing it beautifully. That's probably what I appreciate most about her. She has developed her own personality within this experiment, and at this stage, my job is becoming wonderfully simple: Provide. Observe. Document. That's it. She knows what she's doing. 😂💚 🌿 Deep Green Beauty The first thing that catches my attention this week is the colour. Those deep greens are absolutely beautiful. The foliage has that rich, healthy appearance that makes the plant look incredibly alive. And when you put that deep green foliage together with the developing flowers, the contrast becomes gorgeous. She's got that elegant appearance I really enjoy photographing. Not chaotic. Not overly complicated. Just... beautiful. There's something about a plant that looks comfortable in its environment. And that's exactly how Candy Rain looks to me right now. Comfortable. Established. Confident. And completely herself. ✨ She's Doing Her Own Thing One of the biggest lessons from this entire 8×8 Adventure continues to be that plants don't follow our expectations. We can give them the same room. The same lighting. The same environmental conditions. The same general feeding strategy. The same irrigation philosophy. And then... they decide what they're going to become. Candy Rain decided to become Candy Rain. And I couldn't be happier about it. She's not trying to imitate another phenotype. She's not trying to match anybody else's timing. She's following her own rhythm. And at Week 10, that rhythm is looking very good. 🌸 The Flowers Keep Moving Forward The flowering development continues to progress beautifully. The flower structures are becoming increasingly established, and the plant is clearly moving further into this later stage of flowering. The photographs show those developing flowers surrounded by that beautiful deep green foliage. And that's one of the things I really enjoy about this stage. We're no longer looking at a plant simply beginning to flower. We're watching the work from all those previous weeks become increasingly visible. The branches have their flowers. The flowers have their structure. The plant has its character. And now... we wait. We provide. And we watch. ❄️ The Details Keep Getting Better This is also the point in the run where photography becomes especially rewarding. From a distance, Candy Rain is simply a beautiful flowering plant. But get closer... and there is another world happening. The developing flower structures. The pistils. The calyxes. The resin. The textures. The little details that you simply don't appreciate from across the room. This is why I keep coming back with the camera. Every week gives me another reason to get closer. And Candy Rain is giving me plenty of reasons. 🍬📸 🌿 No Need to Force Anything One thing remains very clear with this girl: I'm not looking for reasons to interfere. She's not asking for major intervention. She's not showing me a structure that needs to be completely changed. She's not demanding that I redesign her. She's growing. She's flowering. She's maintaining beautiful foliage. She's developing. So why would I try to turn her into something else? This is one of those moments where the grower has to know when to step back. Sometimes cultivation is about action. Sometimes cultivation is about restraint. And right now? I'm choosing restraint. Let her do her thing. 💚 Provide. Observe. Enjoy. I think this is probably the simplest way I can describe where we are with Candy Rain. We provide. Water. Nutrition. Light. A stable environment. And support when necessary. We observe. The flowers. The foliage. The structure. The maturation. The changes from week to week. And then... we enjoy it. Because what's the point of doing all this if we don't stop occasionally and appreciate what the plants are giving us? Candy Rain is giving me a beautiful plant. A beautiful story. She is the solo survivor from her seed pack in this experiment. What began as an accident became an opportunity. You don't always know which plant is going to become special to you. Sometimes it's the biggest. Sometimes it's the strangest. Sometimes it's the one that gives you the hardest time. Just been defoliating and changing the water weekly. Yesterday upped the ppm to 1000. Using powderfeed shortflower and Calmag.

Некоторые загнутые под Scrog ветки скручиваются по спирали, уже начинает вырисовываться будущая структура кустов, пока всё в норме. Повторно внёс Delta9, в этот раз под корень. В конце недели(55 день) сделал дефолиацию, признаков цветения пока не обнаружено, но я и не тороплюсь. upd: 56 день, заметил первые стигмы, начался предцвет. My Rainbow Saltz plant is branching out really nicely! It's about medium-sized compared to the others in the tent, but it looks super healthy and vigorous. I've got a good feeling about this one – it seems like it's going to be a strong grower. Can't wait to see how it develops! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

15.06.25. Day 46. Just a reminder that 2 seedlings died at start of grow. Big plant is drinking alot of water, I had to top up her reservoir with about 2 liters of water on 2 sperate occasions. High day time temperatures lately. Approximately 34°C. 16.06.25. Day 47 Changed out reservoir on small plant.

This was a FREEBIE seed from NASC and is just absolutely taking off, cant wait for her to start showing what shes really gonna do, but thinking its going to be pretty good :)

Hello to everyone stoners, here ends our adventure with our Orange Barb, there was some problem at the beginning due to a poor germination, but in the end it recovered well and I was rewarded with 30g of one of the best weed ever smoked!👽

Week 9 - Day 63 - 26/11/19 Im so grateful to be a part of this community and to be at this milestone so to speak :) had an amazing time growing this plant, thanks to everyone who had a look or contributed to my diary! Harvest was fun but that little 16cm tall plant stunk my whole house out of cheese when i started trimming her :) Added a few photos and videos of the harvesting, i got a little ball of hash off the scissors which i smoked in a bong and it was nice! very hashy! its taken about 2 hours to finish trimming but ive stored all the trim in the freezer along with the dwarf trim from my last diary :) im making cannabutter and edibles this week. really excited for that. So i hung my drying rack outside the tent beside the passive intake. temps are between 20-22c in the room so it should dry fine and im hoping the passive intake will drag the smell in and keep it sort of fresh in the room :) This diary has got me excited for my Quick One plant as its much taller and has colas like arms :D. Il update in 3-7 days when buds are dried and then il be updating a lot throughout curing :) Day 65 - 28/11/19 Still drying these buds :) they look much smaller now, i smoked a small bud and although its much drier than harvest its still spongy/sticky and stretchy when breaking apart so 2-3 more days drying i think. Smell is wonderful especially if you get it on your hands, its like tropical fruit cheese and the effects of thc are not as pronounced with this strain but i felt very relaxed, no muscle pain etc and no paranoia or anxiety. i havent had a clear relaxed headspace before bed in a very long time. Any 1:1 THC/CBD is a must grow, give it a try if you havent already, i couldnt have picked a better starter medical plant as i love a good old cheese strain :) And i made some cannabutter out of the 59g of sugar leaves i got from this diary and my first diary. il have to upload a few pictures of the process later and let you all know if the cannabutter worked in my brownies :) Day 66 - 29/11/19 Started curing and added a photo to show :) buds were at 59-60% when left in the jar alone for a few hours so i threw in my boveda 58% pack and started burping 5-6 times per day :) i could have cured for a week before adding the boveda pack but i had barely any bud in the huge jar so i thought it would be wise to add the boveda to prevent mold and to keep it curing perfectly! Day 67 - 30/11/19 Posted a picture of a handful of buds :) i smoked a few in a bong and had a joint and it left me nice and medicated! no anxiety no paranoia nicely locked to the couch and sleepy. perfect nightime smoke as it wont trip you out or mess with your head, just a nice happy little mellow buzz! Flavour hasnt really came through yet, not sure what to expect as im a newbie but its slightly like cheese/flowery/herbs. Curing is definitely helping every day! the smell is getting better, buds are getting really smooth and they look amazing also! really excited for the next few weeks curing :) Final Update - Day 69 - 02/12/19 Finally here at the end of this diary and i have to say i loved growing this plant. it was a dark green colour throughout growing and took whatever i threw at it. Buds are nice and dry and curing well. i saved the best buds until last and added a couple of photos of them and a video also! they are covered in trichomes and feel great. Not much of a smell from the buds and it tastes like a sweet floral cheese mixture. Im pretty couchlocked from a bong of this strain so im gonna end this diary here and go relax but many thanks for following along folks and take a look at my other diaries if you get a chance :) Peace!

Let's remember, in week 6 one of my king's tart had been broken in 2 because of the tension due to my bad LST. This plant grows much taller than the others. I'm trying to lower his height by doing HST. Currently she does not seem to complain about it. I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. I watered daily until water drained from the pot (to release nutrients from previous waterings) and I take a 3-4 day watering break to let it dry out before resuming a daily watering schedule. -Daytime temperature: 22-26°C -Night temperature: 20-24°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... So far so good, Sugarlato seems like a healthy stable plant from green house seeds and so far it’s looking like one of the healthiest plants autoflower wise I’ve grown. Hope during flower I see the same results
